I have never written a negative review before, but my experience with this practice warrants it. In March 2026, I saw Dr. Pullano, who performed a biopsy of my tongue. When I later called for the results, I was told it showed a precancerous lesion. During that conversation, Dr. Pullano presented me with two options: return every three months to monitor the area, or pursue laser treatment. I chose the latter. She made a referral to Brigham and Women's Hospital for the laser procedure but was unable to answer basic questions about the treatment itself, including how many treatments would be required, whether it was painful, what recovery would involve, or other information a patient would reasonably need in order to make an informed decision. Shortly afterward, Brigham and Women's informed me that they did not, in fact, offer the laser treatment. I then called Massachusetts General Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, and a physician affiliated with Massachusetts Eye and Ear--all to no avail. I called the office again requesting another referral to Brigham's, assuming they would have more resources and knowledge of available treatment options. The person I spoke with asked whether I wanted to be referred to Tufts. I explained that I did not know which oral care center was most appropriate, and asked that they consult with Dr. Pullano and make a referral based on her clinical recommendation. I was also told Dr. Pullano would call me back. No referral was ever made, and I never received a call. Over the following weeks, my calls to the office went unanswered. On two separate occasions, I was told Dr. Pullano would call me back by the end of the day. Both times, no call was received. I also left messages for both the assistant manager and the manager, none of which were returned. It ultimately required me driving from Boston to Lynn in person before the receptionist contacted the manager, Jeff Bazille, in their Peabody office, who then agreed to look into the matter. When he finally called me back the following day--now in May--he was unapologetic, apathetic, and at times condescending. He essentially repeated the same unsuccessful efforts I had already made to locate the laser treatment elsewhere, only to confirm again that it was no longer available. No meaningful guidance, referrals, or alternative treatment options were offered. Most concerning was that I had to suggest he consult with a more senior oral surgeon regarding other possible treatment options. As a patient told she has a precancerous lesion in a less commonly understood area, I should not have had to navigate this level of uncertainty and care coordination on my own. As a social worker, I could not help but reflect on how concerning this experience is in a community like Lynn, which serves a richly diverse population, including many residents who may face language barriers. My on-going difficulty obtaining timely follow-up care and clear communication raises concern for other patients who may be navigating additional barriers. I sincerely hope this practice improves its communication, follow-up, and patient advocacy moving forward. read more

I'm very sorry that other patients have had negative experiences here... It's been the opposite for me. I won't go anywhere else. Well.... due to a fall I'd had unfortunately I needed to return far too soon. My appointment was yesterday. When I walked into the Lynn office it was clear to see that there was standing room only. Not an issue because when it was the actual time for my appointment I was brought in on time. saw Dr Jurgens for what in doing the math my 3rd time? Cheerful in greeting me, she noted my last visit in September of last year. I said....yes, but I'm back way too soon! Her response was - it's going to be alright. It's unpleasant but we know that people don't come here because they want to. She and staff obviously keeps notes. She brought up how past visits were handled, took a look at the problem & within minutes I had a plan of care. Then 2 prescriptions and instructions. All correlated quickly & perfectly. She even walked out to the waiting area. I can understand why shes quick. .this is a busy practice and she needs to be. People are usually in extreme pain and usually need extractions. It can be very traumatic. It's probably best to be quick & just get it over with. read more

Front desk staff, billing, was so good. Karen took the time to go over my plan and explain services and billing. She made a scary system not so scary. Her attention to detail was great. I wish every media office was the same. I felt special that day. read more

received exceptional attention here. They really know what they are doing. got my wisdom tooth pulled out and they took great care of me and provided me with everything i needed in order to recover fast. would definitely encourage anyone that needs this procedure done to go here. :) read more

The Oral surgeon herself is an amazing woman, however the office workers are absolute trash. I called to schedule my appointment and I was told within the next few minutes you'll receive a call to schedule the appointment. I said okay and then I waited 3 HOURS to get said call. They close in an hour and a half I decided I'd call back maybe it got busy and they forgot. Understandable. The woman who picked up the phone was very rude. She says hello how can I help you. As I'm explaining my situation she cuts me off and says loudly SWEETHEART, LISTEN You need to wait for the call back don't you understand they are VERY BUSY. I asked her if I can finish what I'm saying before you cut me off and she said sorry the lines busy I don't know what to tell you. Honestly I hung up because if I didn't I would have spouted off on her wish her mother taught her manners. read more

