We booked M&M Limo on Feb 20 to transport about 140 guests for our son's April 18 wedding in Champaign, IL. (70 from the I-Hotel, 70 from Hyatt Place). A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM. On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed. However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber. Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn't arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can't reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn't accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication -- neither was delivered. 2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience! read more

Got a text from united that 2610 has been delayed in which I informed M&M then it got delayed 7 more times in which M& M driver & dispatch were consistently updated once the flight was CANCELLED I called them back only to be told your "Paid in Full prepayment" will not be returned I said no problem I know your a Broke company so just Credit my account since I have used you for years. They said they will not and I just lose my paid in full amount. BTW whenever I order anything they require a Deposit ONLY M&M wants Full payment. What does that prove? We hired a bus for a quilt show trip with 34 customers. The bus arrived 10 minutes late for pickup, so I called to confirm it was still coming. I was told the driver was delayed because he was cleaning the bus and would arrive shortly. However, when the bus arrived, it was clear that it had not been cleaned. There was garbage throughout the bus, and the floors were extremely dirty. When we were dropped off at the event, we informed the driver that we would be leaving personal belongings on the bus. The driver did not tell us that another group would be using the same bus before our return trip. Approximately halfway through the day, someone from M & M dispatch called and asked if we would be willing to be picked up 30 minutes later than our scheduled departure time. I explained that this was not acceptable, as all of our customers were over the age of 65 and needed to be picked up as scheduled. I was assured that the bus would arrive on time. Fifteen minutes before our scheduled pickup time, I called dispatch to confirm that everything was on schedule. At that point, I was informed that our pickup would actually be delayed by 30 minutes because our driver was dropping off another group before coming to get us. Ultimately, the bus arrived nearly an hour after our scheduled pickup time. I called to file a complaint first thing Monday morning and was told that a manager would contact me by Thursday. I requested a same-day call to my cell phone; however, the manager, Jenny Salas, called our store number instead and left a message. She also sent an email. Over the past month, I have returned her call three times and sent four follow-up emails, yet I have received no response. This entire experience was extremely disappointing. The condition of the bus, the significant delays, the conflicting information provided by dispatch, and the lack of follow-up from management reflected poorly on our company in front of our customers. The customer service we received was unacceptable, and our concerns have not been addressed despite multiple attempts to communicate. read more

Very disappointed in having to write this review. My husband and I worked with Maggie from M&M Limo to book a 32 person shuttle for wedding guest transportation. We booked their group for a total of 7 hours with 1 run from hotel to venue for ceremony & continuous runs from venue to hotel starting at 8:30pm. Their pricing was the most competitive in the area so we thought it was a no brainer to book! During our reception, a family member let us know that the shuttle broke down in the hotel parking lot on its second trip bringing guests back to the hotel. We were only notified from family and our hotel; we never received a call from M&M. Our coordinator called their dispatch team to find a resolution in which we were repeatedly told they had no other shuttles to dispatch (odd for such a large company). After a long night, a supplementary 50 person shuttle picked up our remaining guests at 11:45pm (45 minuted after our reception ended). We later found out from guests on the first shuttle back to hotel that they had heard odd mechanical noises. When emailing their group Monday morning to ask for reimbursement, we were told the internal investigation would last 24-48 hrs. It took their team 4 business days to offer a 20% refund which was later negotiated to more. Our initial booking experience was very positive but showing up day of is what matters most. I would refrain from booking with their group if you can. Recent reviews that were not available when we book show recent disappointment as well which alludes to this being a larger concern at this point in time. read more

