There is an online booking option which can be daunting but easy to navigate. Parking: there is a row of parking spots at the entrance of the Spa, which only has a few spots. I luckily had one spot open when I arrived. Would recommend coming a little early to the appointment to ensure you can find a spot. Greeting/First impressions: when you walk out of the elevator onto the third floor, you enter a calm, green, serene entrance. When you walk into the gift shop, there are many beauty/skin care products for sale, bathing suits, a bar, and health snacks available for purchase. The greeters in the front checking you in are nice and go over all of the spa rules and give a tour. Amenities: you first get fitted with clean slippers to use throughout the spa area, the slippers are nice and warm. Then you get a plush robe to go with it. The locker rooms have large lockers, towels, skin care, and hair care products along with rain shower bathing areas. There is a himalayan salt sauna room in each of the mens and womens locker rooms. There is a eucalyptus steam room (it gets HOT!), a hot therapy pool, and cold plunge available for use. This is available to anyone who has access to the amenities pass (any service over $100). There are menus with drinks and snacks available to order, this can be brought to you while in the pools or the relaxation room. There is also a small rooftop area to relax outside. Massage: I got a deep tissue massage with Aura. I typically ask to have the shoulders worked on the most, but she hit trigger points in even the smallest muscles in my hands and feet. Her hands are truly magical - would recommend booking with her if able! Checkout: check out was simple and quick, you pay at the end of your visit. They even gave a little parting gift of a thank you note and a sample anti inflammatory dark chocolate for the ride home. Overall, the bang was worth the buck!

They were sure to show me not just everything in my room, but let me tour the other types of rooms too. The place is all brand new! All the amenities are so great! You get to choose your essential oil for your cooling towel. I chose orange! Yum! All the shampoos and lotions smell like the spa! Our experience was okay- not bad but we weren't wowed by any means. The location was nice and cute going for a quaint spa vibe. There's some light snacks, water, coffee, and tea. It wasn't brought to our attention that there were showers, sandals, or additional post service accouterment like razors, combs, lotion, hair ties, dry shampoo, etc. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could come prepared. We were told about the robes available to use so that was nice. I've never had a maternity massage so I can't compare it but it was nice. Took a little trial and error to get comfortable. They offer a bolster to allow you to lie on your stomach. I think perhaps it's better suited for someone not so far along, or just with different anatomy. The hole for my stomach did not feel deep enough and I felt pressure on my belly which was uncomfortable. My masseuse was gracious to work with me to get comfortable on my side and had a bolster to lie on my back as well. The "scalp treatment" was pretty basic and left much to be desired. I think they put peppermint oil on their fingers and then push your hair around your head. It absolutely was not worth the time or price we paid. I kept my opinions to myself as I tend to be a tougher critic than my husband but as we left he mentioned his thoughts on the "scalp treatment"- his words were I could have done without that- the hair dresser does a better job- I agree. We usually go to Panacea Spa but they were booked so a friend suggested Woodhouse Spa. It's really difficult to compare the two as Panacea is a true luxury experience albeit with a price tag to match. With our scalp add ons we paid almost the same as we would have at Panacea and by no means was it a paralleled experience. We might consider trying a basic massage service again but certainly not our first pick here in Columbus. Not bad just not amazing.

Adams name popped up with 5 solid stars and I was immediately intrigued. His reviews were amazing, for very good reason. Then i saw his prices, for a second I thought this was too good to be true but the reviews were persuading enough for me to give him a call. I left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Very nice and professional on the phone. He was able to get me in the next day at my time preference. This was amazing. Adam's hands are meant for massage. They are strong and they know just the spots to hit. I had been extremely sore, from daily exercise and neck strain from reading. He spent ample time on whatever spots I asked. My soreness has improved tremendously since I had his massage a week ago. I did not feel nervous or weird around him at all, as a younger woman in a mans house getting a massage. It was a warm and relaxing environment and Adam was very laid back yet professional. I also happen to know a lot about serial killers and all that, but when someone else said that they chose to go to a strange man's house for a massage and take off their clothes and it was amazing, I believed that Internet stranger! And guess what, guys? Adam is amazing. It was the fastest hour of my life, and I nearly fell asleep. Adam knows how to put one at ease, not just with massage but with his demeanor. I will absolutely be back, and have recommended him to friends already. The fact the first one is only $25 is a huge selling point, and it was $25 well spent to say the least. I messaged him on Yelp and had a massage the next morning. (You may not want to start your day like this, turns out.
