I had the pleasure of having Piper as my stylist, who knew exactly how to achieve what I wanted by showing her inspo pictures and describing my color. She was great: friendly, educated and I felt very comfortable. This goes alongside the assistant who washed my hair, she was incredibly nice and was so careful. I love the fact that the hair washing station is closed off in its own area and so relaxing with quiet music playing, because let's me honest, that is my favorite part of going to a high end salon! I followed my awesome stylist Holly from where she originally worked to M&Co more than five years ago. I liked the original salon quite a bit, so I was nervous about making the switch, but not following Holly was out of the question - she is a skilled, friendly and punctual stylist (I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes when I arrive, and she's always done in a timely fashion!), but it turns out I didn't need to worry. M&Co is a bright, airy salon with a relaxing spa-like hair washing area that is walled off to the rest of the salon, making it a restful sanctuary! The women working at the desk are always friendly with a warm greeting, and they quickly usher guests to their stylists, offering them something to drink. The Salon recently expanded its space in the past year or so with a second hair-washing area, waiting area and more stylist stations. The new space is just as lovely as the original. On a personal note, Holly has always given me the exact cut I want, and her highlights are excellent, too. I can't recommend Holly and M&Co enough! read more

Thanks Kevin for the great cut and color! Normally, I just get the cut for the first visit, but I cast my cares to the wind and had both done. It came out even better than I hoped for and I have pretty high standards. Kevin came with a recommendation from a gal pal, so I wasn't too worried, but then you never know what's going to happen on those first visits. He spent lots of time asking me questions and listening to what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or like he was in a hurry to start with his next client. I came right after work and wasn't sure about the parking situation, but found a close spot right on the street. This is a very pretty salon and the shampoo room is VERY relaxing. I was ready for a nap after that! One thing that I really liked about this place was that they called me a few days later and asked me for feedback on my visit. They specifically asked if my hair was ok and if I could take care of it at home. I have NEVER had that happen and it was so nice! read more

I have been coming to M&Co for around 2 years now! I see Beth and I am never disappointed! I have always been a person who sticks to a stylist, but after moving to Wheaton and having kids.. I just didn't have the time to drive to my former stylist. Beth takes the time to hear what I want, we discuss what we can do, and she does it. And she always does it even better than I expect! I am constantly complimented on my hair. The time between my last 2 appointments was 6 months.. and after 6 months of outgrowth.. I was still getting compliments. I have been seeing Rosemary for a little over a year. I travel about 45 minutes to see her because she understands my curly hair as she has curly hair herself. I don't trust anyone with my hair but I do trust her. I only use to go to her for haircuts then later tried her out for balayage and then at another time she added some highlights on my hair and it looked great. And oh Lord when she washes your hair you will definitely fall asleep. She really does a fantastic job with everything and she listens attentively to your needs. The salon is nice and chic, people are friendly and if your appointment is at a certain time that is the time they will take you. I have never had to wait. Lot's of talent in this salon. Clean, welcoming and has extremely reasonable prices for a higher end salon. I went in looking for a touch up and a trim. I do not love change and often just stick to my all over color. During my consultation, I mentioned to my stylist, Ally that I was maybe wanting to change it up. She was very communicative about my options and did not push me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I am SO glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and added some dimension to my hair with a balayage. Not only did my hair turn out amazing, but it felt amazing too! This review is for the wonderful assistance I had selecting hair products. I came here specifically because they sell Davines... an Italian artisanal hair care brand very popular around the world and finally gaining traction here in the US. I was immediately greeted by Mary who was lovely in helping me navigate the brand. She explained to me what I needed and what I should skip due the current healthy condition of my hair. I selected a shampoo, conditioner, two serums, and styling product. I'm very excited to use them next time I wash my hair. Earlier in the day, I had stopped into another salon that carries Davines and wasn't even greeted. I don't just buy based on product availability but take customer service heavily into consideration before making a purchase. I was so excited to follow my favorite hairstylist to this amazing salon! It's vibe is rustic tranquility with side of sass. The wood and earth tones really resonates to an atmosphere of stress free yet you know you will get a trendy hair style. My favorite hairstylist (Rosemary) is like an artist! If you have curly hair she is the curl master. I have never seen my curly cues twist and bounce like they do until rosemary got to them. Wonderful experience!! I had a blow out with Kathy for a family photo later in the morning. I got to the salon a little early for my 8am appointment and they welcomed me in right away. Kathy was prompt and took me to a calm oasis for the shampoo. Kathy did an amazing job! I had volume and wave that looked entirely natural. I also had a time crunch and she was spot on for timing. Taylor B. has been cutting my hair for a little while now, and somehow she is a miracle worker. I have fairly thin hair, and she has been able to shape and cut my hair in a way that makes it look so full and thick! I just recently had her do my hair for my wedding this past weekend.
