The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. Nobody picked up my call, and I got a message that the voice mail box was full and unable to accept any new messages. The roadside assistance agent said that she, too, had been sent to voicemail (in fact, she had tried four times) and she also was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. The complete communication breakdown makes me very reluctant to ever deal with this company again.
