When no one showed up by 11:30, I called to find out what happened. A woman who answered the phone told me they had no technician available and that I was called and a message was left noting the cancellation. I received no such message. The woman also made no offer to reschedule, leaving a clear impression to me that they were not interested in my business. After that experience, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

We called Whirlpool, and they assigned a repair company. Some of the dumbest individuals I've ever came across. After two weeks of dealing with them, I called Whirlpool back, and demanded that they send someone better. I can't say enough good things about the Appliance Specialist. I was able to call, and either get a hold of someone, or get a call back in a reasonable time. They never forgot about us. They were great at knowing the equipment, and dealing with Whirlpool to get the correct parts sent. They were great about Covid safety. I know who to call once my warranty runs out.
