Brought my new vehicle in for a nail in the tire. The first time it was not taken out and I was…read moresent back out on the road. Which everyone knows is not only dangerous but unsatisfactory. Now, I am trying to resolve the issue with Assistant Service Manager Shane. Hopefully, they will ethically do the right thing. As this was not accomplished the first time. Resolution: Equitable and fair resolution. They will order the required tire. They will absorb half of the cost of the tire and installation. I will incur the other half of the cost of the tire. I do feel this is more than fair under the circumstances. In addition, since they already had my vehicle in the service bay, they did take care of reprogramming both key fobs as when I changed the lock/unlock tone, it disassociated both key fobs. When Googled, apparently, this is a common occurrence. Will I be back for future service . . . we will see after the installation of the tire. Tire installation was quick, accurate and they only charged me their cost for the purchase of the tire. I felt this was fair.

I've been here before for brakes and an air component piece, I thought since that went well I'd…read morebring it back. I had an air-conditioning issue that turned out to be the return line to the compressor having a leak in it (which I pointed out after having found it myself) when they called me back, I was told a quote of $2000 or more for this repair. They told me my condenser was broken. Which really turned out to just be a bracket piece holding it that snapped. I went to AutoZone and bought a return line for $80 and did it myself in 10 minutes when I was told the labor was gonna be six hours. Extremely not happy since he charged me $160 to top off my fluids and called it a diagnostic even though I pointed out the issue. Sure hope somebody sees this so I can get my money back. Not coming back here ever again.

8/3/2024 Second trip here in the past 6months. First time,…read moremy wife was looking to get a specific make and model. They did not have it on the lot (we already knew this as we did some homework first.). They said they can only stock what the dealership sends them. Second time around, again my wife was looking for a specific vehicle (which was advertised online) but was open to purchasing a different one if necessary. Unfortunately they did not have that particular vehicle and so we decided to leave. The sales person came and informed us that the manager wants to talk so we were hoping that they'd be willing to work with us on a different vehicle. My wife asked what kind of incentives was available NOW, if she bought a higher end model. Well, poor thing for the salesman, he lost a sale, because the manager kept us waiting for over 30 minutes and when he finally came to talk to us, the best he could do was $500 below MSRP

I went in for a few services. I dropped my car off and my key and fob were fine. When I picked it…read moreup, my key had broken off my fob (the replacement pin gone and the hinge cracked). I told them it wasn't like this, to which the service guy lied and said yes it was and that there wasn't anything they could do. A new fob and key was over $200. I had to pay for that and they did nothing. If you use them, please take photos of your car and belonging in case they try to pull this on you. They also said I needed an oil change when I had just got one done the week before (service sticker on the windshield and everything). Highly recommend going elsewhere. Update as of 8/2/24: The new fob wouldn't program with my car. I went and spoke to the service manager. He was a nice and fair guy. Got a full refund and he had his guys fix my key. Although they cracked it, they should have replaced it. So disappointed on that but I was satisfied with the fix and got my money back. One thing to note was the managers kindness and listening skills. Also, their actual front desk lady was kind and understanding as well. I recommend if you do have issues, just go talk to the managers. They are reasonable people.
