This didn't make sense to me, considering the vehicle comes that way from the factory and other alignment shops are able to work on it without issue. It honestly felt like a cop-out excuse to avoid doing the work. If this shop isn't equipped or willing to align Sprinter vans with factory specs, that should have been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to bring it in. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. So I went to T&H Automotive repair shop to get a second opinion. I always come here for car troubles and I liked their honest service. So I went with them to get a second opinion abt purchasing new car parts. They got my car up and took a look under and they immediately told me my car was perfectly fine. They even drove my car to confirm everything is working. They refered me to just get an alignment. I went to get an alignment and asked the guy if it was necessary to purchase new parts - the guy said not at all. Which just affirmed to me that the two men that work in T&H Automotive repair are knowledgeable and honest to us women :) Highly recommend!!!
