When I called Dallas Texas no one answers and was directed to submit an online request. I did and have not heard back from any person. I have located the local franchise owner and I am sad that my only recourse now is to file a smalls claims case and also file a complaint with the BBB and the State of California for financial fraud. They cannot extract money from my financial institution and then refuse to provide service nor a refund I am guessing this is finial punishment for my review on Yelp. This is very shocking to say the least and supre unprofessional which is right in line with this local franchise.
