Kua came out to design my system right away and very quick. as I live in a town house which HOA has to approval for all the modifications and new installation, he is very knowledgeable how to deal with HOA and I could submit the whole plan he makes for HOA approval on time for board meeting. He has a lot of experience for working with HOA so I didn't have to worry about the approval process at all. As soon as I got approved from HOA, his electrical Art came one day to change my main electrical panel in order to have extra spots for my 4 split unit ACs. Setting all the unit up took probably 5-6 hours by 4-5 workers, everyone is very friendly and professional. The Fujitsu AC units are nice looking not too big it fit in my living room and other 3 bedrooms nicely. They made sure everything run fine and also cleaned after the construction very well. Run away from these guys as fast as you can run. From start to finish, crap. The low ball price will get you what you pay for, I've spent twice the price getting it right. Installers took every short cut to save a penny, electrician wired one unit to my pool light switch, not one of these bozos was smart enough to figure it out, did it myself chasing wires through the house. The indoor units were placed without adequate drainage, caused a huge leak in the ceiling, had to replace the dry wall and have a real a/c business install water pumps vs just laying plumbing across the rafters. These guys use plastic gutters to cover exterior lines instead of Mitsubishi product, just crap. To add insult to injury, while we are crawling through my attic fixing everything I find crap everywhere. They just leave trash everywhere they are working cause, it ain't like you're going up there to check, right, wrong. And through it all the owner Neil Wiedemann is a class A A-Hole New Yorker. Go to a reputable a/c shop like A/C Unlimited, they spent a year getting this mess better. The five star ratings you read here are his employee ghost writers that are required by prince charming to lie to keep their job. read more

The guy who answered the phone was a complete jerk. My fiancé called first and before he could even finish his sentence the guy said "let me just stop you right there, we are booked 8-weeks out". So my fiancé just says, "8-weeks, okay thanks" Fine, great, but we live in an apartment building that we knew the company was coming out to the next day, so we know they know which window A/C unit our building has, and we were TOLD by the management of our building to call the guys to see if they could stop by our unit while they are here already. So I decided to give it a go, and be real nice and patient, to kill him with kindness so to say, and at least get more information. When he answered the phone, I said "hi, I live in "x" building and you guys are coming out here tomorrow" he then snaps back, "we're fully booked for 8 weeks and I don't have any time tomorrow to add anyone on to the list, YOU guys should have called weeks ago, we're fully booked up!" I responded by saying, "you know, you're really rude. You don't even know if I'm one of the units you are already servicing tomorrow." (I'm not, but really, he didn't give us any chance) Thanks guy. I didn't even get a chance to ask you about the unit in my apartment, and if it would be cheaper to fix or replace, since it seems to be from the 70's. Bottom line, we will NOT be using this company for A/C repair, ever. read more

Wish I could rate NEGATIVE for customer service!!! I AM COMPLETELY APPALLED! I purchased an AC unit for $1300 in Aug and called in Nov to request service. My unit cuts in and I have concerns w/its efficiency to cool a small apartment bedroom. Neil YELLED at me, seriously he SCREAMED at me for calling. He first yelled at me because I couldn't read the model number from the tech's handwritten numbers/letters. I informed him I was not an HVAC specialist and request he tone down his inquires as I'm only reading from my very expensive invoice. My television was on and echoed during the call - as soon as he made me aware, I muted it; HOWEVER, this was not enough for him. For him, the only apparent solution was to continue LAMENTING me, even after I ask he stop or tell me what I'd done to put him in such a hostile stance. My inquires only lead to additional scolding and him hastily hanging up Again, completely appalled and in disbelief I was just SCREAMED at by this company's "voice" to the public! Fron Yelp to Google the only reviews are how unprofessioanl and rude the guy who answers the phone is - WOW! It is true that Neill comes off as surprisingly quick on the phone, but he didn't waste time and got the info he needed to replace my A/C. Unlike most companies, he was willing to work with me to coordinate with my work schedule. He's a no-nonsense guy. Marco and the guys who replaced my A/C were very good at communicating with me especially when they had some unexpected delays. When they arrived, they were efficient and did a great job.
