They let the car leave their shop multiple times with bubbling and peeling. I recently made the mistake of brining my beater in for window tints which again required multiple returns to fix their work. They even left a huge LED lamp in my car and laminated a huge piece of lint between the tint film and window. If they missed a giant LED lamp in my car, imagine what else they missed! I contacted customer service expecting them to make the situation right, since I had already paid for four. Instead, their solution was for me to purchase a fifth hubcap at full price, plus shipping. Seriously? I paid for four items and only received three, and the company's answer was to ask me to spend even more money with them to get the fourth one I had already paid for. That is incredibly frustrating and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable customer service. Mistakes happen, and I understand that sometimes shipping issues are outside a company's control. What matters is how a company handles the problem. In this case, I felt like I was being asked to pay for their mistake rather than having them stand behind my original purchase. The vehicle Anish and office manager Hollie recently delivered is in such pristine condition it's as if it just rolled off the assembly line. Prior to delivery they took it my local BMW dealership for complete warranty inspection and to be sanitized due to the coronavirus. On delivery my wife and I took a test drive but due to social distancing Anish didn't feel comfortable in the back seat so we met he and Hollie at a predetermined location where we were able to ask questions at a safe distance.
