I brought it to Osuna instead of Gilroy Generator & Starter Inc (they quoted $145) but since Watsonville was closer and cost less, that made my decision. Had someone pick it up today with my card and they charged $181.54. They questioned it and the response was, it cost $175. Which was the total before tax. They'd called to say it was ready for pick up without mentioning that it was more than the quote. I won't use them again and I won't be referring them to anyone since they don't honor their quoted price.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as the bad reviews one. They do NOT know how to work on German cars. Once I got my car back it was worse than before and said that that's how I took it in. Yes I do agree it was cheap and fast but they are very sloppy. They shouldn't have accepted the job if they don't know how to work on German cars. I would highly avoid if you don't have a Japanese car.

They kept raising the quote because they kept "forgetting stuff". They filled out the paperwork with the "original quote" being much higher than what was told to me over the phone. They are dishonest. Promised the vehicle would be done by the end of day and that they would call. No call, no contact. Lost work hours because vehicle wasn't done when promised. When I called first thing in the morning they said "Oh, its done". When asked why they didn't call they said "we just finished it late". All that being said, in the end the vehicle STILL is over heating, the check engine light is still on and this morning, the day after picking it up the vehicle won't even start now and we are out several hundred dollars. Waste of money.