They arrived late and the vehicle was not heated and we rode to the airport in the cold when Chicago was 10 degrees. They have not attempted to apologize, reimburse or accommodate us for us freezing! We used the company for my Son's senior year prom. First, the driver was late picking the kids up for the prom. On the way to the prom, the driver decided to stop at a gas station to pick himself up a drink and a snack. He made the kids late to the prom by 30 minutes. The party bus did not have any USB ports available for the kids to plug their party lights into, like we were promised. The 2nd driver who was picking the kids up from the prom was also late to pick them up. The bus smelled like alcohol, and the driver drove like he was under the influence. I reached out to the company to let them know how poor the service was and made them aware of the problems, and for 3 weeks, they simply ignored all of my emails. M&M was great for our wedding day. They got to our house super early for the boys and made great time getting everyone downtown. There was some confusion with drop-off / pick-up. We were dropping off part of our group, picking up the rest, then meeting up with our original group for pictures before heading to the venue. Basically I didn't want my "first look" to be on a bus. We thought our bus driver was circling outside our VRBO but realized she wasn't in the right location. Overall, M&M a great, cost-effective option to get downtown. Most importantly: Do not look at the prices on their website! It's literally half of what they actually charge. (Apparently those prices are "weekday prices"...) They also offer a special price for during the Covid19 pandemic, but they'll refuse to give you that price if your wedding is several months away. (How on earth do they know when Covid will be gone...?! Super frustrating and illogical.) I don't understand why, unlike other companies, they determine your price based on the date of usage instead of the date you book with them. It's pretty sneaky, because they can basically just tell a customer that they've had a price increase at any time. Additionally, it's impossible to speak with a manager. They lied and said the manager would call us... she never did. I worked with Salwa, and she was nice but seemed pretty inexperienced. She actually made an error in my quote that resulted in us having to change vehicles completely from the fancy party limo to a lame bus with front facing seats. So that was a bummer. She apologized for her mistake, but after all of the back and forth I was too tired to go to another company that might've been able to give me a better deal. We hope we'll be able to make the best of the vehicle that we were able to afford after all the hoopla. Supposedly it does have Bluetooth so we we can at least play our own music throughout the day. STEER CLEAR!! These guys are absolute scammers in every sense of the word! I saw some reviews and decided to call them directly to make sure that everything was communicated clearly. Vincent assured me multiple times that we would be taken care of, dismissed the reviews, and also told me that I could call him directly if anything happened. I booked th 14person PAX and it looked beautiful in their videos. Imagine my shock when the bus finally arrived (almost an hour late by the way), and it was a regular shuttle bus. No lights, no speakers, no champagne glasses, no cup holders not even complimentary water. They also gave the driver the wrong pick up address (even though I confirmed the address with Vincent at least 5x). It was an absolute mess and I was so embarrassed because we booked this for a bachelorette party. I reached out to Vincent MULTIPLE times via phone. No answer. Sent multiple emails. No response. We ordered a bus for the TSwift concert, confirmed it would arrive on time in Elmhurst at 3:30 earlier in the day. At 2:50 they called and said the driver was running an hour late. We found out he hadn't even dropped his earlier group at soldier field yet bc they ran an hour late, so it would be way longer than an hour late we wouldn't even make it in time despite building an extra two hours into our request time window to make it the 17 miles on time by 6:30. We canceled and had to scramble to drive in order to make it on time. What I think really happened is that even though we literally booked back in November for a June concert, they doubled booked us overlapping our start time with another group's end time when they should have known better. Then they blamed it on the earlier group for being an hour late, which our group suffered for, not their group. They were going to be an hour & a half late picking us up last year for my daughter's 15th birthday. We would've missed our dinner reservations, so we had to cancel and make other arrangements. They didn't even tell us until they were already supposed to be at my house. So, I give them another chance....This year they were late picking us up from my 50th birthday party. This is long(sorry) Let me start by saying that I have used M&M before and have not had an issue. However, this time was different. There were 6 of us and we rented. 