I even saw the guy today on a ladder to dry/ clean the top of my car (I live out of town now, and almost EVERY place skips the roof or does a terrible job). I drive a Scion -- my car isn't that tall but this guy must have spent 10 min just doing a great job wiping down my car! Great staff here. Shout out to the guy Antonio Who dried my car, I sought to find him afterwards because he did that great of a job on my car. They always done a good job on me and my wife's cars over the years. I live in canyon country and go all the way there to wash our cars. They overall do a pretty good job. I don't often post reviews but I really have to do it. I had an emergency oil leak in my race car and these guys helped me out! Immediately! They ask what happened, took a look on the problem, changed my oil, filled all other fluids with high quality fluid, washed the under side of my engine bay (full of oil), and free car wash. Our son went to the car wash on his way to work with a guitar in a case in the car. The workers jammed the guitar case in the back seat and broke the guitar. I called the manager, who told me our son should have read the signs that supposedly say to remove personal belongings. I said that might be true, but his workers should have told my son to remove the guitar case before they jammed it into the seat and breaking it (which would have to be done pretty hard to break the guitar). The manager was unwilling to do anything about it. Careless workers and very poor customer service. Will not go here again. read more

The actual car wash was hard to find at first, there was only one sign and I couldn't see it from where I came in; it's around the building but it was hard to tell which side was the entrance/exit. There's a gas station in the same lot. I found this place because of Yelp, otherwise I would have never found it. It's right off the freeway so it's a quick easy on and off. The price was like $6, $8, and $10, depending on which wash you preferred. I really like car washes where you can just drive through. I went in for a detail not even a week after I bought my new car and I greatly regret it. Given that I had just bought the car, I knew what scratches it had and the overall condition of the exterior. After they returned my car to me, I found 3 chips in the paint on my rear bumper and a dent about 2 inches long that were not there when I dropped it off. Obviously, I returned to get everything straightened out. The manager that I dealt with let me look at all of the videos of my car being detailed and when I told him when the damage to my car was made, he disregarded everything that I said saying that "the vacuum could not have made the dent in my bumper". Which is a false statement in itself because any hard plastic being banged onto a bumper can do some damage. After an hour or arguing, I'm still left with a chipped, dented bumper that I will surely have to pay for myself. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I don't get my car washed that often, but when I do I want it to be done right. I luckily stumbled into Lyons Car Wash. They do a brisk business. I used to get it washed at Valencia Car Wash on Creekside (glad to be rid of them). There is also a very convenient car wash place right across the street from my work. They charge $14 for a car wash and only do a fair job. So, I stick to Lyons Car Wash. They accept others coupons (with a limit) and 25 score which can whittle down the price to about $9. The ticket writing guy always tries the upsells. On slow days, you can negotiate yourself a better deal. Most of the time, I pass. It takes about a half hour for a car wash. They do the most thorough job of any car wash I have ever used. At other car washes, I would drive off and see water running down the car, always in the same places. At Lyons car wash, this never happens. I have also used their detail services on 4 occasions and have been equally impressed. So, how could it get better? A couple years ago they built an oil change station. I was wary of using them for this and talked to the guy that runs it. He said he had 20 years experience changing oil. I have used them for oil changes since they opened and been very pleased. I still get out of the car and watch them change the oil. I like to make sure they change the oil and filter. I should trust them, but after seeing the channel 4 report on Jiffy Lube, it is hard to trust any oil change place. An oil change includes a free car wash. With a coupon I pay about $28 for a complete oil change and car wash. Not bad at all. They also recently added an auto repair station. I am leery of using anyone other than my trusted mechanic (see my other review) so I probably will not be trying this new venture of theirs. read more

I took my car in to get it detailed and they charged me $150 and had my car for 2.5 hours and the windows and windshield were all foggy and they didnt even finish washing the outside of the car. NOT TO MENTION THERE WAS A NAIL IN MY TIRE WHEN I BROUGHT IT HOME. They will not take good care of your car and will charge you a fortune for a terrible job. Was hesitant based on some of the reviews but not so many full service options near me. My car definitely came out cleaner than when I came in- I chose wash number 2 which was just over $20. The cleaning of interior and exterior seemed thorough. I have a dog seat cover in the back seats which was not cleaned but they did lift it up to clean the actual seats. The cashier was very friendly. Lots of scents to choose from. Only gripe is that it is probably the longest I've waited for a full service wash despite the lack of customers. read more

This is my first and last time coming to Lyons Auto Spa. I went for an oil change which also come with a free car wash and ended up leaving with a scuffed up bumper with missing paint. After my oil change and car wash, no one flagged me over to let me know my car was done so I went over myself and left since it was 100 outside and it had been there for long enough (hindsight that was a major red flag). Once I had gotten home and saw what happened I called and the front desk person who said that "it is nearly impossible" for this to have occurred. I immediately drove back to show them before and after pictures as well as my car and they immediately became defensive. The general manager, Abel, denied that this could have happened despite my proof and said that we could watch the security camera footage but he needed to see it first. He had us wait 20 minutes so he could find the footage (he was probably deleting a lot of it) and when he brought my mom and I back Abel and his minion showed incomplete security clips of the whole time my car was at Lyons Auto Spa. There were obvious skips in between clips and instead of listening to a young first time client who understands that accidents happen, they got up in my mom and I's faces and repeatedly said that it wasn't their fault. I left with their business card and will be pursing further action against Lyons Auto Spa. Overall terrible customer service and I will NEVER be coming here again. Recently came here after coming here for 3 years and was extremely disappointed of the car they took in my vehicle they are usually careful...but this time i asked them to vaccum my trunk and they did but they let the vaccum drag along my bumper scratching the paint they also scratched the inside of my brand new car very noticeable. The reviews on here seem to be either really good or really bad. So here's one right in the middle. This is strictly for the auto spa portion of the business, specifically the wash packages, and not the detailing services, as that's the only experiences I've had with this business. I've been getting my cars washed here for years, ever since I could drive, and I have to say, the results are -- well, they're just fine. I've tried all of the packages, as well as the express package. From my experience, the outcomes seem to vary, regardless of the chosen package. That is to say, the express wash has given me both amazing results as well as really half-assed ones. Same goes for packages that include more services. Sometimes they're really good and detailed, and sometimes they're pretty mediocre and there's still visible dirt and pet hair left on my seats and carpet even though I paid for a vacuum. I'm getting a little tired of the results being a coin flip. But with that being said, I guess you get what you pay for when it comes down to it. I keep coming back because their prices are hard to beat, even with inconsistent results. read more

Poor service. They don't care about their customers. On top of poor service the sled claimed co owner / manager Abel sucks and he has a horrible attitude. To top it all and what pushed me to finally write a review was the fact of showing up at 4:53 and they wouldn't take me because they close as 5:00. I immediately brought it to the attention of the supervisor who denied that one of his employees broke it and then had the nerve to say that it was like that when I brought it in. Went in for an oil change and once I noticed my car was taking a while to come out I got a bit concerned but I thought maybe they are just busy. So I sat and waited once I saw it come out of the car wash I was a bit relieved. But once I got waived down after waiting for close to an hour I got into my car and my steering wheel was just locked and wouldn't turn. Their was clearly something wrong to which I called for the manager I went in for an oil change I explained and now my steering wheel won't move it's stuck or something. The "MANAGER" was so rude didn't own up to anything they could have possibly done like it seemed they drained all of my steering wheel fluid. The "MANAGER" kept repeatedly saying well their is something wrong with ur car the fact that u can't move your steering wheel is because u probably had some underlying problem prior to here and now it's a coincidence it just broke . Came for oil change and car wash. I went for the synthetic blend of oil. There are 2 options, one being a no name synthetic ($59) and the other Mobil ($69). I opted for the $59 deal, synthetic is synthetic, and the two gentlemen helping me out were super nice. The car was serviced and washed. The reason for not giving them 5 Stars is that I could see a streaks on my windshield, extremely small area, or else it would have been perfect. I brought my car in for an oil change and they charged me for an extra quart of oil. This is a new car so I wasn't sure exactly how much to put it so I just paid for it. After I left, I went on the freeway and noticed my car wouldn't accelerate. I called them and told them that there was something wrong and the man was extremely rude and told me it was because I had an oil light on when I came in. The oil light was just signaling I needed an oil change and I told him that. My car would not go over 40 mph and it was extremely dangerous to drive on the freeway. I took my car to a different mechanic and they told me that they put over a quart of extra oil into my car. This could've damaged my engine permanently. I will not be coming back. read more

