I got hit in Farmers Branch. I was told they have a contract with Graham's. They said I could come retrieve my belongings the following morning. When I showed up in the morning, without notifying me and WITHOUT my authorization, they had released my car to the insurance impound lot in Justin. Nobody knew what was going on. Their whole operation is a joke. Had to drive an hour each way just to get my stuff back. Their service wound up costing me money. If there ever is a next time, I'll pay more for someone competent. read more

Terrible from the start. New trainee on the phone and told her my location and where I needed my car to be towed to. When I asked her to repeat the information twice, she had not gotten any of the addresses correct.. She put me on hold twice. Her boss finally took my call after calling back three times.. Her boss said a couple of things that were not true.. About my asking her trainee to repeat. Thinking it is very important to have correct addresses when having a car towed. After trying to get AAA to send us someone for over 4 hours to help tow a broken down trailer, we gave up and called Graham's on my family's recommendation. They showed up within an hour of the call, got us securely loaded and safely delivered to our service station super fast. I used Graham's Service last week TWICE and both times the drivers were punctual and extremely nice. But when I called to have my receipt emailed to me, the MANAGER (a woman named Melanie, possibly?) was so rude it's crazy. She told me that I need to DRIVE to the location to pick up the receipt in person. I explained I don't have a car because you guys towed it. She said "IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU SAY IT, I cannot email you a receipt." I explained that every other business emails receipts, what's the big deal? How am I supposed to email a receipt to my insurance company? She said, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. The RUDEST and most USELESS person I've ever spoken to. I've never left a review for a tow yard before, but seeing all the negative reviews, I thought I'd leave one. I called a different towing company to scoop up my truck after a crash, but that towing company referred me to Graham's without telling me. But I worked with the original towing company the next day to figure out my truck was towed to Graham's. The truck was flipped over and in a tricky angle, but the driver did a great job getting the truck right side up and on the tow truck. They explained the tow and storage rates clearly. I didn't have any issues getting the truck out. They gave me supervised access to the truck when I requested it. They also emailed a receipt when I called and asked for another one after I lost the original. I get people are going to be upset when their vehicle is towed against their will, but I didn't notice any shadiness. read more

The worst. These degenerates not only took more than $100 cash out of the pockets of the jacket I mistakenly left in the car, they went into the glove box, found my wife's wallet and stole another $80. When we talked to the police they asked if we could provide any evidence. We obviously could not. We were desperate and didn't have many options, but if these a-holes ever show up to tow your car, insist on someone else even if the police calls them, make them call someone else. Quoted me towing prices over the phone the last two days, and both times I ended up paying a little less. Extremely fair and on time. No hidden fees. Would definitely recommend to anyone. read more

My van was towed snd taken to Graham's wrecking in Carrollton. I had everything I owned in there. I went up there 3 times to get my things and I had a paper copy of my ID and my key to the van and other documents but they proceeded to tell me that they could not accept a paper copy of my I D even tho I had the key and other documents. I told them that everything I owned was in there, well they let me go back just to get the insurance paper work as proof that the vehicle was mine. I got the paper out of my vehicle and my insurance had expired so they told me that I couldnt get my stuff, they wouldnt even let me get my sisters urn out. I have called them numerous times and they told me that I had up till the 28 of September to retrieve my belongings, I spoke to the manager and she insured me that I could get my stuff on the 28th. Well I called up there early that morning of the 28th and they proceeded to tell me that my van was cleaned out on the 23rd. They wont tell me what they did with my stuff or my sisters urn. They are liars and thirves. I m now having to hire attorney to try to retrieve my things. I m devastated that they have lost my dear sisters urn. You will be sorry if you use this company or of your car gets towed there. They are crooks and I guarantee you they divided my stuff up upon themselves. I will get the value of my stuff one way or another and I wont stop till I do. I am calling the news and hiring my brother in law which is an attorney. The city of Carrollton called Graham's wrecker service to pick up my vehicle that had been involved in a car accident. My vehicle did not need to be picked up from anyone other than through my insurance company. (Which the city police did not allow me to do) I had money in the vehicle and my money was stolen from this company. Robert stated they only skim the vehicle from the pull report of the police department. However, did inventory the vehicle then repeated to say they still only use the police departments pull report. So if they can't give me an inventory of my vehicle then that proves someone within that facility is a thief. I do not recommend this wrecker service. They do not conduct business in an appropriate manner. read more

They towed my car even though I said not to. I said to leave it in the parking lot where it was parked- my request was ignored due to their greed. So they impounded it for 10 days and tacked on as many fees as they could. They seriously charged me $50 to mail a certified letter that I never received. $80 for the tow, $10 for gas (they towed it less than a mile), $20 a day...Anything they could charge for, they did. They robbed me of $400 that I didn't have to spend. I don't know how they sleep at night when they rob people day after day. What scandalous people. Just remember, Karma never forgets ;) read more

