I'm really disappointed with our experience here. We recently moved to the area and I booked pedicures online for my daughter and I as a way to spend some quality time together and hopefully find a place we could come back to regularly. My daughter has sensory sensitivities, especially with her feet, so it took some encouragement to get her comfortable with the idea. I was genuinely looking forward to making it a positive experience for her. The front desk staff member was kind and respectful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once the service started, the experience shifted. The technician doing my pedicure, Tee, came across as impatient and dismissive. She seemed annoyed by normal interactions, which made the appointment feel uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The pedicure itself was just okay and she never checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. We chose the Lavish pedicure, which is the most basic option and it did make me wonder if that influenced the level of service we received. Regardless of price, I would expect to be treated with the same level of care and professionalism. I didn't say anything during the appointment because I didn't want to disrupt the experience for my daughter. I had framed this as something fun for us to do together and I didn't want her to feel that tension. Toward the end, we also felt rushed out, even while our polish was still fresh. From what I could see, there were several open chairs and no one waiting so the rushed feeling was confusing. At one point, the technician came back and pushed the ticket toward me without much communication which added to the overall feeling of being hurried through. Overall, it was disappointing. I had hoped to find a place we could visit regularly but I'll be continuing my search for a salon that feels more welcoming and considerate. read more

Got the BIAB with French tip over my natural nails. Paid $89 Hannah made them way too thin with no Apex 5 nails started splitting in the same area at the same time. I had to cut them all off. Very nice nail salon the quality just isn't there. UPDATE: after owner reply The reply from the owner is absolutely not true. Hannah didn't mention any of that to me. As someone who has been getting BIAB for years and just switched from a nail salon that I no longer live near I would literally go 6-8 weeks in between fills with no lifting whatsoever. Because my natural nails are strong already. Again for the PRICE the QUALITY just isn't there I shouldn't have issues 4 days after getting them done. and just by looking at the owners responses on some of the other low star reviews you can clearly tell they lack accountability. I've been here twice now and had a great experience both times. Everyone is very friendly! I like getting the treat yo self pedi with shellac. I also got B.I.A.B. most recently was with cat eye top coat. Highly recommend. The salon is very clean and nicely organized. I really like that they bring the colors to you once you are sitting down makes you feel less rushed! I hope this place never changes! read more

So happy I found this place on Instagram! I made an appt to remove my acrylic and get Gel-X (first time) plus had my sister join for a pedicure. I ended up running 10min behind but my sister added on a pedicure for me and they were so understanding. Tom did my "signature pedicure" and first off? Such a nice guy! He was very nice, asked everything, confirmed I was happy, and then went to work! The signature pedicure had this jelly stuff which I loved...reminded me of when I was a kid and it was so satisfying to squish. Lilly ended up doing my nails and I had seen her on their instagram so I was so happy she did my nails because my previous set were...yikes! Lilly was so patient as I'm so indecisive and she even waited when I paused her without being rude like I've had before. Of course they also have a bar so that was a perfect way to relax after work. Natalie did my builder gel today and did such an amazing job. She took off previous work with a file and was very delicate with her work as to not let the file burn my nail bed. I'm trying to let my brittle nails grow out - I informed her of this and she explained all the types of applications available (acrylic, biab, gel x). I'm a plain nail girly and she didn't rush through, Natalie took ker time and made sure they were to my liking. Thank you! As for the shop, I unfortunately had to cancel an appointment but still came in later that day. They saw me right away and offered me a drink menu. My and daughter and I went have this place a try before I vacation. We were not told they were short staffed before we walked in. We came in for full set, pedicures and a fill. I got The lush and my daughter got the treat yourself. How did we finish at the same time and I paid for all extras. Everything was rushed and not enjoyable. I canceled my fill and let My daughter get her full set. 2 days into our vacation and the toe nail polish is peeling. I paid extra for shellac also. I went to get a gel x set. And one of my nails was crooked which was ok unfortunately I didn't realize that until I left the salon . After I left I was not a fan of how my nails came out. I called same day and asked what their policy was for when you didn't like the color I was told that they charge for color change even when you don't like the color. Rude, Aggressive, and Disrespectful Treatment of an Elderly Woman I am beyond upset with how my grandmother was treated at this nail salon. BTW*** We knew there would be a charge due to the service which was fine because it was a service we were paying for; the issue was in the way it was handled. We had a confirmed appointment for 6:45 PM for a gel manicure and pedicure that was made at 10am that morning. The salon closes at 7:30 PM, and their own policy states there is a 10-minute grace period for being late. We arrived at 6:56PM due to severe traffic in the Alamo Ranch area. We made every effort to stay within the ten minute grace period, and we were one minute past that window. If this was truly an issue, the appt should've been canceled upon arrival. We would have preferred that, rather than being seated and then treated with hostility and impatience. Despite being just one minute late within their grace period, we were told they would only do one service because we were late. We agreed to just a manicure to be accommodating. My grandmother only speaks Spanish, which created a language barrier. I explained to the nail tech that she wanted gel on her natural nails. Shortly after, my grandmother realized there was a misunderstanding with me and asked me to clarify that she actually wanted acrylic nails shaped with gel. This was addressed early in the service, not at the end. The nail tech immediately said, "I cannot do that, it's too late." At that point, we politely asked to cancel the service and reschedule for Tuesday morning, when there would be more time. Instead of canceling, the tech responded, "So you want clear?" We agreed and asked her to remove the color so we could return Tuesday to do the acrylics properly. Instead, she rushed through the service, angrily painted a clear coat, and at the end abruptly stated that the total would be $40. Throughout this, she was visibly upset and rough which was incredibly uncomfortable to watch--especially toward an elderly woman who already struggled to communicate due to the language barrier. We were then told that my grandmother would still have to pay another $45 on Tuesday to redo the nails the way she actually wanted them. There was no apology, no attempt to communicate respectfully, and no effort to handle the situation professionally. The entire experience felt rushed, hostile, and degrading. This salon needs serious improvement in customer service, patience, and respect, especially when working with elderly clients and non-English speakers. We left feeling uncomfortable and taken advantage of. We will not be returning, and I strongly caution others--especially those bringing older family members--to think twice before coming here. UPDATED AFTER OWNER REPLY: In the salon's response, it is stated that "there was no miscommunication between our staff and the guest" and that the misunderstanding occurred later, "after the gel manicure had already been completed." This statement is false. The gel manicure had not been completed. Only one nail had been painted when my grandmother politely asked the nail tech to pause, then spoke to me in Spanish and said, "I'm not sure if you understood me correctly -- I wanted this shaped with acrylic nails." Yes, there was a misunderstanding between myself and my grandmother, which is exactly why we immediately addressed it before the service continued any further. I then clearly explained to the nail tech that my grandmother wanted acrylic nails with gel instead and that I had understood her wrong. At that point, the nail tech responded in a passive-aggressive manner, saying, "It's too late, I cannot do that. You want clear?" We agreed and asked her to remove the color on the ONE NAIL she had painted out of the TEN NAILS, so we could return Tuesday to do the acrylics properly. Instead, she rushed through the service, angrily applied a clear coat on all the nails, and abruptly stated that the total would be $40. Once we were told that she would have to pay another $45 to do it again on Tuesday the way "she wanted it" with acrylic nails, I let them know to just remove the clear coat then and just paint it the purple color on the natural nail because my grandmother would definitely not be satisfied paying $40 for just a clear coat and having to pay $45 again the following week just to "redo them" the way she originally wanted them with acrylic nails. Because the service was halfway started, it could have been easily corrected, paused, or respectfully rescheduled. Instead, the situation was handled with impatience and hostility, which left my grandmother feeling embarrassed and humiliated. Regardless of how the salon chooses to characterize the situation, the facts remain: the misunderstanding was addressed early, and the response from staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. read more