After they finished I found they had not vacuumed the driver side armrest ashtray as I had asked them to. This was a quick fix, but when I drove back to work I saw they had completely neglected the center console cupholders (see photo). I called and told them and said I would come back by to show them and that I wanted a credit for another carwash as it is a 20 minute roundtrip drive from my workplace. Upon arrival they said "it is from you, it is gum or something". They then offered to clean it. I said I could have cleaned it myself and I drove back over to show them and receive a credit for a future wash. They rudely refused until I told them I was going to post a Yelp review, Then they rudely agreed. I preferred to drive off and post this review. It took me 5 seconds to clean with a napkin and water, they obviously missed it the first time. I had to write a review since I saw so many bad ones. This is only based on 1 time visit. The first employee I encountered was in a rush and seemed like he couldn't be bothered with any questions. While I was waiting for my car I read reviews on here and started to get nervous. They were done withy car pretty quickly and it was so clean inside I didn't even recognize it. It was cleaner than when I got it from the dealer in September and much cleaner then when I took it to another local carwash. Needed a car wash and oil change. Went on Lyons web site to check out their current coupons. Printed up a coupon for $31.95 Oil Change and Free Car Wash. When I got there manager Virj/Vrij said that the price was wrong and it is higher now. He did not care that I had printed the coupon directly from this web site 15 minutes prior. He then in formed me that I had special car that needed an $8 filter and an extra quart of oil. Oh and guess what...there is a recycling fee too. So my $31.95 Oil change and car wash is now $50.32. This is NOT a good way to run your business in the age of Yelp! You either update your website or honor the coupon that is there. Does the car need the "special filter" or extra oil. Don't know and don't care. I was left with such a swarmy taste from their inflexibility with their own coupon that I will not give them any future business. Towne Center Car Wash across from Valencia Towne Center usually has a $11 Groupon and has AMAZING service...free Krispy Kreme and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! Please take your car wash business there. As I recently moved to Valencia, I had to ask a friend to recommend a good place to get my car washed. My friend recommended Lyons and told me that they always treat him VERY well. So I went here thinking that I would get the same service... oops. I made a huge mistake in asking my one friend who drives a Bentley! Of course they treat him VERY WELL. When I pulled up with my hatchback Toyota, I expected great service. Great service I did not get. Yes, they washed my car and the inside smelled and looked clean. I tipped a guy and started to drive away. This is when I noticed that my passenger's side window was completely covered in disgusting water spots, so bad that I couldn't see out the window. I got out of my car to see that the whole passenger side of my car was not washed. So, I got a half of a car wash. Not what I paid $20+ for. I immediately drove back and kindly asked if somebody could take a look at my car, and suddenly, nobody spoke any English!! Strange, because when I pulled up the first time and asked for a car wash, everyone spoke my language... hmm... I asked for the manager and kindly showed him that only half of my car was washed. This is where he told me that he could fix it if I purchased a wax and buff... WHAT?! Arguing with him was useless, like talking to a wall. I hate it when I don't get what I pay for, nothing irks me more. And on top of everything else, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Shady way to run a business. I have a 2011 dodge charger & when i went in today, the guy that washed my car BROKE off my RT emblem on my grill. I talked to the so called manager and this guy was a complete idiot ! Very disappointing. I went in to get an overly expensive detail which set me back $150 (which was talked down from $200). Yet even though they had already violated my wallet, it wasn't enough. I made the fatal mistake of leaving a $100 gas gift card inside the glove box of my sedan and come back inside the car noticing it had been ripped off of the paper backing and stolen from the vehicle. Outraged I spoke to a manager, who was of no help retrieving my stolen card and hadn't even punished the ones who had detailed the car and had to have stolen the card in the first place.
