If you're looking for quality tea, this is the place to get them. But with great quality, comes great risk... To your wallet. It is definitely on the pricier side $$. However, the plus side is that they do use actual fruits and taro (which is great)! I've tried their taro drink which I would definitely recommend if you prefer the real taste of taro instead of that artificial flavor. The taro chunks made it taste really natural and authentic. I have also tried their mango fruit tea with cheese foam. The cheese foam was good but I thought the mango didn't taste as sweet (maybe not a sweet mango) so the cheese foam did overpower the drink a bit more. I'll definitely have to be back to try out their other drinks on the menu (recommend downloading Snackpass app to earn rewards and some discounts!) read more

This place had a good rating on yelp so i went to try. I immediately went to feng cha after. The milk tea was literally just milk and boba was a bit too hard, not cooked all the way. The place was dead and didn't even get a hello or welcome when we walked in. I had high hopes for the place but the whole experience wasn't the best. All i can say is the store was clean, just empty. read more

Pros: - fresh fruit - nicely cooked boba - not too sweet, even at 100% for their milk teas - tons of tables and outlets for studying - tons of ordering kiosks Cons: - expensive $6 for regular, $8 for large - busy times will take 10-20 minutes to get your drink.... SUCKS!!! - serves sushi??? are they... ok??? stick to what you know bro - adequately staffed but clearly needs more than one blender for the 100 drink orders coming in per hour... they're rly washing the blender by hand after every single smoothie/slush is made... I would DIE for Moge tee!! I have been waiting for years for Austin to open up a good boba place and finally my wishes have been granted by the Moge tee gods. I LOVE their fruit slush teas, they are a heavenly oasis in the Texas heat. Everything tastes so fresh, and even though they are a bit pricey, my taste buds think it's worth it. My personal favorites are the strawberry and watermelon slushes, but honestly, you really can't go wrong here! read more

This place is by far the best quality boba place near the UT campus. For ordering, it is very simple using the electronic kiosk and you can fully customize your drink which is a nice touch. Like others have said, it is kind of pricey, but download SnackPass and you can use rewards, order ahead, and get some sweet discounts. I'd recommend ordering any of the yogurt teas. I hope to branch out in the future but I enjoy them alot. If you get snackpass you should definitely use my code "matthew6645". read more

Been here 3 times. Will be back hundreds more, I'm sure. Teas are flavorful and delicious. They use real taro. Cheese foam is out of this world. They will shut Coco's and Tapioca House down. Allow me to vent about Coco's and Tapioca House for a moment: they are utter garbage. Both dirty, the staff is unfriendly and their teas are weak. Nether establishment can serve boba the right consistency. But MÖGE is right next door and it's outstanding. Staff is friendly and knows how to make these drinks. Another new boba shop in Austin and this one is worth it in every sense of the way. Great quality, authentic and the sweetness is perfect. There's one in Carrollton that I got to try and so was pretty excited to see one open here. I got the creme brulee milk tea with pearls and it's one of the best drinks I've had. Their sweetness levels are actually accurate, so take them at face value. You can also look at the calorie counts to calculate how much you want to treat yourself. On top of that, the pearls are perfectly chewy and bouncy. The flavor of the tea is good and there's a good amount of the creme part. What's not to like? Self serve kiosks are great too and makes ordering and pickup a breeze. read more

I was so excited to see a new boba shop open in west campus and went here opening week, but was very disappointed the first time. I got the dahongpao milk tea and it was very bland and watery. However, I decided to give it another try with different types of drinks and it redeemed itself! The brown sugar milk was v good and my boba was nice, sweet, and soft. I only wish that there was a brown sugar milk tea option because I don't like paying that much money for just whole milk with sugar. The mango yogurt swirl was soo good with a sweet mango blended with ice and yogurt that reminded me of Viet yogurt. The interior is also very bright and cute! Since I'm getting pretty tired of the other wc boba spots, this will probably be my new go-to! I'm just a bit hesitant to try another milk tea drink. read more