Dr lori jurgens is worst doctor ever I meet in my life..strongly not recommended her ...I would go to any other place or wait for another Dr but Do not go to lori...super rude , not manners, in short worst .... read more

Dr Mary Dipirro was incredible. I got my 4 wisdom teeth out and everything went really well. Procedure was done well and recovery was fast. Had a follow up appointment and everything went perfectly. Great experience getting my daughters wisdom teeth out! Very professional office , clean, and very nice people. Doctor was very very nice as well as his surgery assistant . Can not say enough about the sweetest older women assistant that stayed with us the day of removal, she was so nice and stayed there until we felt comfortable to go. Would definitely go there again! I am a huge chicken when it comes to going to the dentist...PERIOD. I was pleasantly surprised with the careful attention I received. Every few moments I was asked if I was OK and prior to the start of my upper teeth being extracted, I was told to stop them at anytime I felt the slightest bit of discomfort. What a relief to hear that, something I have never heard before! Generally, other dentists have told me "hang on, just a few more second"! Definitely not a comforting statement! The tender care of Karen and the expertise of Dr.Gordon made a "not so pleasant" procedure much more tolerable. These people are charlatans and liars, at best. They took out two of my wisdom teeth, and left major fragments of the teeth in the gum to cause me pain for almost two years after that. I went back three times to get them to fix their problem, and instead of fixing it, they just told me that I shouldn't be feeling the pain that I was feeling. Finally, after putting up with the pain for years, I went over to australia, where my son had just finished dental school, and he took out pieces of tooth that were the size of baby teeth. The pain was finally gone. THESE PEOPLE ARE CHARLATANS, AT BEST. THANK GOD THERE IS A HELL FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS. read more

If you can get past the rude staff in the Lynn office, I understand Dr. Blaeser is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, the staff was abrasive and not very accommodating. When there was a question on my insurance, one of the office staff was yelling in the background while I was on the phone and was extremely rude. At the end of the day, I was right and she was wrong but there was no apology. There was a better way to handle the situation. I will find a new doctor. read more

Were it possible to give this business a rating lower than one star, I would do so. Everything about this office is unprofessional, and the standard of care they provide is unacceptable. I went to this office this past fall for a single tooth extraction. One of the employees went over my insurance with me and quoted me $162, which I paid on spec. I asked repeatedly if this was the full amount I was to pay. The office assistant said that while they can only work with estimates, she had reviewed my insurance and assured me that this was as accurate an estimate as possible. I went ahead and had the surgery. The surgery went on for twice as long as they had said, which left me with immense jaw pain for months after, beyond what friends and colleagues of mine have reported following surgery involving multiple extractions. I was not satisfied, but made a mental note to avoid this establishment in the future, and went about my life. Two months passed. I received a bill in the mail from LOSA stating that my insurance had denied my claim a month earlier, and that I would be billed the full amount. Furious, I contacted my insurance and the LOSA office. When confronted about the gross inaccuracy of their estimates, their ineptitude at reviewing my insurance coverage, their failure to contact me following the insurance denial, and my incredible dissatisfaction with the lack of professionalism of their office assistants, LOSA figuratively shrugged their shoulders. They claim that they did check my insurance, but seemed to have missed the loophole in my coverage that would preclude coverage. The office assistant then claimed that I should have had a better understanding of the intricacies of LOSA's dealings with the insurance company than she. Had I known the individual quoting me had absolutely no knowledge and had done no meaningful research into my coverage before making the quote, I would have NEVER done business with these individuals. Take this example: If you brought your car into a repair shop, and following a review of your coverage, they quoted you $200 for your car repair, would you happily pay them when they told you, "Oops! We didn't even really look into your coverage. We just made something up. You now owe us $800." ? I do not think so! This is an absolutely unacceptable way of doing business, especially in these tough economic times. DO NOT chance it by going to this office. read more

I would never come here again I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and they were very rude and didn't give me the proper things to help me take care of my wounds. They were also very rough with there tools it's the worst dental experience I've had. read more
