It was key to me that someone work on it who could keep the sensors and features all working. The ADD bumper required several steps not in the directions and hurdles that needed to be overcome. Zach did a great job making it all happen and keeping me updated. Love the new bumper and glad I went to Zach to get it done.

I guess I should've said I witnessed a male walk into the women's bathroom at the business and the AG would've been all over it. Bless their little hearts.

On another occasion I asked for a tire rotation. Again the service sheet said it had been done but I had marked the tires and discovered they hadn't been moved at all. The service manager just rolled his eyes at me. On another occasion my daughter took her car in for a basic fuel injector replacement and they had the car for three days although that's typically a 2-3 hour job. They wouldn't tell her when the car (which she needed for work) would be ready. Something is really wrong at this shop. It was never like this when it was University Honda. A customer should be able to take a car in for basic service and get a close time estimate of when it will be ready like other reputable shops in Missoula.

They did not have it on the lot (we already knew this as we did some homework first.). They said they can only stock what the dealership sends them. Second time around, again my wife was looking for a specific vehicle (which was advertised online) but was open to purchasing a different one if necessary. Unfortunately they did not have that particular vehicle and so we decided to leave. The sales person came and informed us that the manager wants to talk so we were hoping that they'd be willing to work with us on a different vehicle. My wife asked what kind of incentives was available NOW, if she bought a higher end model. Well, poor thing for the salesman, he lost a sale, because the manager kept us waiting for over 30 minutes and when he finally came to talk to us, the best he could do was $500 below MSRP

I went in for a few services. I dropped my car off and my key and fob were fine. When I picked it…read moreup, my key had broken off my fob (the replacement pin gone and the hinge cracked). I told them it wasn't like this, to which the service guy lied and said yes it was and that there wasn't anything they could do. A new fob and key was over $200. I had to pay for that and they did nothing. If you use them, please take photos of your car and belonging in case they try to pull this on you. They also said I needed an oil change when I had just got one done the week before (service sticker on the windshield and everything). Highly recommend going elsewhere. Update as of 8/2/24: The new fob wouldn't program with my car. I went and spoke to the service manager. He was a nice and fair guy. Got a full refund and he had his guys fix my key. Although they cracked it, they should have replaced it. So disappointed on that but I was satisfied with the fix and got my money back. One thing to note was the managers kindness and listening skills. Also, their actual front desk lady was kind and understanding as well. I recommend if you do have issues, just go talk to the managers. They are reasonable people.
