He was running a little behind because of his last job and called twice to make sure I knew he would be 15 minutes late. He was true to his word on his arrival. He sent a text to report what he found and confirmed the need for a new replacement and gave me the cost. He told me he would stay and finish the job today, now mind you this was about 5:30pm on a Friday. He went and purchased the AC and suggested a better unit than the cheaper brand and explained why. He installed the unit and sealed the whole larger window too.He even removed the water stains on the wall and window sill. I was very impressed by his honesty, knowledge and professionalism. Which makes sense to a point. They got her to sign a 2 year contract for $50.00 a month. So she did the two year contract at $50.00 I had my mom add me to the account to be the administrator of this account so I can monitor this account. After the two years was up, I asked to cancel out, because it was too expensive, and the service is literally worthless. I had two false alarms, and a false fire call to the house. Also another one while on vacation too. Couple days ago the panel malfunction and it tripped the alarm. Cops came to the house thinking it was a burglary and the cops were asking if we're ok. I told the cops that panel want working, and Vivint went ahead and called the cops saying a burglary in process. No door or any signs of any break in at all . Comes to find out about our panel is outdated and they need a newer module so this don't happens again . Talk about bad business practices to make you buy the more expensive unit to keep there service. End of story, dint use or recommend this service to anyone including my enemies too .

After shopping around; doing my research, comparing 2 other companies products, and service maintenance fees, I'm happy to say that I have chosen a great deal! The first company quoted me for 4, 4.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras which costed more and come to find out, they weren't in business very long; don't have as much man-power for maintenance and not as reliable. The second company didn't impress me; they didn't even use Bullet cameras - only Dome; but I was told that Dome cameras are better for indoor because of dust/cleaning, so I'd rather have bullets. I decided to keep shopping around and research. 3rd times a charm! I bought an 8 Channel NVR and installed 4, 4K 8.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras - Best Clarity I could find - made for outdoors. I also purchased separately; a 4K Monitor at BestBuy to view at home. It's cheaper to buy your own monitor. Lifeline Fire & Security is well worth the price and I have room for 4 more Cameras on the 8 Channel NVR for future camera add-ons. Clarity is great and it's so fun and convenient to view Live from my App when I'm away from home.
