This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. Once you get your bank statement you realize that they actually charged you 550 miles at $0.35/mile. When you call them to discuss, you are transferred to a person (Cathy in AR) that will not return your calls, no matter how many messages you leave. I did a lot of research to find the best value given the time and distance I needed the truck. When I called to clarify something, they were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, and even offered a better price than listed on Penske's site. When I arrived to rent the truck, they were very welcoming and helpful, even allowing us to pick it up a couple hours early at no extra charge. No line, no waiting. The truck was clean and in good condition and they talked me through the various rental paperwork. I dropped off the truck in the evening and called a week later to stop by and pick up the final receipt. I assumed they'd be a little unhappy about having to dig out the receipt, but the guy on the phone seemed genuinely happy to help! When I picked up the final paperwork, the charges were clearly spelled out and there were no surprises. Moving yourself is a REALLY stressful process and these guys make the process hassle-free. I've used Uhaul numerous times before and regret it every time--long lines, small print with some hidden cost, and grouchy & overworked staff (and customers). Highly recommended.

They were pretty good about it, but I always double check because I don't feel like paying for scratch I didn't make, at Noffs or anywhere else. :) *You have to return the truck on Full. They give it to you on Full, but only AT THE FULL LINE. If you just let the gas fill all the way up at the pump, you will be paying for like 3+ extra gallons because it will go BEYOND the Full line. Just a little fyi for those of you trying to move fast and cheap! :) Overall service was great, quick, and clean. I am actually going to use them again because I need to move some couches. It's been 5 hours and I'm currently sitting here and still waiting. She said an hour ago when I showed up it was "almost done." What really gets on my nerves is after 3 hours I called and asked how much longer they expect it to be and refused to get an answer. I had to cancel an appointment of mine, that I otherwise could have kept if they communicated in some way it would be longer than expected instead of me waiting there after it had been 4 hours since the start of service and they did "we're almost done." Waited almost 2 hours after that in the shop. Meanwhile one gentleman who finally decided to help the person doing the service was just sitting on their phone at the counter not doing damn thing, fully aware this was taking far too long. Terrible customer service and deceptive time frames give for their service. Don't go here.

The driver abruptly switched lanes without enough clearance, nearly causing me to get into an accident. It was an extremely unsafe maneuver that put me and others on the road at risk. For a company of this size, I would expect higher standards of safety and training. Professional drivers should prioritize caution and awareness, especially when operating large commercial vehicles. I hope Super Ego addresses this type of driving behavior to prevent future incidents!!! Check your drivers!!

They told me they have a hotel for me, and that I'd have to share a room with someone, or sleep in one of their trucks. HA! I got my own hotel. Clearly, they don't know who they were dealing with. Before arriving, they asked me MULTIPLE times what kind of truck did I want. I told them the latest model tractor - didn't care what model. They tried to put me in a beat up 2022 KW...and price it a $500 per week. I said absolute not! This isn't what I was told over the phone. I have text messages to prove it. The facility was sad looking. Even my uber driver warned me before dropping me off that this company is sketchy....and that he's heard bad things. He wasn't wrong! Waste of time and money! Thank goodness I had other business to take care of in Illinois! If not, this trip would've been a total waste of money! I would NEVER recommend this company. I gave it ONE star because of Lily! She's a very nice lady. If you do decide to come to this dumpster fire, PLEASE ask for pictures of the truck so you know EXACTLY what you're getting PRIOR to your arrival, and have them save it for you.
