Wow, where do I begin?! I was desperate for some back relief last week and I checked out yelp for the massage options in Gahanna. Adams name popped up with 5 solid stars and I was immediately intrigued. His reviews were amazing, for very good reason. Then i saw his prices, for a second I thought this was too good to be true but the reviews were persuading enough for me to give him a call. I left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Very nice and professional on the phone. He was able to get me in the next day at my time preference. This was amazing. Adam's hands are meant for massage. They are strong and they know just the spots to hit. I had been extremely sore, from daily exercise and neck strain from reading. He spent ample time on whatever spots I asked. My soreness has improved tremendously since I had his massage a week ago. I did not feel nervous or weird around him at all, as a younger woman in a mans house getting a massage. It was a warm and relaxing environment and Adam was very laid back yet professional. There is no question that I am now a repeat customer. With his awesome promotions and flexibility, I may have found my masseuse to go to twice a month...amazing! Thank you so much, Adam! So. I have never had a massage before, and came to Yelp to find out where to go. Then I found this guy, and all his amazing reviews. I also happen to know a lot about serial killers and all that, but when someone else said that they chose to go to a strange man's house for a massage and take off their clothes and it was amazing, I believed that Internet stranger! And guess what, guys? Adam is amazing. It was the fastest hour of my life, and I nearly fell asleep. Adam knows how to put one at ease, not just with massage but with his demeanor. I will absolutely be back, and have recommended him to friends already. The fact the first one is only $25 is a huge selling point, and it was $25 well spent to say the least. I messaged him on Yelp and had a massage the next morning. (You may not want to start your day like this, turns out. I was way relaxed but sleepy afterwards, but got a great nap in later:) He is professional, kind, and was helpful to me as a first-timer. I couldn't recommend him more. I ran across Adam through one of those local buy and sell Facebook pages, he was offering a promotion for his massage services. For new customers, $25 for 60 minutes and $40 for 90 minutes. Hell yea, right? Let's be real for a moment though, amazing prices, what's the catch? Adam has a studio set up out of his home. Yea, I know, everyone was like, "What? Scary!" "OMG, you are crazy and you are going to die". Even my son hit me with, "You are going to go get naked and rubbed down at some stranger's house? How does dad feel about that?". Like, I get it but c'mon. Dude had nothing but amazing reviews from folks on Facebook and one on Yelp. I also watched an interview with him that the Columbus Dispatch did. I went. Adam was super professional and made sure I was comfortable. He offers complimentary aromatherapy and hot towels to the massage of your choice. I like deeper pressure than relaxation, he applied the perfect amount of pressure. He searched for trigger points in my problem area (shoulders) and showed me some stretches I could do to help relax when I have tension. This experience was better than any massage I've had at numerous spas in town (I won't name them but I've been to just over 5) and a fraction of the price! Even outside of the new customer promotion, he is ridiculously affordable (he really should charge more). If you are you looking for a Massage Therapist or need an excuse to fire your existing one...Adam is your answer. I have had some good massages, been through some bad ones, and can honestly say that Adam is legit and the best I have had so far in Columbus. He actually listened to me when I mentioned my problem areas, and actually worked the proper muscle groups vs just rubbing oil all over me. He got my severe knots out of my neck and shoulders, and yes includes aromatherapy and hot towels which helps melt the sores away.
