I ordered a half a slab of St. Louis ribs. The server, Melissa was great. She always made sure my glass of tea was always full. I found out that she had only been working there for a month. She had a lot of patience too because I changed my mind three times on the sides that came with my ribs. I originally ordered French fries and collard greens. Then, I changed it to collard greens and Mac & cheese. Then, I changed it again to collard greens and broccoli and rice casserole. Ordering the ribs was not a mistake. They serve the ribs the way I like it, no bbq sauce and they had 3 bottles of bbq sauce at each table for you to put on your ribs. They also had the vinegar and pepper for the greens.
