Stopped in here for a late lunch on a Sunday and was totally surprised it was Happy Hour. Win Win for us! Started with an Aperol Spritz - a nice light Sunday afternoon drink Piccante Pizza - alway my favorite - Hot cherry peppers, mozzarella, pepperoni, and soppressata. Crisp crust with a nice bite to it. A little spicy and oh so good. Insalata Di Pomodoro - I'm not quite sure I'd call it a salad. Its cucumber. tomato, kalamata olives, onion, with a light pesto vinaigrette. I didn't see any olives, but I think my husband got to them before me. It was a nice lunch and a very nice surprise. Happy Hour 7 days a week from 3-6 at the tables and until 7 at the bar. 1/2 price drinks and discounted food.

Lynora's is a wonderful family-owned restaurant. I've never had a bad meal here and on Saturday night it was no different. We had a 6:30 reservation for inside. This is the first time we had an inside spot. It's just too hot and humid at this time of the year to sit outside. But as I predicted, it was extremely noisy. The tables are small and the aisles to get into them are even smaller. Anna was our server and she worked very hard, but she definitely needed more help. It took a very long time from start to finish. It was impossible to get a table during happy hour because this place is always busy and I did not want to sit and take my chances at the bar. People know where good. food is served. At first we had drinks and we shared a chopped salad. And then I had the Bronzino piccata with broccoli rabe and Paul had veal piccata with linguini. We broke down and had cheesecake and very hot cappuccino. That was very worth it. I saved my calories all week for that. So other than the high decibels, and the slow service, we still love Lynora's and will return but hope we get an outside table next time.

Came in while it was busy, but the bartenders were genuinely nice and the service was overall good, even if it felt a little slow at times. Nothing that would stop us from enjoying ourselves. The 50% off wine bottles was a big win -- we had a bottle of Sancerre that was excellent and made the night feel like a great value. My girlfriend ordered the chopped salad; it was fresh and good, though a little on the bland side flavor-wise. The margherita pizza is always a 10/10 -- consistent, simple, and done right. I had the chicken francese with sautéed spinach instead of pasta. It was good, but I wish the sauce had been reduced a bit more for deeper flavor and a touch more salt. Overall, nice atmosphere, good wine deals (Wine Wednesday + happy hour), and a place we'd definitely come back to. Solid spot in West Boca.

I came to Lynora on a personal mission: try everything with pollo STROZZAPRETI AL POLLO? Amazing. POLLO FRANCESE? Delicious. POLLO PARMIGIANA? No notes. LYNORA BURGER? Shockingly great--identity crisis in the best way. Everything tasted incredible. Add in a super friendly waiter and a great vibe, and it was an easy win. 10/10 would absolutely come back. Lynora clearly understands the assignment.

Lynora's is so popular they are opening in downtown Delray & Melbourne to add to the West Palm Beach, Palm City, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter & Boca Raton locations. They are a family run restaurant since 1976 and continue hosting happy hours daily from 3:00 until 6:00 in the restaurant and until 7:00 at the bar. The happy hour menu has become pricier but all drinks are still half price. I telephoned & made reservations for six. There was plenty of free parking in the large lot. There is outdoor seating facing the parking lot, but happily we were seated at a big round table. Joe was our waiter and he took very good care of us. We started by sharing a Caesar salad. That was fresh cold crispy, and delicious.. I am addicted to their meatballs but tried the muscles fra diablo tonight. Friends enjoyed the video shop, seafood lasagna, eggplant parmigiana and chicken and broccoli. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Since we were a group of 6 a 20% gratuity was added to our bill. Happily Joe was able to divide the checks . Our meals were delicious and we all managed to have enough to bring home.

Home Run !!!!!!!! Went to visit my son in Boca and invited the family to this Italian Restaurant . We were 7 adults and 2 kids and sat outside and just can rave about the service , atmosphere, food quality and pricing . Just a great place ! The drinks are amazing and 1/2 price 3-6 , such a well played menu , we started off with Bruschetta , Grilled Romaine Lettuce Kids got there own pasta dishes and we killed like 7 main dishes . I personally ordered the mushroom risotto with blackened chicken , also got eggplant dish , gnochi dish Definetely coming back again !

Half burned bread, I had to add olive oil to whatever it is she gave me.

I came here for lunch the other day, sat at the bar approximately 2:45 there was myself and a gentleman in the corner and two people checking out. I waited to be acknowledged, by a a bartender that really she couldn't be bothered. I had to flag her down to order. She brought me burned bread I took a picture. The food was delicious, zero complaints. The place is on the louder side but in a good way and clean. Sadly I probably won't return as a bar guest, I found both the ladies to be unfriendly and lacked customer service skill where I was concerned.

Beautiful and lively ambiance. Great service and fresh food. The ravioli with shrimp and lobster was great! The rainbow cookies were phenomenal and the calamari was ok. They need to add seasoning (or salt) to the batter because although it was fresh, it was bland. The cranberry mocktail was like diabetes in a glass so I swapped it out for a virgin mocktail mule and it was perfect! The kiddo had a cheeseburger and she loved it! My friends had the octopus, which was yummy and the branzino (the butter based sauce was a little heavy). I would go again to try the pizza as I hear it's a

Good food, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff are always part of our experience here. Our recent dinner was no exception. We were seated quickly, even though it was a busy evening and the server checked back a couple times to make sure everything was in order. He was a little preoccupied when talking with us, and didn't seem to listen to our responses,, but maybe because they were busy. We enjoyed sitting outside with a nice evening breeze and chatting with other diners. We always look forward to our meals at Lynora's.

We always go to lynoras whenever we ca and a location close by. First time in Boca and it was nice. Sat at the bar as there was a wait even with our Reso. Had the fococcia trio and got a yummy pizza and bolognese too. All food was good. I love that they have yellow label by the glass also. Great vibe on a busy Thursday

I visited Lynora's for lunch and sat outside. They have many tables outside in the shade with fans to keep cool. We ordered the Burrata E Prosciutto Pizza and the Chicken Parm hero. I recommend ordering both, the pizza was cooked really well and the chicken parm was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and constantly came back to fill up our waters. I will be back here to try more items on their menu.

Truly a 5 star experience! We had reservations for 6 at 530 so we could take advantage of their Happy Hour which at the table is from 3-6. Till 7 at the bar. Parking was easy, right by the restaurant. Joe our waiter took good care of us. We shared a Caesar salad which was tasty. I had their meatballs which are on a par with meatballs I've had in NY restaurants. They're that good. My wife had the mussels fra diablo. It was a little spicy for me but still good. This is a place I will always go to and feel comfortable with their food and service.

Visited on a Thursday night around 8:30 pm and there was a line at the door! Luckily we were seated. They had very few staff and it took 10 mins for us to get our initial drink order. Besides that everything was amazing as always. I love the vibe inside and outside of this place. I got the chicken parm with pasta (I switched to Alfredo sauce) and margarita pizza. Both are really delicious. One note is they put dried herbs on margarita pizza and I am not a big fan of that. I think it takes away the taste of the cheese and tomato sauce but others may like it. Overall I always enjoy dining here! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and looking for an Italian restaurant

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Coconut Creek Review…read moreDinner Date: August 23, 2026 Location: 4473 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33073 Hubby and I decided to go out for dinner with his brother and wife. We wanted to spend some time together, have a few drinks, and enjoy a nice dinner, so we decided to visit Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Coconut Creek. We arrived around 5:00 PM and had reservations. Unfortunately, when we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted at the entrance, which was our first disappointment. Once we were seated, we were greeted by our waiter, Brian. I want to give credit where credit is due because Brian was attentive and did everything, he was supposed to do. He asked us what we wanted to drink, asked about appetizers, checked when we were ready to order our meals, and continued to provide us with service throughout our dinner. Unfortunately, the food was a completely different story. I ordered the meatball appetizer, and when it arrived, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The meatballs appeared to be burned underneath the sauce, and they were so hard that I could barely get my fork into them. I had to stop Brian and ask him to take the meatballs back to the kitchen and remove them from my bill. Brian did so, and I appreciated that he addressed the issue. I then ordered Churrasco Steak with Parmesan Fries. The steak itself was good, but the fries were cold, hard, and did not have any Parmesan on them, even though Parmesan fries were part of the order. At this point, I was extremely disappointed with my meal. And my brother In-law who ordered a steak sandwich with Cesar salad, the salad never arrived with his meal. And when we stopped our waiter for the salad it took 1/2 hr to stop him and remind him of the missing salad. The dinner portion took 45 minutes before being served on a busy Saturday night. Because I was so unhappy with my experience, I asked Brian if he could please get the Manager because I wanted to personally explain what had happened. The manager, Tim, came to our table. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by his response. He did not appear concerned about my experience, and I did not receive an apology for the problems I had with my meal. I had to ask him, "What can you do for me?" What happened next made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of addressing the fact that my meal was the one that had the problems, the manager decided to give me credit for my brother-in-law's sandwich. I did not understand this resolution because my brother-in-law was not the person who had the problem with his meal. I was the customer who had the burned meatballs, the cold and hard fries, and the missing Parmesan. At that point, I felt that my complaint was simply not being taken seriously. I want to be clear that Brian, our waiter, was not the problem. He was attentive, polite, and did what he could to help when I brought the food issues to his attention. My biggest disappointment was with the management response. When a customer takes the time to explain that they had a horrible dining experience, I believe the manager should show concern, listen to the customer, apologize, and make an appropriate effort to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened during our visit. This was supposed to be a nice evening out with family, and instead, I left feeling very disappointed. The food was not what I expected, and the lack of concern from Manager Tim made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Coconut Creek to others based on this experience. I strongly suggest that management consider providing additional customer service training, particularly regarding how complaints are handled and how managers should respond when a customer is genuinely dissatisfied. The waiter Brian deserves recognition for doing his job well. Unfortunately, the food and the management response left a very bad impression. Management more Training!!!! Especially Mr. Tim. Disappointed Customer.

Our waiter was nice enough but took forever to come get our order. The food came out. He came by to check before we ate anything. Ok fine. We let him know we've come a few times in the past 3 months (about once per month) and the smoked salmon was good to split as it always comes with 2 pieces of bread (which they cut in half- so 4 halves, perfect to make 2 mini sandwiches with) This time it came with a piece of bread and a half (so 3 halves). I'm looking around for our server he's no where to be found. I finally spot him but he doesn't see me and goes into the back area near the bar to speak with another server. He then pokes his head out and I get his attention. I told him we needed another 1/2 a piece of bread. It took a bit but the manager came brought 2 pieces of toasted bread with butter. We thought that was nice, they gave us extra for the wait. The manager asked if everything was ok, we had the bread so yes it was fine nothing to say. We weren't sure why be was asking (also didn't know he was the manager at that time) We also got the omelette which was ok, not great. No complaints just nothing special, we wouldn't get that again. (Not this trip but last time we got their potatoes which were so good and a really good flat bread with figs so most of their other food is good) Then it takes a bit but he comes to clean our plates... and disappears again. A while later he has that check machine in his hand (I hate those honestly- becoming a restaurant standard but gives you no time to discuss anything with your party or figure out the tip) he asked if we needed anything I said no, thinking he was having us pay since we're not ordering anything else- but then he just walked away. The other table is getting rowdy and annoyed not seeing him either now. I see that table out of the corner of my eye getting annoyed with him. They're ready to go, as are we. We finally get the check and they charged us $4.50 for the bread. Confused I asked about that mistake. He then told us he sent his manager over to talk to us (you did?) and he'll send him over again. So now we just want to leave but are waiting for the manager. The man who delivered the bread comes over. Tells me it depends how thick it is. Sometimes it's 3 sometimes it's 4 pieces (referring to the individual halves of bread) that's why we were charged for a side of bread. He then tells me the server must not have understood. I was very clear and asked for a half a piece- letting him know we always order this. I didn't ask for 2 slices with butter- which they brought. The manager offers to knock a few bucks off but it's made in house so that's all he'll do. I'm not really happy I didn't want all that, I didn't order it and really if your server misunderstood why am I being charged? (Plus we're already frustrated waiting there, we've been ready to go for a while at this point) Meanwhile the table next to us gets up to talk to the manager who's busy "fixing" our check as they also just want to leave. They're clearly frustrated as well. Then the server comes by and asks us if everything was solved. Not really but sort of. I hear him go to the manager behind us ... and the manager says "I'm going to charge them something for it" Someone else from that other table comes over to complain to us about how this place is going downhill. They also used to really like it there- but now they're spending their whole afternoon in there. We have a lovely chat about how frustrating this experience has been before the server comes back with our revised check. So I went from coming here at least once a month (literally my open table shows me coming here 3 times since the middle of March) but I will not be returning anytime soon and I have a feeling neither will that other party (Also on their menu on their website the bread is only $4.25 so we were overcharged no matter how you look at it. But you won you charged us something!)
