Came in for a bumper fix from a collision, and came out very happy with their great service and the quality of their work. They worked with my insurance (progressive) and made the process very easy. Took a little over a week to complete, and they even let me store my car for an extra week while I was out for a vacation. Work quality is average at best. Had a quarter panel repaired. The corner area is dull, there are 3 dimples, there's some orange peel and they masked and sprayed around the clear bra (PPF) protective film so you can see the build up of the clear coat at the edge (looks bad). If they had asked we would have told them to remove the film so the surface would be consistent. read more

I wanted to have the clear coat repaired on the roof and hood of my 2001 Toyota Tacoma. My truck is Black Sand Pearl and since it is 25 years old the new paint needed to be blended into the existing paint. Blending is needed so the new paint wouldn't stand out. This requires expertise and skill. High Octane Body and Paint has good reviews on Yelp so I decided to give them a try. Since I was paying for this out-of-pocket (and not insurance) there was a lot of trust involved on my part. Especially since self-paying requires cash payment. If you can get over that, this place is worth it. The staff is very professional - I worked with Emanuel. He and his team went out of their way to do the right thing and the results are excellent. I had a gouge on my front bumper from hitting a curb that was been bugging me for a long time . I knew I couldn't figure out how to do it myself with spot paint and Bondo. It is a 2014 Toyota but low miles. heard about this shop High Octane, from my friend Bob, who used to own Boyds Body Shop and he highly recommended them. I was shocked at how positive my experience was there. Britain was professional over the phone and Garrett gave me a great price for the bodywork of $600. I had gotten bids for a couple hundred dollars more but what I didn't expect was him to completely remove the bumper and run it through the paint booth removing all scratches looking like new now. Additionally, they appeared to have waxed the car and detailed it inside and out and removed several other small things that I hadn't expected. Fantastic! Garret and his crew worked some serious magic on my 2005 Tacoma. The roof was rusted beyond recognition. Had a large dent in both the driver/passenger door and the step rail. Scratches as far as the eye can see. It looked awful. When I picked it up I couldn't believe it was the same truck. It looks brand new! I parked my Tesla under a tree and a ton of sap fell on it and ate clear through the paint in many places on the car. High Octane repainted basically half the panels on the car, and even though they had a ton of other cars to work on, it took about half the time they said it would. I went to High Octane to get a repair done after my Prius was extensively damaged after hitting a deer at high speed. The bumper, fender, and hood all needed to be replaced. The shop owner Garrett is a great, no BS guy. He quoted me a very competitive, but also realistic all-in price for the work. That price didn't change--no nickel-and-dime, no "we didn't see that damage when you first brought it in". He and the crew did great work. The car looks excellent, including the paint finish. They even cleaned up a scrape on the back of the car, which was not in the scope of work. Garrett originally said to expect 2-3 weeks for the repair, which was very reasonable.
