I had my driver side door replaced a few years back by this shop after getting t-boned. So when I found a replacement door (and hood, which only requires 4 screws to replace since the hinges stay intact) which matched my car's color, I excitedly called them back to see if they could do a swap for me again. I ended up having to call 3 times until I was able to speak with the owner Vahe (sp? ; I'm not sure if he's related to Raj, the previous owner apparently) who refused to give me an estimate over the phone and said he had to 'plug it into my estimate software.' After some additional quibbling, he finally told me that it would probably cost around $600-700 dollars. This amount of money for a simple door and hood swap is ridiculous! It's something I could do on my own time but I just don't live in a place that allows for mechanic work (apartment complex) or access to all the tools. I recall Raj was way nicer and professional about it rather than trying to sound like a used car salesman and sleaze their way into bringing my car to the shop (I would have to ask a friend to bring the spare parts to be swapped since they don't fit in my car, at which point would be difficult to decline the job). Really, really disappointed and I don't think I can recommend this place again. *Update* Very interesting that the owner chose to respond so quickly upon my updated review. Their claim was factually false, as reasons to bring in my car were never discussed over the phone and he repeatedly just stated that he would be plugging in and quoting me whatever his estimate software produced. In fact, they have a button where you can request an estimate right on their Yelp page which makes it even more unbelievable. Would re-iterate to avoid this place like the plague since the new owners obviously did not carryover the honest work from the previous ones. read more

Highly recommend this shop. I've now taken 2 cars to M&M for 3 separate incidents - one of them pretty severe involving an airbag and front end work. Great service on repairing my front bumper at a very reasonable rate! Courteous and prompt

M&M is the best garage in town. I've gotten stuff fixed from them a few times, but most recently I went in and asked about a cosmetic tweak to my car. I had scraped up my front bumper, and just went into ask if it would be possible to paint over the damage. The person helping me told me a full service would be required to repair the bumps & scratches on top of a fresh coat of paint that would cost about 1500-1600. He told me he personally wouldn't pay for such a repair, and instead just helped me clean & buff out the scratches -- FREE OF CHARGE! Even though there are still a few scratches left, you can hardly see it and my bumper looks brand new on first glance. He even told me if I care to get the spot under my bumper fixed, I could buy some paint from the dealership and they would apply it for me. I highly recommend this shop! read more

This place is amazing! Echoing what another reviewer said, I had a scratch on my bumper from someone who didn't leave a note. 5th time in 5 years. Each time I've paid my 500 dollar deductible after being convinced I needed a new bumper. The owner recommended I just go get the touch up paint from the dealer and come back. I think I speak for most people: the quality we want in a garage, other than the qaulity of work, is honesty. M&M garage has both. I came to M&M to repair what I thought was a significant scratch/dent in my Toyota RAV. Prior to coming to M&M I got an estimate of $2,200 to repair the damage. Vahid (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) took one look at the car, and said: I can fix it for you for no charge. A full repair will cost you approximately $2,000, but I can clean it up and you will not know the difference! And so it was! Using rags and some liquids, Vahid did his magic. When he was done, there was no visible scratch, and the minuscule dent that was there, was barely noticeable. The door now looks like new. And Vahid refused to take money! He could have done the same "magic" when I wasn't around, charge me $1,000, and I would have thanked him, a lot. But he was honest, and nice, and an expert. However, Vahe informed me that they don't do touch-ups or work on Teslas. Fortunately, I had a touch-up kit with me, so I asked if he could apply it, and I would pay him for his time. I was driving a borrowed 2008 car and had a minor collision in a parking lot. Although the accident was minor, the damage was significant. I chose M & M Garage after reading tons of reviews on Yelp and Google about different auto collision shops. When I got to M&M I was amazed to read so many glowing reviews for any sort of car repair shop (folks love to gripe). When arrived, I explained to Vahe that I had to keep the repair off the owner's insurance. In other words, I would be paying out pocket and my pockets are not exactly deep. He was so understanding and immediately suggested ways to economize, such as searching for after-market parts, re-securing instead of replacing the headlight, and hammering out and repainting a dent. He also offered clear advice about insurance options. Vahe is an outstanding and patient communicator. The car came out looking as good as new. I was involved in a minor car accident. I have black paint smear on the driver side of my car. I have no knowledge about car and Vahe was very patient with me. He helped me clean and buff out the paint smear. I bought touch up paint from the dealer. But because there were no scratches, he did not even need to apply the paint. He did all that for me free of charge. He is honest and has great integrity. I dreaded taking my car in when I found that someone had dinged my passenger-side door, so that the door made a scraping sound every time it was opened or closed. I had just had the front end of my car replaced from another collision, and it cost me a few thousand dollars. My old body shop had closed down, and I jumped on Yelp to see what I could find in the neighborhood. M&M came up with consistently high ratings, so I took the car in for an initial look. They walked around the car, saw the problem, and said that I could check back in after a couple of hours. They also said that if I wanted, they could have their neighboring mechanic check out a mechanical problem for me during the same time-line. I thought that I would be receiving an estimate (probably thousands of dollars again...) after the two hours, with another estimate for the mechanical problem. But when I called, they said I could come in and get the car... my door problem was fixed for $120. And the mechanic said that the issue we wondered about was not an urgent problem and could be attended to at some later date. The place is modest in size and not fancy, but they are friendly, thoughtful, work with integrity and charge a very reasonable cost. I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Everything you read in these reviews is true. This was without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had when buying, repairing or getting maintenance on a car. I have a "vintage" Sienna minivan that inadvertently tapped a guardrail on an offramp which damaged the bumper and driver side fender. Additionally, the driver side door made a really loud screeching noise whenever it was opened...after reading the reviews I went to see M&M. Literally, the first question was, "Do you want it to look like new, or do you want us to fix it and make it look presentable?" After pricing out the cost of replacing everything to make it look new ($3,000+ in Toyota parts) we agreed that a fix to make the car safe and look decent was the route to go. My car was fixed the next day for slightly less than was estimated, and looked BETTER than expected. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. You can TRUST these guys to tell you what your options are, give you realistic prices and then overdeliver on what they promise. Additionally - and just as importantly - they are really nice, friendly people. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. read more
