I live out of state and had to arrange everything from a distance. I was in town for one week to help my non-English speaking parents with the job. Many contractors we spoke with were tardy or rude. After an exhaustive search I decided to hire Home Care Waterproofing. They proved to be wonderful. The work was meticulously done. The workers were professional and respectful and the owners of the business supervised the entire job. Asad and Mohammed were very responsive and made sure to accommodate to my timeline. They were also very patient with my parents. Because I cannot climb on top of the roof during the job, Asad even sent me progress pictures. The price was very reasonable. The owners were very honest. My father asked for extra aluminum drip edges around the small alcove and Home Care Waterproofing did it without extra cost. This is a family run business and they took great pride in providing the best customer experience available. It is rare to find such a great contractor. We are waiting for our first big rain and will post an update. So far everything looks beautiful!

We knew we needed a new roof asap but the pricing we were getting from every roofing company was a little out of reach for us. So we were resolved to patch up the areas every now and again, and it would usually hold for a year or so, until we had to deal with more leaks and water damage. We were doing this for several years. Then we met with James and Fix a Roof. He took a look and assessed the damage. We knew it wouldn't be pretty because we were patching for years and were fearful he was going to charge as high as all the other roof contractors. He quoted us a price. Every other company we called for estimates was almost double what James quoted us. And he wrote up a contract which he clearly outlined the materials he would use, including replacement and repair of all areas of wood rot and water damage, then laying down a new roof. His guys were up there working non-stop all day long for almost a week. We could hear them hammering, and blowtorching all day long. They finished the job. Then came the test. We had several days of unrelenting down pouring rain, pummeling our new roof. Not a single drop entered the house. Fantastic job at an amazing price. It was just about half of what other companies wanted to charge, including a warranty guaranteeing his work. I am incredibly impressed. My experience with this roofing company was great.
