I had the curry chicken and it was really good, a good curry sauce and the chicken was nice. Didn't care much for all the veggies and one reason why reduced it by a star. Ambiance was nice, small dining area and everything was cozy, quaint, clean, and tidy. Based on where it is everything fit nicely. The service, while decent, was a bit lackluster. Our waiter, nice, didn't seem to understand not really care much about service. Had a couple questions in my mind to ask yet didn't just due to my perception, which is generally accurate. Overall would come back. It was a bit spendy for what got though not bad overall. Better money spent elsewhere yet will fine back if someone else wants to. read more

Lovely really, I got the Shanghai fish without knowing what it was. No descriptions on the menu so you are left with a surprise when it comes to the table. A table collapsed behind us and the server dealt with it nonchalantly but no big deal because the Shanghai fish was great. The rest of my party had a rough experience, beware of salt, and soy sauce. Do not request any saltier than it already is! Also, sushi advertised on the building, no sushi inside. A real shame. The ambiance is good unless there are children at the table next to you walking around with their parents yelling at them. Great server! Like most Asian restaurants it start as a family business and they cook like it was was for family and friends. Pretty soon they find they are losing money! They cut back on quality and quantity. Hope you like soy sauce and salt. Egg drop soup is super concentrated, had to water it down a bit. Beef and broccoli, the beef was gray and fatty, when I ate the leftovers I actually fried the beef to reheat and that helped. All of the rice, which includes their standard side and the veggie fried rice dinner were just saturated in soy sauce. 3 stars instead of two because the almost chicken and general tso's chicken weren't too bad. Eaten here several times and it has been consistently delicious. The food has great flavor and is well balanced. One of the few Asian food places I can eat without feeling sick after. I have sensitive autoimmune reaction to certain foods and Asian cuisines are one of them. But I never feel bad after eating here. Food reheats well and portions definitely result in leftovers. Pricing is really good for a family of four. Customer service has been great every time. Although Covid times have put a dent in thing certainly the service and the delicious food hasn't suffered. We are delighted in seeing this restaurant and the lovely owners and professional chefs put out beautiful food and a lovely experience. Very disapointed... "Fried Rice" was just brown rice, not truely fried rice. The Mongolian Beef was inedible. Not sure what kind of beef it was, but it was fatty and undercooked. Will not go back here ever. read more

They were doing take out only right now. Definitely not the friendliest place. But we were craving some sushi and Chinese food. We ordered the General Tso's chicken. We wanted extra broccoli and was charged an extra $2 for maybe 8 florets. A rip off if you ask me. We walked around the corner to the park and had a nice picnic. The two salmon avocado rolls and California roll we ordered were surprisingly pretty good. The General Tso...... was not. It's hard to mess up general tso's chicken. But this was not very good. Our first visit was pleasant. The egg foo young appetizer was the best around. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, service was good. This was my first visit. The restaurant is clean, service was friendly, the portions were hot and generous. The flavors were excellent. It was worth the 20 mile drive. I ordered a stir fried noodle dish and my friend ordered the wonton soup. The noodles were ok but kind of skimpy on the meet. My friend's wonton soup was so salty he sent it back and asked them to dilute the soup with hot water to make it edible The service was good but food was marginal. Locally owned! Stellar food at great prices. We normally order out most weekends from this location because their portions are amazing and feeds the whole family for under $50 dollars. First of all, don't go by the menu prices of $12.95 entrees online. They are wrong. I ordered via phone for pickup and wasn't given a total for my order. When I picked up my order, it seemed a bit high compared to the menu online. I grabbed the menu in-house and it was $13.95(not the same as online) and had black marker showing increases again in prices for everything also. The owner said entrees were now $15.45. He said all food is increased but they are not making a new menu(in house or online)to show the increase in prices. I ordered four different types of food and found out at pickup the prices were increased(increased twice from the online menu) and the last increase is added in black marker on the newer menu. Pretty sketchy way to increase prices. Especially when they don't ever give an itemized bill anyway. Watch out for the changing prices! They may go up again and you'll never know it... read more

I went there for dinner sometime in August, taking their sweet and sour pork\ something else "teriaki beef" combo because I was under time restraints. The "pork" turned out to be small over cooked bits of dried out meat encased in over sized deep fried batter balls, rendering it unchewable. The beef part of the meal was WAY over sauced and I tell you the truth, I could not swallow the beef as it was like working on a piece of rubber tire material and didn't break down. The rice and pork portion of the of the combo was buried in a tsunami of red sauce which I'm quite certain came straight from a 55 gallon drum with "SHELL" on it. What happened to this place? Had dinner her with the family for the first time tonight. We all enjoyed our meal. I wasn't sure with the reviews but I can't understand the complaints. Each dish had very individual flavors. Everything tasted great. Spring rolls were crunchy and not greasy. The hot mustard that came with them wasn't very hot, however we are extremely hot heads so we aren't a fair judge. The chicken satay was tender. Egg flower soup looked almost colorless but was just right in flavor, not to salty. My favorite was cashew chicken and orange chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy , not greasy at all. We also tried some sushi rolls. Cherry blossom roll had tuna and salmon. It melted in my mouth. The Lion King roll was baked with salmon on top. Never had one cooked. I'm definitely going to order than one again! Waitresses were great. Attentive but not intrusive. Not a high end fancy date night place. Great for families with kids to relax and not stress. Will definitely be going back to try more dishes. Oh also...The soy sauce provided on the table was a low sodium version...Thank you for that! read more

We were trying to call and place an order for a friend on Christmas Eve. Door dash would not work and we had already called once and they said no. So we called explained the situation had a card ready to go but they told us sorry nothing we can do not our fault we didn't put ourself on door dash, we are to busy to take your order.