9 person limo to take us to the airport. They told me that we needed to go with a 9 person limo due to luggage. What actually picked us up was a Sprinter van. The Driver told us to bring the luggage to the back of the van and get in. Not all the luggage fit in the back so he had to put some in the front and where we were sitting. Once we got to the airport we realized we were short one bag. The driver insisted that he put everything in the van. We had some time so we grabbed an Uber and went back to the house to see if it was still in the driveway. Lo and behold it was there but in the middle of the street. The Driver ran it over. Back to the airport we went and off to Mexico with a somewhat smashed bag. On the way home the limo picked us up and again did not have enough room for luggage because he had personal items in his trunk. Again we had to put numerous amounts of luggage in the limo. This driver did not seem to know where he was going and asked us for directions. Once we finally arrived at our location, he just parked in the middle of the street to let us out. When I called the company they told me they had to contract the rides out to another company because they did not have enough cars. Once I told them what happened they told me they would investigate. The investigation was done and I was told that the left bag couldn't have been there and that this driver had an impeccable record. After 2 months of discussion and multiple phone calls and emails we were finally compensated for this issue(not to my satisfaction but it will do.) They lost me as a customer. read more

They can replace your vehicle at the very last minute with any vehicle as long as the seating is the same. (Meaning a reserved 45 person limo bus replaced with a greyhound bus). Bluetooth is NOT guaranteed and no refunds will be given. They will send you a picture/video of what you can expect (a day before) and then completely change your vehicle last minute. Quite the headache dealing with M&M limo. Spoke with booking agents over the phone to confirm my trip however the day of the limo showed up 90 minutes late. The agent I called day of said the customer service team would reach out later, which they did not I had to call during the next week. With the delay we asked to be picked up 90 minutes later and were denied. When I did talk to a customer service agent I was told I would be given a 10% refund, which was reasonable until I never got it. One of their drivers turned onto a very cramped residential street in a huge bus where I live. I was already approaching the intersection and he about ran me off the road. He ended up pinning me between the curb where pedestrians were (school had let out) and another car behind me. He kept honking at me (the audacity) and yelling at me to move up when I couldn't go anywhere. He was also blocking traffic at the intersection of Ridge & Glenwood. He got out of his bus to yell at me and threatened to physically harm me because I told him he shouldn't be driving a vehicle that large if he doesn't know how to safely maneuver it. Luckily two people passing by helped me safely get out. I hope this dude gets fired, the way he yelled at me in a neighborhood in front of children for his wrongdoing was alarming. It was Thursday, 9/14 around 2:45pm. I got a photo of how close he was to my car and the license plate (when I finally got out thanks to a nice gentleman that helped me). I contracted with this company to provide two days of transportation service for a business meeting. They came recommended by a colleague and I regret not checking the yelp reviews before signing the contract. On day one we were informed in the morning that the bus would be 10 minutes late because of traffic. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because traffic was interrupted by a visit from 45. They did finally arrive 15 minutes late. They were supposed to return in the afternoon but we were informed that instead of coming to our building the driver accidentally went to the airport. That was an inexcusable error and we ended up having to order Lyft and Uber cars to take everyone to the evening reception. We had high hopes for the next morning but we're again highly disappointed. On the second morning we were informed that the driver was late getting to pick up the bus and that she would be late. This was the same driver that was late the first day. They said they didn't have any buses that would fit our group. They later informed us that they had a 50 person bus that they would send. That bus arrived 45 minutes later despite them continuously telling us it would be there in 10 minutes, then 15 minutes because they were stuck in traffic. As a previous reviewer said an experienced and professional transportation company would be fully aware of the type of traffic that takes place in their city and will take that into account so that they not only arrive on time but arrive a few minutes early. This is clearly not the case here. When they did finally arrive they parked on the side of the hotel where the group had to cross the street, go down stairs while carrying luggage in the rain and wind to get to the bus. We are currently working on getting some of our money back for the missed pick ups and the overall poor service. I would not recommend this company and won't use them ever again. read more

