Techs arrived on property at 8:35am and I received a call back from someone in office named Natalie who was less than apologetic and less than trained in any type of customer service. If you have a contract for multi-units, you would think punctuality would be the foundation of your service. Fine, it's Hawaii, we've got traffic and every other issue on the road but be better in your Aloha to your customers because I would never recommend this company even if they were to underbid a project and we were to save money.
