After recently having a family member go to be with the Lord Jesus, I inherited two rental properties. I recently had a tenant notify me of a clog in the plumbing. I initially had another plumbing company come out. They charged me $1300 for a hydro jet to clear the clog. After guaranteeing me the clog was clear, I had to have them come back out next day because the tenant told me the toilet still was flooding still. On the third day the tenant notified me the clog was still there. Despite having a warranty with the first company I decided to go with Lynch plumbing because I didn't feel confident with the first company. Lynch plumbing found the clog and removed it instantly! Some of the plumbing in the house was very degraded due to being the original iron plumbing. Lynch was able to replace the pipes with much better material pipes. They were able to get through the concrete, fix the pipes, replace the dirt, replace the concrete - all in the course of a couple of days. They also have contacts that I used to re-lay the tiles that had to be moved as well as to re-apply stucco where needed outside. I don't usually leave a review for service unless the service warranted it. I can't stress enough how well these people did. These are good, honest, hard working people. They know what they are doing, and they managed to get a very big job done in just a couple of days. This company is all about competence, honesty, and integrity. I am so impressed that if I knew anything about plumbing I would be submitting a resume to work with them. I have two properties besides the property I live in. Just have to say I had Lynch Plumbing to replace a leaking kitchen facet that I couldn't remove. So, I am very appreciative to Andy and Pablo for removing and replacing it. They were both very courteous and had the experience to know how to remove the old faucet that was almost impossible to get out. One star is being generous. I was charged $3,500 for a basic irrigation leak, a job that multiple reputable plumbers have since quoted at no more than $850. Because I was out of town and had pre-authorized the visit, they took full advantage. They performed additional work I never asked for just to inflate the invoice. They outright refused to provide an itemized breakdown when I asked, likely because they knew there was no logical path to the price they charged. The parts used couldn't have cost more than $75, which means their labor mysteriously came out to over $1,000 per hour. That's not just unethical, it's shameless. Because I wasn't present, they went ahead with whatever work they decided was "necessary," without the homeowner's approval, and then charged me for all of it. When I tried to discuss the invoice, while dealing with a family member's death and cremation overseas, Amanda responded by threatening to file a mechanic's lien on my home within 10 days. No empathy, no professionalism, just aggressive pressure. To make matters worse, they conveniently have no photos of the work. No before, no after, no documentation -- just an inflated invoice and silence when asked for proof. This company takes advantage of trust and unavailability, using any lack of oversight as an excuse to overcharge and operate without accountability. What they did was opportunistic, dishonest, and completely disgraceful. Stay far away -- no one in their right mind should ever, ever, ever use this company under any circumstance. read more