We have used M&M for many reservations. However, the last two times have been nothing but problematic. We needed a car that would be able to retain our bags during our event. We were assured this would not be an issue. M&M subcontracted two different drivers to save money. The driver that dropped us off was willing to come back for us. Alright, I got a lot to say. First off, the driver showed up with the wrong vehicle. She thought it would "be an upgrade", but it was smaller and less convenient for luggage. We originally were supposed to have a Mercedes Sprinter Van, but she showed up in a hummer stretch limo. You may think that sounds cool, but it's not. She ended up being a sporadic driver and there were a few moments I was scared for my life. When we were on our way home, the bus was late. Turns out they conveniently "had a flat tire" in the original vehicle and we ended up getting picked up from a driver who had just dropped someone else off. The bus was dirty. Reserved a party bus for my 8 year olds Birthday. Asked for a cooler of orange juice and hennessy. All we got was a 24 pack of WARM Miller Lite. It's taken me years to get my child's tolerance up with the orange/henny combo. Now my son had to suffer trying to drink warm miller lite on his birthday?? Anyways, we got to the party and I realized I forgot my sunglasses on the bus. I went back to the bus and the driver was wrestling some type of animal in the back of the bus where a lot of our property was. The driver advised that it was his cat named Omicron and he wrestled it in between rides for exercise. Either way it was an odd experience overall. One star because you have to! A trip was booked with this sad company way in advance to our event. My parents who are senior citizens as well as their friends were booked to be picked up at 6:00 for an 8:00 show downtown. The reason why this was booked as one just had a bone marrow transplant, and could not do public transportation. The others like I said are senior citizens and two have trouble walking. At 5:30 my father received a text message from an automated number saying the driver was not going to arrive till 6:30pm. When we called we were told the driver who was to pick us up - walked off the job and they are looking for another driver in the area. Fast forward to 6:45 this dilapidated bus shows up. They all get on the bus - the driver was disheveled, rude and obnoxious. We were made to feel as we inconvenienced him. The driver then put the directions in and it gave us at that point a 7:50 arrival. On the dilapidated bus the lights did not work, all window shades were broken ripped or torn. If they were up they stayed up and if they were down they stayed down. The radio would not turn on and the driver kept saying push the button ! The button did not work. Now here's the best part... the AC on the bus worked it was a cool 61 degrees- when we asked if he could adjust the temperature it was two choices on or off. When questioned he said it's broken. So we froze the whole ride because of shut off the temperature was unbearable and hot! It was June !!!! We're going the event taking side streets and he decides to get on lake shore drive many exits before we needed to. This resulted in sitting in traffic. The driver said - please don't talk to me about directions. We laughed it off - we then sat in traffic outside for about 30-40 mins and he said to us - yeah did not wanna say anything sooner but last night was worse! We get to the parking lot he jammed on the breaks and screamed EVERYONE OUT HERE - mind you we were in the middle of traffic. Finally after 8pm show started we missed the opening act and the first two opening numbers. Wait hold on it gets better! Our instructions were text the driver 30 mins before you're ready to come out of the event he will be there waiting. 31 mins my father gets a text and it says Unfortunately we have to cancel your return trip - no explanation, no reason, no call no alternative options. When we called the number no one answered shocker! We ended up walking about 2-2.5 miles to Michigan Avenue and to call Ubers ! Everything was a surge price it cost us over $600.00 to get home and about 3 hours after we were supposed to. I called the following day they referred me to the most obnoxious, insensitive, rude, condescending individual that I've ever spoken to. His name was Joseph ! He made it seem as this was our fault and he was going to see what he could to to "fix" the situation- I explained everything to him as I did above - he needed to verify the actual times to ensure I was being honest. When he called me back over a week later - he told me that indeed my times were correct. That this was caused by them. He offered to refund the cost of the both trips going and coming. The service was awesome! We used the company for my daughter's wedding. We were able to provide shuttle service for guest from the hotel downtown Chicago to the Venue in the West loop of Chicago. After the wedding was over, we had service back to the hotel. It was the best. The drivers Damian C., and Kadehja M. were awesome, accommodating and showed patience with us as we had a lot of items to move from the hotel to the venue. My booking agent Kent, communicated with me for months until I was booked and even after booking, paying my deposits and final payment. BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! LOOK ELSEWHERE! We reserved a limo bus for 07/02/2021 for my sister's wedding and the whole experience was horrible. The driver was running late because she was going the opposite way. On top of that we received another call that she was even more delayed because