We had a really great experience at Lynora's! The food and service were both easily 5 stars. I had the Chicken Parm, and it was delicious. The portion was HUGE, and everything was cooked really well. My daughter had the Linguine Bolognese and absolutely loved it. I also had a glass of Chalk Hill Chardonnay, which came out extra cold and was perfect. Our server was amazing! I really wish I remembered her name because she deserves the recognition. She was attentive, friendly, and absolutely fantastic throughout our entire meal. The only miss for us was the tiramisu. If I could rate the dessert separately, I'd probably give it around 2 stars. I've had a lot of tiramisu, and this one just didn't taste quite right to me. There was a really strong cinnamon flavor that overpowered everything else, along with a very heavy coffee taste. I know tiramisu is a coffee-based dessert, but the combination of that much coffee with the cinnamon was just too overpowering and took away from the flavors I normally love in tiramisu. We also had the Strawberry Cream Cake, though, and that was absolutely 5 stars! It was really great, and the flavors were very well balanced. We really enjoyed that one and would definitely order it again. That being said, I'm still giving Lynora's 5 stars overall because everything else--the food, portions, wine, and especially the service--was great. We have been loyal customers of Lynora's in Boca Raton for years. We've celebrated birthdays here, brought countless friends and family, and have always loved the food. Unfortunately, our last two visits have been overshadowed by our interactions with the manager, Edward. On both occasions, I found Edward to be incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. What makes this especially disappointing is that we aren't first-time customers complaining about one bad experience--we have supported this restaurant for years and have continued coming back because we genuinely enjoy it. Good food is only part of what makes a restaurant successful. How loyal customers are treated matters just as much. I should never leave a restaurant that I have supported for years feeling disrespected by its manager, and unfortunately, that is exactly how I have felt after my last two visits. We still love Lynora's food and have many great memories here, which is why I'm so disappointed to be writing this review. I sincerely hope ownership takes a close look at how customers are being treated by management, because Edward's behavior is completely inconsistent with the hospitality and customer service we had come to expect from Lynora's. read more

FABULOUSLY FANTASTIC!! LOVED IT!! Party of 15! We absolutely LOVED IT!! Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS! We had Pappardelle, Fettuccine Bolognese, Eggplant Parmigiana, Chicken Parmigiana sandwiches, meatballs and minestrone soup. The sauce to ratio was perfect. Even the bread was delicious!! Stopped in here for a late lunch on a Sunday and was totally surprised it was Happy Hour. Win Win for us! Started with an Aperol Spritz - a nice light Sunday afternoon drink Piccante Pizza - alway my favorite - Hot cherry peppers, mozzarella, pepperoni, and soppressata. Crisp crust with a nice bite to it. A little spicy and oh so good. Insalata Di Pomodoro - I'm not quite sure I'd call it a salad. Its cucumber. tomato, kalamata olives, onion, with a light pesto vinaigrette. I didn't see any olives, but I think my husband got to them before me. It was a nice lunch and a very nice surprise. My friend and I died here on a Wednesday evening around 7 PM. It was quite busy however we were able to snag a couple spots at the bar. Sebastian and Kris were attentive but very busy. We ordered the focaccia bread, not necessarily a mistake, but be prepared for a large amount of bread. The salad was good, the pizza was also delicious. I would not recommend getting a tiramisu, however, it was dense overly sweet and not traditional in any way shape or form. I would call it a tiramisu inspired cake at best. Lynora's is a wonderful family-owned restaurant. I've never had a bad meal here and on Saturday night it was no different. We had a 6:30 reservation for inside. This is the first time we had an inside spot. It's just too hot and humid at this time of the year to sit outside. But as I predicted, it was extremely noisy. The tables are small and the aisles to get into them are even smaller. Anna was our server and she worked very hard, but she definitely needed more help. It took a very long time from start to finish. It was impossible to get a table during happy hour because this place is always busy and I did not want to sit and take my chances at the bar. People know where good. food is served. At first we had drinks and we shared a chopped salad. And then I had the Bronzino piccata with broccoli rabe and Paul had veal piccata with linguini. We broke down and had cheesecake and very hot cappuccino. That was very worth it. I saved my calories all week for that. So other than the high decibels, and the slow service, we still love Lynora's and will return but hope we get an outside table next time. read more

