I love the hotel. It's clean. It's easy to access and the room is perfect good with the decorations and their sections to use.

Then we proceeded to our room to find that we were put into a room that had twin beds and we had paid for a deluxe king room, so we had to go back downstairs to inform the front desk attendant. That was the first issue, then came the others the first call to our room at 11pm to ask about the correct spelling of my boyfriend's name after he had to produce his ID when we got there, they came to our room knocking on the door inference to the check out time again, later on same thing this time trying to enter the room....smh plus we got another phone call from the front desk. We were becoming annoyed by the intrusion, I have never experienced that at any hotel before. When we were actually ready to leave here came the other issue, the guy at the front desk wanted us to pay $75 again claiming it never went through even though I used my debit card. Then my boyfriend had to pay a $100 deposit for the room which he did the night before in cash was told that he would be reimbursed upon us leaving, well when that time came the morning attendant had to call the night attendant to verify so we had to wait at least 10mins. While we waited they charged my boyfriend's card the $75 late check out fee again.....smh!!! This hotel leaves much room for improvement with the communication between staff. I will not be staying there again, not a pleasurable stay!!! If they are being graded on the room decor and cleanliness it was an absolute 100%

My belongings were wet and there was a terrible order caused by the leak. I've contacted the general manager, Vivian, who informed me that I'd get a partial refund and have yet to receive it. I contacted Expedia and unfortunately was told they don't issue the refund, so I'd have to call the hotel. It's been a month with no resolution. DO NOT STAY HERE. Poor maintenance, poor customer service experience, limited parking, and very noisy at night.

Then, ten minutes on the bus to the #7 Flushing Line IRT subway station at Main Street. The hotel was clean inside and outside. They served a complimentary breakfast worthy of most out of town hotels. The room was kind of small, as expected in a hotel in New York City. But the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioner was cold and the bed was comfortable. Outside, the only noise was from airplanes coming and going into LaGuardia Airport. The room was insulated from most of the airplane noise. The neighborhood was quite safe as it was mostly municipal service operations in the area and not residences. We expect to return, as often as we visit my former home town of NYC.

The room was clean enough, but it could use some touching up. The whole place was a bit dated but that's ok. I did like the variety of breakfast options, however the "hot" food was rarely, if ever hot. Maybe warm at best. I know it can be hard to keep food hot over the course of hours but I didn't enough eating cold eggs and sausage. The breakfast area also felt really cramped and seating was pretty limited/ nonexistent during the busier hours.

Pleasant, professional, courteous and listened. Room was clean, well maintained. all amenities were available. the room was also very spacious! bed was comfy. AC worked very well. plenty of outlets, worked at the desk. Breakfast options was amazing, had the usual continental breakfast option AND variety of eggs, French toast, pancakes, sausages, bacon, etc depending on the day, so rotation is good. even had salad. lots of fruit too. Water refill station is available. Can purchase drinks at the bar. there is a very cool restaurant upstairs too. I didn't try the gym or room service though. shuttle to LGA was very convenient. wish they go to JFK as well. I stayed in 3 hotels this trip, Hyatt was the best!!

My heat worked however the fan was malfunctioning causing it to make a loud incessant ticking noise. The engineer came up to look at it and instantly heard it. He said there was nothing he could do and to talk to the front desk as it was impossible to sleep with the noise and vibration. I informed management and the manager on duty was disgustingly rude. Refused to do anything about it - no apology. No problem-solving. Claimed there were no other rooms available and did not offer to find another Hilton property for me. No respect for guests and no concept of what customer service even means. Just avoid this place at all costs - you will thank yourself. No proximity to LaGuardia is worth this Edit to add that the so-called refund offered was not helpful since I was here on an airline voucher. Sounds like you did not personally review this case and my reservation closely (or at all.) This did absolutely nothing to restore my confidence in your hotel or Hampton Inn as a company quite frankly.

Downtown Flushing, Flushing

Absolutely terrible experience at The Parc Hotel in Flushing…read more I booked a day-use room advertised at $95. The website clearly listed taxes at 14.75%, which should have brought the total to roughly $109, yet when I called the hotel the day after to see why i was billed $180, I was told my total would be $120 after taxes and then the additional $30 for parking. If I had know that parking in that sorry excuse of a garage was $30 PER CAR I would've never even went in there. Nobody could clearly explain where the extra charges came from. The real problem started with parking. At no point during booking, on the website, or during multiple phone calls to the hotel was I informed that parking would cost an additional $30 PER CAR. We had two vehicles, meaning an unexpected $60 charge was added to our stay. If you're going to charge premium parking rates, that information should be disclosed upfront, not sprung on guests after they arrive. To make matters worse, the parking garage itself was incredibly cramped and difficult to navigate. Calling it a garage is generous. Then, unbelievably, one of the staff members parked their own vehicle in a way that blocked us in. We were literally unable to leave until someone came down and moved the car. I've never experienced anything like that at any hotel. What frustrates me most is the complete lack of communication. The hotel later admitted that staff should have informed us about the parking fee when we called for access to the garage, but nobody ever did. That's not a minor oversight--it's basic customer service. Between the surprise fees, poor communication, cramped parking, and being blocked in by a staff member's vehicle, this stay felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. There are too many hotels in New York to waste your time and money on one that operates this way. This is absolutely ridiculous the lack of communication, and the lady that i spoke with today on the phone who thought that the situation was funny in some way.. continued to argue with me about taxes which is $6 the taxes were not the issue whatsoever. The issue was the parking, are you kidding me.. the so called "garage" is the size of a 2x4 bathroom!! I also kept calling after she told me to look on their website which i discovered it says NOTHING about $30 parking, the lady at the phone refused to answer the phone, I assume she saw the number, yet when i called from a different number she picked up immediately. I would never stay here again, and I would strongly encourage future guests to ask for a complete breakdown of every charge before booking, or in all seriousness, not book at all. Have a horrible day to the staff that thought ripping people off and having no explanation is funny.

I opted to find my own parking which can be an excursion in itself but if you have patience and don't mean walking then go for it.
