Beyond contaminants and poor finishing, the biggest issue is that the roof itself was cut into during the install. There are clear, visible cut marks in the carbon fiber--damage that was not there prior. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. A carbon fiber roof is one of the most sensitive and expensive panels on the car, and cutting into it during a PPF install should never happen. What made the situation worse was the response. There was no accountability from management or staff, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with dismissiveness. To make matters even more disappointing, one of the employees went as far as making inappropriate comments about my vehicle--completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I've trusted this shop for years, but the quality and customer service have clearly declined. I'm now dealing with damage to a panel that was previously perfect. I hope they take responsibility and make this right, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

There was little to no explanation of the higher-tier products, including the Tier 3 film with its lifetime guarantee. As a customer, I found this disappointing. After some negotiation, it was reduced by $60. I put a 1/3 deposit down so they could order the windshield and paid the rest upon completion. It took them around 2 hours since I dropped my car off to install it. The service was decent although you have to yell that you are waiting before they come to the service desk (on my three visits), which lead to one star being taken away. All in all, if you have a high deductible and it would be better to pay for your windshield out-of-pocket, I recommend this business as they do a really good job overall.
