Everybody have to check receipt before leave the store!!!! Bc I didn't check until home. I was excited to shop here because they were advertising a 30% off promotion on July 4. I understand that some products (such as beverages) may have been excluded from the sale. Nice set up and fast service. Staffs are nice But I don't want to leave negative review, but I'm disappointed with how this issue has been handled. I visited during the 30% off promotion and spent nearly $400. I know some items, like drinks, may not have been eligible for the promotion, and that's completely understandable. That why I asked the staff who helped us to make sure and she checked on the computer and said yes Kiva is 30% that why I order a lot but she didn't say only 1 or what the policy when I said wow I want more when it's 30% off, good deal! She should say something. However, I bought five Kiva Sea Salt Caramel Milk Chocolate Bites, and my receipt appears to show that only one of them received the discount instead of all of the eligible items. Also another 2 cookies and cream that only 1 eligible. So I reached out through the company's online contact form, explained the issue, and waited for the reply. It's now been over a week, and I haven't received any reply at all. Even if the discount was applied correctly, I expected someone to at least respond and explain it. I hope the store improves its customer service and communication. At this point, I'm just looking for someone to review my receipt and explain what happened. read more

During fog fest they pay for reviews with $1 joints (to skirt the law against giving out free cannabis) , which is illegal. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) finalized a rule in August 2024 banning the creation and purchase of fake reviews and testimonials, which is considered a deceptive business practice subject to penalties and legal action. Old review: If I could give this place one star, I would. Not only did they try to bribe me into giving them positive reviews on several occasions, which is ILLEGAL, and they got quite a few people to do so in front of me, the girls there always make me feel like they would rather be helping the next person, and literally only offer the most expensive option. I'd like to start off apologizing to the staff for my travel companion. He'd been drinking for two days and made a big deal out of having to show his ID since he wasn't making a purchase. I was overly embarrassed but the staff seemed to handle him in stride. I took an uber here from a hotel near the airport and it was $32 so if you're staying near the airport please be mindful that the dispensaries are not close and maybe consider delivery cause round trip it cost me almost $70. They had a great selection of flower and edibles and i probably would have selected more if I hadn't been trying to avoid the disruprion my travel mate was causing. They had flowers as low as $25 so for reviews that say they are expensive, I don't really agree, all price points are available. A candy bar I purchased in Vegas for $37 was $22 here so I'm going to repeat all price points are available. I also received a discount on most items purchased because I was shopping on a Sunday. Been purchasing heavy hitter carts multiple times a week there for years. So many amazing friendly staff members. I've purchased hundreds, and I mean hundreds of HH carts and never have had a problem Sadly I doubt I'll be back again. 4 times in the last month they've completely ignored me in the queue. First time, no big deal. It happens, they're busy and I've been coming here for years. Second time: super slow and no reason to have been passed over. Annoyed and didn't speak up. Third time: was the only one waiting inside the gated area ready to order. Waited 3-5 minutes, only me. Someone walks in, checks in, immediately gets helped. I kindly mention that i was there first. I was told they had already started to help the new guest so I should wait. I was very unhappy. I went to bloom room the next time I needed anything. Today, 4th time in one month; it happens again. This time I tell the guest who purposefully cut me that I was there first. The staff didn't give any direction. They apologized after and just said we have a lot of new staff. I said, "I don't mean to be rude or be that guy, but this is the 4th time this has happened. I love it here. People are so friendly here. But as a dedicated customer I've actually become very turned off about the situation. " In the end it's not a big deal, I'll buy my weekly load of carts from bloom room. Saying "oh well, we'll eventually dial it in" doesn't really sit great with me. Have fun learning how to train a staff to run a queue, I for one won't be around to watch it happen. This place is a cute shop in Pacifica! Lots of parking around the store. It was my first time to this shop. When I entered, I checked in with the front desk receptionist. I had to provide my ID and phone number so they can enter me in the system. They only accept cash or debit card. When I was done checking in, I was greeted by Archer (or maybe Archie?). He was super helpful and gave me a lot of recommendations. There was a lot of variety and I haven't seen some of these products before. That says something because I've been to ALOT of cannabis clubs. I ended up buying a lot of brands and flavors I haven't tried before. My personal favorite joints are Baby Jeeters. They last long and all you need is 2-3 hits and you're good! The smoke has a flavored smell. I like the cute bag they put your items in. If I'm in the area again, I would def come back! read more