she got in a car accident! Our reservation was from 1:30-5pm. She didn't get to the house until 2:21! Very unacceptable. At this point we had to improvise and we're not able to go to the first location to take pictures because of that hour we lost. I spoke to a representative at MM Limo and said we will be refunded for the time she was late. Not even 10 minutes into the ride did the driver missed some speed bumps causing us to slide crazy on the bus & spill drinks in our dressed. Mind you this wasn't just one speed bump. She braked last minute after the fact & apologize admitting she missed the bumps. When we arrived to the location where we were taking pictures the driver and security both got off the bus and left the bus running, unlock & the doors on the side were kept open with all our personal belongings there! I tried calling her and she didn't pick up. (I have phone records). As we were waiting for the bride and groom to finish there last photos the bridal party went back to the bus, that's when the driver literally took 30 minutes to get out! The groom and my husband have a CDL license and my husband offered the driver to guide them from the outside to reverse and she said no that she knew how to get out... well She kept trying to make a U TURN in a small parking lot where their were cars! Everyone outside kept staring at the bus seeing if she was going to hit any cars. She then decided to go through a trail where yes cars are permitted but it was a dead end to the park and too narrow for a party bus to go through. We felt unsafe and nervous she was going to hit something!! Since there was a dead end she had to now REVERSE, it was like so narrow and we have to keep looking out and make sure she wasn't going to hit an object or a person. As she was backing up part of the bus went through a bicyclist trail! Bicyclist that were passing made a turn to prevent from being hit since the bus was reversing! I called to complaint as soon as we got to the banquet and left a message for the manager who was gone for the day to call me Saturday. I left out town so my sister was the one who spoke to the manager Alex Mishulovich who at first seems understanding about the situation. He asked for my sister to send an email with the details to look into the cameras. Well my sister didn't hear back and she followed up July 6th and the phone call with him was ver unpleasant. He implied that we were lying, exaggerating on the events that occurred, started being sarcastic and said they can't always believe the customer and wanted to brush her off and hang the call up not letting my sister speak. He stated we didn't have enough proof. He has pictures, some videos did he want us to record the whole ride??! This was our sister wedding. We are trying to enjoy the day and celebrate not spend our time recording the entire ride. We did as much as we could. My sister asked for a follow up on the refund for the 51 minutes she was late plus additional for the horrible service we received (we never were seeking a full refund) and he said we would see in our account that he didn't have the time to follow up with us with a phone call. Out of $723.75 we pod for 3 hours 30 minutes we only received $105 back. That's not even the amount for the time she was late. Do the math it doesnt add up. Aside from the horrible experience we had on a very special day, the manager handled this complaint poorly. Telling a customer that they're being exaggerated, implying that we are lying? Being sarcastic and saying they can't always believe the customer smh. Alex Mishulovich shouldn't be a manager. That poor management and knowing that this is who this company has as a manager is a huge red flag. DONT HIRE THEM. Horrible people managing and they don't care about anything but money. I had a great experience with customer service booking the limo, but unfortunately our limo driver was awful. He was extremely unfriendly and rude which I can look past as long as he did his job well but he failed to pick us up on time and left us out in the freezing cold for over 45 minutes waiting for him when he was supposed to be nearby. We booked and paid for the full 7 hours and we were promised the driver would be close by to be able to pick us up promptly when the concert was finished. The driver left us out in the cold waiting for him and each time I called to find out when he would pick us up he lied repeatedly of how far away he was to picking us up. I stressed before hiring them we were on a strict time limit. Well the driver was lost, on a 90 degree day in my tux I had to walk 2 blocks to find the bus. I drove back with her back to the venue to pick up the bridal party and the bride my daughter. I went back in the venue sweating from chasing down the bus and the driver doesn't know how to get to the park for the photos. It was literally a 3 minute drive. Very frustrating to say the least. Bus on the exterior was patched up and poorly painted. That didn't bother me it was transportation for 21 people for photos in the park. Price was better than most but punctuation was terrible. read more

To be fair, I did get the full refund, plus a credit for the amount I paid. Very fair, but if I don't trust you, I'm not willing to give you another shot. read more
