I came in to get my nails done. The The lady that did my nails was coughing through her mask I didn't think much of it because there's always a lot of dust and stuff from the nails. But within two days I have done nothing but be so sick. I just feel like if you know you were sick those little masks that you guys wear do not help you should not be coming into work for people that are older that sometimes the immune systems are not working correctly. We come in to try to feel good and look good we usually give you guys great tips and I know we all pay a lot of money to get our nails done The least you could do is make sure you're healthy to do our nails so that way when we're leaving we're not sick severely. Please do a better job of wearing double masks or staying home while sick. read more

The 2nd visit, I asked for a new set, and wanted to trim my natural nail down some. Not All the way to Nubs.. He argued with Me as to the length I should cut them down to, and wanted to straighten my nails that grow crookedly. I advised No, to the straightening and the length I wanted a certain length. He continued to argue with me about the length. I had Dip done, and it wasn't even a week after and I could feel all the areas that he didn't get product, that my nails were pulling away from the Little product he put on my nails. The length of my nails is not universal, or similar. Some he did Super short, some were the length I asked, some the tip should've been different or narrowed down some for my nail bed, and some just looked like Crap.. lumpy, unfinished, wider than my nail bed - there's No posted pricing either. My nails were Much Shorter than previous and it cost me 15.00 more. They speak in their language, too I'm assuming the Mgr to get a price quote after the works done on what to charge you. He burned my cuticle with the file, and when I pulled my hand back and said, Ouch you burned me.. He said you moved. You're going to blame your mistake on your customer?!? I didn't move, he was not paying attention. I've been getting my nails done for 30 plus years. I think I know the process by now. If you are wanting to pamper yourself, and relax... Don't go here! My first appointment for a pedicure was not good. The girl nicked the skin beside my big toe and it bled. I had to tell her because she acted like nothing happened. I got an infection in my toe. Next she dropped the cuticle tool on the floor and squirted water on it and kept going. I called Lynn and let her know. She was very apologetic and she told me that my next appointment would be complimentary and suggested a different person. Went back and was charged full price. My mom had such a bad experience there recently. She usually goes to a tech name Tony and he's good to her but he wasn't there this time around. My mom has very delicate nails and she let them know. They gave her a new tech and she was very rude to my mom and when my mom raised concerned they ignored her concern and made it seem like she was the problem. I got my nails done here this morning. They charged me $60 for a full set of acrylic with no polish. After examining them I wish I wouldn't have had to pay for them. None of my nails are the same shape. And the acrylic is so thin I'm afraid they will all break off before the week is over. They are also not the right length, he cut them 2 times and now I ended up with a sport cut nail which is way short then what asked for. Unfortunately, this was the worst pedicure that I've ever received. This is my first yelp review, so that says a lot. I had a young girl give me a pedicure and it probably took her about 10 minutes. She was fast, barely did nail/feet care, and did a horrific paint job. I sat in the chair next to my mom for 20 minutes (even though I got the same pedicure?) The nail tech literally went to an empty station and started doing her own nails, and scrolled on her phone..? I just sat there with toe dividers in and ended up taking then out and putting my own shoes on? Like, huh? Not sure why I paid the price I did and even gave her a good tip. Worst service ever! My daughter and I call in made an appointment. We were a bit early and taken right away which was nice. But that is where it ended.. my nails were not straight both pointer fingers shoot off in towards the center when I pointed it out she filed a little and said it was good... a few of my daughters nails look like they are pointing towards the sky in stead of forward. Pretty clean and fast service specially as a walk in. The man who did my pedi was quiet, no smile no small talk nothing. They were very rude when I called to schedule an appointment, when I got there I had to wait an hour for a person to get to me even with an appointment and they were very sloppy with my acrylics. Don't even get me started on when I asked them to fix the shape and nail polish! A few days after I noticed I had nail fungus on one of my fingers after getting my nails done! This should be all that matters but that leads me to the bad. ..... Bad. Seriously need to work on friendliness. It took everything to get the girl working with me to laugh....(she did eventually ) Just a simple "hello" or smile can go a long way. I do understand and respect the language barrier. I went here for a 2nd time. I had dip nails on. For years, I've had these. You get them removed and replaced in your visit. I've always paid about $45, depending on if they had to put a new tip on or not. But never more than $48. So when I was told $65 because I had a "full set", I was shocked. They were stubs and the dip was very, very thin. One chipped the next day. No, I don't want to add a tip. read more

I went to Lynn's on a recommendation from a friend. I told the person doing my nails that I only wanted a color change. She, Tia, said it was $22.00 for a manicure, so I said "Ok, do that then." She put lotion on my hands in a matter of ten seconds. 1) I introduced myself, she did not introduce herself until the third time I asked her what her name was. 2) She was very annoyed as evidenced by her scraping the inside of my nails. I had to tell her to take it easy! 3) She said I have to sit under the nail dryer for 20 minutes and if I had gotten the gel nails, I wouldn't have had to. 4) I smudged one of my nails, she said it's five dollars to fix it! I said,Never mind, I'll do it at home. Tia did fix it, but said next time it will be five dollars. 5) She was scrolling on her phone, put in an ear bud and kept talking to her fellow workers. 6) A guy there (employee), said, You should have gotten gel nails and you wouldn't have to wait again for the polish to dry! 7) Lynn came by my station and said, "This is why you should get.....you guessed it "Gel Nails!" Needless to say, I couldn't get out of there fast enough and will discourage others from going to Lynn's Nail Spa. I was hoping for a nice experience, because I'm looking for a good manicurist. I said I could do a pedicure to make up the extra time. They gave me a broken chair and they kept telling my person to hurry up. He looked very nervous. Didn't remove all the gel on my toes and painted over it. Worst pedicure ever including terrible massage and treatment. Gel manicure and applied too thin.