Came in while it was busy, but the bartenders were genuinely nice and the service was overall good, even if it felt a little slow at times. Nothing that would stop us from enjoying ourselves. The 50% off wine bottles was a big win -- we had a bottle of Sancerre that was excellent and made the night feel like a great value. My girlfriend ordered the chopped salad; it was fresh and good, though a little on the bland side flavor-wise. The margherita pizza is always a 10/10 -- consistent, simple, and done right. I had the chicken francese with sautéed spinach instead of pasta. It was good, but I wish the sauce had been reduced a bit more for deeper flavor and a touch more salt. It was my first time visiting Lynora's and it was a lot smaller inside than I anticipated! I recommend making a reservation ahead of time but my friend and I were a party of 2 so we were able to be seated without a wait. We got an appetizer and it was delicious! I don't remember the name but it had pesto and it was fried. Otherwise the entree was delicious and we got the Nutella dessert which was very filling as well. Lynora's is so popular they are opening in downtown Delray & Melbourne to add to the West Palm Beach, Palm City, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter & Boca Raton locations. They are a family run restaurant since 1976 and continue hosting happy hours daily from 3:00 until 6:00 in the restaurant and until 7:00 at the bar. The happy hour menu has become pricier but all drinks are still half price. I telephoned & made reservations for six. There was plenty of free parking in the large lot. There is outdoor seating facing the parking lot, but happily we were seated at a big round table. Joe was our waiter and he took very good care of us. We started by sharing a Caesar salad. That was fresh cold crispy, and delicious.. I am addicted to their meatballs but tried the muscles fra diablo tonight. Friends enjoyed the video shop, seafood lasagna, eggplant parmigiana and chicken and broccoli. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Home Run !!!!!!!! Went to visit my son in Boca and invited the family to this Italian Restaurant . We were 7 adults and 2 kids and sat outside and just can rave about the service , atmosphere, food quality and pricing . Just a great place ! I came here for lunch the other day, sat at the bar approximately 2:45 there was myself and a gentleman in the corner and two people checking out. I waited to be acknowledged, by a a bartender that really she couldn't be bothered. I had to flag her down to order. She brought me burned bread I took a picture. The food was delicious, zero complaints. The place is on the louder side but in a good way and clean. They need to add seasoning (or salt) to the batter because although it was fresh, it was bland. I visited Lynora's for lunch and sat outside. They have many tables outside in the shade with fans to keep cool. We ordered the Burrata E Prosciutto Pizza and the Chicken Parm hero. Truly a 5 star experience! We had reservations for 6 at 530 so we could take advantage of their Happy Hour which at the table is from 3-6. Till 7 at the bar. Parking was easy, right by the restaurant. Joe our waiter took good care of us. We shared a Caesar salad which was tasty. Visited on a Thursday night around 8:30 pm and there was a line at the door! Luckily we were seated. They had very few staff and it took 10 mins for us to get our initial drink order. Besides that everything was amazing as always. I love the vibe inside and outside of this place. I got the chicken parm with pasta (I switched to Alfredo sauce) and margarita pizza. Both are really delicious. One note is they put dried herbs on margarita pizza and I am not a big fan of that. I think it takes away the taste of the cheese and tomato sauce but others may like it. Lately the food has disappointed with overcooked pastas, dull sauces and chicken that didn't seem very fresh. Initially I made the drive because I liked the pizza and the pizza is still pretty good. The bartender, Kelly, goes out of way to make the most unique espresso martini for me. She knows how to bring the best flavors out of her mixtures and create a great foam to top it off. This place does a perfect happy hour! Their happy hour is from 3-6 at the inside tables, or from 3-7 at the bar. It includes a very extensive tiered food offerings and 50% all drinks. There is an up charge for top shelf. The food was okay, but we felt the dishes needed to be hotter. Our plates came lukewarm. We ordered their meatballs, eggplant and pizza (to-go.) The real star of the show was the service and ambiance. The restaurant itself was stunning and certainly attracts a more adult customer. Our bartender, AJ, was phenomenal. He was absolutely on top of every single thing we might need. He brought me two wines to taste just to be sure I liked the bottle I chose. He was attentive yet not intrusive. He even took our picture for us. Our appetizers of mussels (omg - you must have those) and meatballs (they are famous for those) were out of this world delicious. I usually have the chicken parm which is enough for 3 meals but this time I ordered the shrimp on linguine fra Diavolo - - delicious (actually could have had just a tad more spice but still fabulous) the shrimp were the largest I've ever seen! Food: Excellent, really! We had the Polenta Porcini, sub reg mozz (not fans of smoked), and it was perfection, honestly. Caesar salad was fresh, plenty of shaved cheese, not drowned in dressing, good garlic croutons. Rigatoni alla vodka was not pink as you might expect but reddish/brown, but the flavor was astounding and the rigatoni itself absolutely perfect al dente, and big helping (neither of the two who ordered it could finish). Risotto Cacio e Pepe was also perfectly made, and a huge portion for risotto, for which most other places dole out a spoonful. The Gnocchi al Forno had plenty of cheese, was an odd texture if you're expecting the super-soft potato gnocchi, but really tasty and ridiculously filling and, again, great sauce. Service: Very good - our waiter was very knowledgable of the menu, uncommon down here, and personable, pleasant and helpful. He was a bit busy so there was just the slightest delay a couple times, but the order came out quick, and he was fast with freshly grated cheese, too. The hostess was nice, but they have her asking for a phone number - not for a wait, just to "have" in case... it's a clumsy marketing ploy that feels childishly transparent. Ambiance: it's a cute place for essentially a smallish rectangle; it looks more cramped than it feels, and the tables are actually good sizes and the seats, both booths and chairs, are comfortable. They really do need a fan by the front door to keep ubiquitous south Florida flying pests at bay, though. Price per quality: honestly, not that bad, especially for Boca! read more