I love shopping at Lytt. Every year I do a big order for christmas and they are always professional and delivery is on-time. The only issue...for today... March 11, 2025, is that each time I call to ask if clones have arrived yet, the young woman who answers doesn't seem to know what clones are, or when, if at all, they will arrive. She suggests looking on the website. But...it seems clones are only added to the online menu once they arrive in the store, so we have no idea if or when they are due to arrive. I call they say driver will be there in 30 minutes. Here I am waiting 1 hour later. Oh btw the site states most deliveries take between 20 minutes and 1 hour. Just a head's up to any delivery customers - I have been left waiting for 4+ hours with zero communication SEVERAL times. Despite their confirmation emails saying they will provide and ETA soon, they won't. You will have to call (and get shuffled around numerous times then left on hold) to get an answer. Or in my case, be told (multiple times) that they didn't see your order. After the third time of this happening to me, I was told to email the manager. This was months ago with no response. Really disappointing especially if you don't drive, can't get out of the house or need items to help with anxiety. Probably better to go in if you can. I have had many pleasant experiences here previously and have been a loyal and frequent customer almost two years, but today's experience has really drawn my patience regarding its business operations. I will start by saying that one of the security guards has always been extremely rude. I would say hi or good morning sir, and this gentleman would look at me rather aggressively and say nothing except grab my ID and stare at me like he was trying to intimidate me, but would then be extremely friendly and welcoming to female customers behind me in line. Therefore, I stopped saying hello to this particular gentleman when providing my ID and many of my store entrances were very tense and unwelcoming. All other security has been extremely pleasant and I have not seen this particular security guard recently thankfully. I was not letting this experience discourage me from giving business in the past. Previously I have had a rude driver, but all other driver encounters were very pleasant so I did not let one bad experience discourage me. I have also had a very unpleasant encounter over the phone where I was passed around to several employees who made it seem like I was having to jump through significant loopholes to cancel an order with RSO as I did not know RSO was for cancer patients. The employees made it a rather long phone call with several holds and persuasion attempts over what should have been a quick cancelation as the driver had not yet left. The other day I drove all the way in and no one called to notify me an item I ordered was out of stock. While I do not live far, it is still a task to go through the ATM then come into the store especially when one has plans that day. I have normally been called on my cell previously for an out of stock item before I show up and it has never been an issue. When I showed up, the store was not busy and the call could have easily been made. Employees were standing around chatting and the gentleman assisting me did not seem to care at all when I told him forget it after driving all the way in to be notified that they did not have my product in. There was no apology or acknowledgment of wasting my time, and there was sort of a "get screwed" vibe by the gentleman who was "assisting" me and there was an overall unprofessional experience with no regard for their mistake. This felt very dishonest, like they wanted to lure me there then try and get a different item off the shelf once I showed up. I felt irritated as a quick phone call or even a decent apology or acknowledgment could have gone a long way and potentially saved a lot of time and effort. Again, I am not far but if I would have driven in from more of a distance like say Burlingame or Half Moon Bay then this would have been even more discouraging. Today, I placed an order at 4:35 pm and got a call shortly after saying that they could not complete my order that is less than 10 minutes up the street and 1.6 miles on the GPS despite closing at 8pm. Despite having so many very positive experiences here previously and despite this being a close and convenient location, this has been my last straw regarding the business operations, specifically regarding time management and customer satisfaction. I will not be providing any more business here going forward, and will be using Flowerco, Bloom Room, Smoakland, or any of the other numerous dispensaries here going forward as I've never had these kind of issues at these shops. I am honestly very disappointed as a frequent customer at the overall unprofessionalism and unwelcoming atmosphere that has progressed lately. read more