Tried this place out for the first time. Got the Crème brûlée Matcha and it doesn't really look like the pic nor is the matcha mixed (I swallowed straight Matcha powder lol), but hey it's Austin and $8 for a tea is total worth it...right? The bear lids are so cute! The boba was delicious and our drinks came out fast. My bf got the watermelon drink and he enjoyed it. I got the classic uji matcha and it was so good :)! The only issue is parking and the price. If you go on a busy day, be prepared to circle around to find a parking spot. The boba is also slightly pricey :( read more

Möge Tee is Austin's newest boba tea shop. With an array of interesting options to choose from, I wanted to get something unique you won't really find at other boba tea shops, so I got their: - Purple Yam Bubble Milk Tea: also known as "ube" this drink offers a nutty, vanilla-like flavor and is a good drink to get if you want something more mellow and balanced. ($5.75) - 3.75/5 - Crème Brûlée Milk Tea: if you want something much more sweet, than this is for you. It was essentially like drinking the dessert itself. I am not the biggest boba tea fan, but this was really good! ($5.75) - 4.25/5 What's cool about the drinks above is you can make them non-caffeinated if you'd like (important for when you crave boba at night). Overall, this is a spot that has good and great qualities. If you love boba, then you'll have to check this spot out for yourself! With that said, I give them a 4/5. read more

Good stuff: this place is cute and has lots of space if you need to work on a laptop or catch up with friends. However, it's around $8 or more per drink if you add a topping like boba, and the muddled fresh fruit in the fruit tea doesn't fit through the straw. Not worth it for me, but I like that it's a Chinese chain and has drinks with cheese foam. read more

Above average drinks place in Austin. I really loved my Coco Red Bean Slush with 50% sweet. It was a refreshing blend of red beans and coconut milk and it was nice to have a dairy-free option. The Jasmine Green Tea with Milk Foam was decent and similar to the quality of 85C but the foam could be richer/creamier and more plentiful for the right balance. Tsaocaa is still the best in Austin IMO. The prices are a bit on the high end but that's probably due to the nature of being on the Drag. We would definitely go frequently if we lived closer / parking was easier! read more

A really cute boba shop! You order at the tablets around the front of the shop and pick up after. I tried their creme brulee milk tea, which was creamy and not as sweet as I expected. I also tried their taro milk tea (that's made with real taro) and it was surprisingly thick, almost starchy. I really enjoyed it, it was nothing like the other taro boba I've tried. read more

Had Moge Tee twice now, got their DaHongPao milk tea the first time and then their Four Seasons milk tea the other time, while sipping my friend's creme brulee drink and another friend's regular milk tea (one of their most popular). The milk tea here is definitely more on the "tea" side - which is great if you love that, which my friend did, but I personally prefer the creamier milk teas. The amber boba is also on the softer side, which I do not like. But in the end, I think it's a good drink, it's just not my preference, so definitely worth a try! read more

One of the best bubble tea places I have ever had in the US!! This place has FRESH taro bubble tea. The perfect balance of sweetness each time. The tapioca boba is also cooked to perfection. Bring back Taco Bell . In all honesty, this place was pretty good as far as boba places in Austin are. If you had to pick based purely on quality and could go anywhere on campus, this is near the top. I thought the taro milk tea was just alright, but the creme brûlée was pretty dang good. Only problem I had with the place was that it was ~$6 for a medium, while a large would cost ~$8. Other than pricing, I'd come back to try other flavors maybe. read more

AVOID. I'm convinced the 5 star reviews are from bots because there's no way people actually drank anything here. Worst boba I've had in my life, and I've had some baaaad boba. The service was absolute trash also. I got 2 simple drinks and waited 23min for them, while the 3 couples that came in 10min after me received their drinks first, not sure what that was about. The fruit tea tasted like rotten oranges and the boba in my milk tea was all clumped together and the drink tasted like old yogurt. It was so bad it was almost like it was intentional. Avoid at all costs, will never be back. Mind bogglingly bad. read more

