I drove down to Advance Auto around the corner, was greeted warmly, purchased my tape (twice the amount for half the price of Autozone!) and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Since I'm a foreign student at UIUC, I was really worried someone would take advantage of my lack of familiarity with the US and scam me out of my money. The purchasing process went as smoothly as possible - got the car for a test drive, got it examined by a mechanic, got back, signed a couple of papers, paid, and got the car with everything else take care of. I later got the license plates delivered by mail. A week after buying the car I took it on a small trip to Chicago and back, and several warning light lit up. I called them immediately and they told me to bring the car in tomorrow morning. They took the car and fixed everything I had asked for, no questions asked, quickly, and most importantly free of charge. The problem turned out to be a faulty sensor, and the car has been running perfectly ever since. I gave them 5 stars because they delivered everything they promised, were fair and honest, and this is what matters the most when buying a car. Service was good both in quality and speed, and workers were nice.
