After cleaning her dryer vent, they left all this clumpy dirt behind the dryer and mom freaked out. The forgot to cover several vents and dirt blew out of the vents all over her very expensive dining room -- and on top of that, had to return an hour later because they forgot to turn the thermostat back on, and then return the next day to see the dirt they left behind but did NOT apologize, but said that's what happens when you have a dirty HVAC system. Really?? Isn't that why we hired you? Because we have dirty vents? Not for you to make the dirt travel from the ducts to the house furniture! I requested a quote from Yelp for someone to look into possibly repairing my dishwasher because I didn't want to pay more for the repair than the value of my dishwasher. It came with the house so I had no idea how old it was. Anyway, Robert was one of the first if not the first company/person to contact me. He told me he had an availability but it was for a time that didn't fit with my schedule so instead he gave me some ideas on what the issue could be. Sure enough, I got home and started looking into what he suggested. After checking my dishwasher and taking the chance to go beyond what I'm normally comfortable with. (Especially when it comes to electrical). My dishwasher came back to life! It was a simple fix and Robert went out of his way to help me, even though we couldn't work out a good time for him to take a look in person. If you need someone to look into your appliances, I highly recommend giving him a shot.
