My salesperson was professional, respectful, and very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership's management was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the time I had previously informed them (5:45 pm), but the manager became angry, raised his voice at me, and canceled all of my paperwork because he wanted to leave for dinner with his family. As a customer, I felt disrespected and embarrassed. This was supposed to be one of the happiest and most exciting days of my life, purchasing my first motorcycle. Instead, it became one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. Because of this, I decided not to continue with the purchase. I do not recommend this dealership based on how management treated me. Customers deserve respect, especially when making such an important and emotional purchase. The only positive part of my experience was my salesperson, who handled himself professionally and tried to help me despite the situation.

There are many shops that I have patronized in the past that will forget to call you when parts arrive or your bike is ready because they're too busy -this does not happen at South Shore Cycles. Its a smaller shop, but it has a family feel to it.

He loaded it up gently and delivered it without any new scratches. This was honestly one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. Seems like most of the 5 star reviews are people who bought their first bike from them or are new…read moreto riding. You had a positive experience because Sean is a SALESMAN, period. He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs
