Because this was the second one I went to and the only time the guy spoke to me is when I brought my stuff up to the desk to purchase and ask a product question. I bought some wiper blades here but when I got home to put them on, the first one didn't work. So I headed back to the store and was apprehensive because I didn't think they'd let me return the one I opened, but he returned it without issue. Apparently they usually come with different clips to fit various wipers, but this one did not come with any attachment clips. I returned all of them since I didn't want to run into any other issues. I was surprised by the cost of the wiper blades (about $35 each for the driver and passenger side, and I bought a rear blade as well) and for that I decided I'll just let the dealer install them. It's less expensive to have them do it.

Super rude and was extremely disrespectful and hostile as soon as I asked for her assistance. I didn't know something about my car and she mocked me in front of her coworkers twice & scolded me for not knowing. Throughout assisting me and checking out she continued to have a nasty energy/ attitude. The other 2 gentleman were respectful and actually helped me out. Never will I go back and use my money here. She needs a reality check. She can't continue to treat customers who are spending at least a couple hundred poorly. Absolutely awful.

I visited this Napa store and asked one of the employees, Mirek, about the availability and price of a replacement lens and he quoted me prices for two lens assemblies, explaining that the cost depends on the kind of light I had. I didn't know what kind, so he walked with me to the car (in the parking lot) to see if we could find out. At Mirek's suggestion, I turned the car lights on and we both looked, but could not tell which sort of light it was. I asked how difficult a replacement would be, he showed me where the access panel was on the car, explained a bit about the connections. I asked if he would do the work and he said he was not permitted to. However, I had time that same day to go home, find out what the car required and with what I'd learned from Mirek to go directly to a nearby repair shop knowing what to ask for and expect. And there's always plenty of those around the store too. Seems every time I pass by I see a Hispanic or Eastern European customer in the parking lot, with the hood up, fiddling with something in their beat-up car right in the parking lot. The large amount of oil stains on the asphalt pavement is indicative of the amount of repairwork going on at this place.

This store made us waste over 2 hours because they gave us the wrong part. However, this store was the one who charged us the wrong part. They were unprofessional and gave little assistance, it looked like they were guessing on which specific part to charge us. It ended up being the wrong part when we tried to install so we had to drive another 30 minutes to that second location to exchange the part. The second store was much nicer and actually gave us the RIGHT PART. And most importantly-- IT WAS LIKE 50 BUCKS CHEAPER (whole part was basically 400$). So this store charged us for the MOST EXPENSIVE AND NOT CORRECT FOR OUR CAR ALTERNATOR. Learn how to do your job correctly please and double check your parts so poor people don't end up wasting their whole days over your pathetic little scams to overcharge customers!
