In order to help him help us he had me send a photo of the model and serial numbers of our unit, the type of issues we were having and he knew exactly what part we needed so he was able to pick up the part before making his way to us! Our A/C in our office went down over the weekend, and it was determined that the replacement part would take a week to get in from our management. However, we had a full schedule of patients to serve and had to keep our staff from having heat exhaustion. We were in a pickle. I called another big player, and got no response after like 5 calls. Ryan from HI Portable Air picked up immediately, shot me over a quote within minutes. Once I approved the quote at around 2pm, he said that he could have the units over THAT SAME DAY by 9pm. I was completely floored. Never seen anything like that in my life. Anything HVAC-related in Hawaii, you're lucky if they can see you the same month.