Based off reviews and pictures I was so excited to try this establishment. I did go late, around 7pm, and I did not catch the name of which nail technician I sat with but he took about an hour to get through my set which I think is a good time. My experience started off with great customer service, I was offered a beverage 3 times by 3 different people because they saw I didn't choose a drink and wanted to make sure I got one - I thought that was thoughtful and showed genuine care. Throughout the process my nail tech was making sure the length was okay, the shape was okay, and in the end they made sure that everything overall was okay and that I liked it; once again, an amazing display of customer care, and I did! I loved my set, everything looked exactly the way it did in the example picture I showed him, which he would look at occasionally throughout the process to make sure he got it down. I was satisfied with the nails and my experience. (After a day I did notice one nail was way smaller than the other nails but if you didn't look too hard you wouldn't notice so I didn't mind lol) Now, I am a server and my hands do go through a lot of movements while serving people, I tend to hit them on counters and such things, and I think it led to trauma on my natural nails with what seems like overfilling aswell. My natural nails did go through some loss when my acrylics came off (they came off around 3-4 weeks which I think is an amazing amount of time). I wish I had more pictures of the nails done because they were my favorite set, but unfortunately I was enjoying them in the moment. I do however have pictures of how my nails ended up after, not all nails pictured but they do all show signs of overfilling. Despite that, I would give them another chance, I was satisfied with everything else I would go again. read more

First off let me start by saying Mary and Hannah did a good job. Unfortunately, Jaime whom I believe is one of the managers was rude to me. I was very clear what I wanted for my full set. I wanted the acrylic dip I got last time nothing fancy. Plus they had the ticket printed of what I got last time. Jaime chimes in and across the table said in a very rude tone that it had been too long to know what I got last time and they don't have the color so I need to pick out the color I think I got. Felt put on the spot and embarrassed. She responded in a way as if I was having an issue when I simply trying to get clarity at what I wanted. When I went to address afterwords with Danny he said that they did have the color and that it was on file so I don't like that total dishonestly. As a side note, when I was getting my toes done the gentleman working the front desk stated I got shellac on my toes last time. I was positive I did not. (Since I was getting the same polish for my pedicure) when he had the print out available I showed him and he agreed and acknowledged I did not get shellac. Overall it's hard to trust a place when you go in and want it to go smoothly and they complicated everything and are not truthful.