I really enjoy moge tee simply for their mango pomelo drink. It's my absolute favorite drink. I frequented the one in Georgia when I lived there, so after coming to Austin, I was really happy to find out that they had one too. And the drink is exactly the same as the one in Georgia. Consistency!! No parking available except for street parking. You can do what I did and have my brother idle on that tiny little driveway next to it while I ran in and grabbed the online order. Traffic was a little congested around the time I went which was a weekend afternoon. The drink I get is pricey, around $9, but I enjoy it every now and then. read more

After trying a couple of options, I can finally give a review. For those who have a fruity sweet taste, this place caters more towards the milk tea crowd. Even the fruity teas have a sort of earthy milk tea quality to them. That being said, you'll enjoy the Boba here for the most part. I do prefer Kung Fu tea across the street. read more

Best boba in Austin!! If you're a local, once you arrive, you'll realize they took over the flagship Taco Bell. No more beers but boba instead. Once you walk in, you'll see multiple machines for you to place your order which is super convenient. You can take your time to browse through their menu. I believe every drink is customizable on ice level and sweetness. I don't typically like boba in my bubble tea but I had gotten the ube drink with boba and it was very soft and chewy. Perfect consistency. Also, they don't use the powder ube! I've also had their traditional milk tea with 30% sugar and you can really taste the tea flavor. read more

They're a bit pricier if I recall but have a ton of unique flavors compared to other boba places. It's on the strip of West Campus and Guad, meaning parking is limited, but I did enjoy the quick service and ease of ordering via the tablets! read more

The jellies added just enough sweetness to make the drink more enjoyable without overpowering it. Since we ordered everything at lower sweetness, that little boost made a noticeable difference. Once properly mixed, the salted crema elevated the drink even more. It added dimension and somehow lifted the entire flavor profile, making everything taste fuller and more cohesive. Pandan, Pandan, Pandan -- I liked the flavor, but I felt like the 25% sweetness dulled some of the pandan's impact. It ended up tasting almost like a gentler, blander matcha -- which, honestly, I didn't mind since I'm not always a fan of matcha bitterness. Let's Go Ski -- easily my favorite of the night. The sweetness was mellow and balanced, and the winter melon flavor really stood out in the best way. Winter melon can sometimes lean overly artificial, but this one tasted just right. Like the Jaded, the salted crema worked wonders here when mixed properly. The way it accentuated the drink genuinely elevated the entire flavor profile without overwhelming the mellow sweetness. The boba here was absolutely perfect texture-wise -- chewy with just the right bite. It wasn't as sweet as I expected boba to be, but honestly, that worked in its favor. Sometimes, less sweetness lets you focus more on the actual flavor of the drink instead of the toppings stealing the spotlight. My best friend actually went back for another drink before the night ended and chose the Taro-Zo Matcha at 25% sweetness. Taro-Zo Matcha -- we absolutely loved the subtlety of this drink. We both agreed it tasted even better once mixed properly, and whatever they use as the base for their ube crema is honestly addictive. It added this creamy richness that made the drink incredibly easy to keep sipping. To put it into perspective: between the three of us, the drink lasted all of two minutes before it completely disappeared.

Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. The soufflé pancakes were fine, but the ice cream was terrible on that too. It's hard to mess up Ice Cream, but somehow they managed.

I saw more than a few entrees I like, and some I want to try. I want to dry the Rice Ball, Fried Tofu with Peanut Sauce, and more. There's so much here to try, and I can't wait. The food was much better than I even anticipated - as a guy who grew up on NJ diner mozzarella sticks, I have a high bar for them and these were magnificent. And seriously...taking the "everything's bigger in Texas" slogan and applying them to mozzarella sticks?! top 10 achievements of the decade. Also the lasanga was excellent..and best part - the leftovers..took it home and the next two days put them in a small cast iron and re-heated them..and the magic was right there in my hill country kitchen! Lastly and certainly not least - the cannoli...just look at the photo below..