They made me wait for 3 hours for a tow. The dispatcher actually lied to me and told me the driver was on the way. Called an hour later she told me he was on his way, somewhere between Carrollton and Dallas. Driver called, said he had just left 20 minutes ago. I was able to retrieve my car from their facility on 11/07/2018 around 9PM located at 1755 Vantage Dr in Carrollton. When I was able to see my car I was unable to approach the passenger side due to a vehicle parked too close but I walked around to the driver side of the vehicle and noticed the fender is popped out and is not in alignment with the driver door. I asked for someone at their facility to take pictures. The invoice I received from the towing company DOES NOT indicated previous front end damage, only points out the damage in the rear. I was told to speak with the office manager Emily Hoover in the morning. This morning 11/08/2018 I went to Sewell Cadillac Grapevine to get an estimate on the damages. I have had several "ugly" conversations with manager Emily Hoover, she insisted I was a "shady person" and the damage was already there. Also assumed the vehicle was damaged by the driver of the vehicle before it was towed. The vehicle was being driven by my husband and it the damage that is on the vehicle now was not previously there. Emily was VERY RUDE, very discriminatory assuming I was a bad person when in reality I just want the company to OWN UP to their mistake. read more

This company displays a lack of customer service skills, professionalism and common courtesy. It is unnerving. Details leading up to the incident: My 2016 Hyundai Sonata was towed by Graham's wrecker service on Thursday, November 3, 2016 after being involved in a two-vehicle collision on the same day. After working closely with my insurance company, I was told - the car would be towed to a repair shop on November 16th. I visited Graham's Wrecker Service on Wednesday, November 15th to remove my personal items from the vehicle. Other than being a bit slow, I experienced no issues that day. During the evening, though, I realized I'd left the garage door opener in an overhead compartment of the car and would need to return the next day. In an effort to arrive prior to the tow truck, I made a call to the insurance agent and left a message (approx. 10PM) to request time to make a second trip to Grahams. At approximately 8:10AM on Wed. Nov 16, I also called the wrecker service to determine options. Shontae answered the phone and for every request I made, she replied "sorry, we can't do that". Even to note the paperwork regarding my dilemma (?). I was told emphatically they could not place a note on the paperwork. In the meantime, the insurance agent called me to say the car wouldn't be picked up prior to 1PM; thereby allowing time to drive to Grahams. Details of the incident: I borrowed a friend's car and drove in excess of 20 miles to Grahams and arrived at 12:34PM. I entered their waiting area; where there was only ONE other person being assisted. For the next 30 minutes, I stood & observed at least 4 other employees in the office occasionally look down at the computer or grab a file to work; but mostly chatting amongst themselves. Not one time, did either of them make eye contact or come to the window to say sorry for the wait, how can I help you... NOTHING! I finally approach the window at 12:58 and upon passing my drivers license to the clerk, she informs me that my car was picked up already! Now, I'm frustrated. While still in the wait area, I call my insurance agent and then request to speak with the manager at Graham's. I want to know what caused the breakdown in communication. A young female comes to the window and again gives a list of things "we can't do" - when I insist upon speaking with the manager, she rolls her eyes & proceeds to say "she's gonna tell you the same thing". Moments later, EMILY, (the manager) comes to the window with attitude! And sure enough, she repeats all the "can't dos". I say, even something as simple as a sticky note on the paperwork to call me, would have been great and prevented the unnecessary trip and the addt'l 45 minutes I've wasted. She replies very sarcastically, "Maam, we can't call everybody and tell them when their car is picked up". Then I ask why she's talking to me like I'm a fool. Emily then proceeds to become indignant, disrespectful and shows her true level of education. As she says, "you can leave now"...I say you're talking real big behind the glass. She then says "GET OUT you crazy old woman"!!. "It's not my fault you let your car sit her for so long"!! Now, she has gone too far... I was in an accident, she doesn't know the facts surrounding my misfortune that caused my car to be there in the first place. Why provoke me? I'm a customer, your company just received nearly $500 for towing my vehicle. Where's your decency? What if someone lost their life in the accident? It is an ugly and insensitive way to treat any human being. Apparently, Emily and possibly the other employees believe everyone they deal with is a criminal, a deadbeat, someone who is uneducated - but she couldn't be more mistaken. In fact, the Mission Statement posted on the wall at Graham's should be removed as they DO NOT live up to it! At the very least a simple, statement of apology or empathy would have sufficed. Rather, she chose to add insult to injury. Graham's benefits immensely from their contract w/ the City of Carrollton and owes it to the community-at-large to invest in training it's staff. read more
