Sita is the BEST!!! The Threading here is much less painful than wax , and I've noticed my eyebrows grow back slower and thinner with threading as well. Sita cleans and shapes perfectly! Both my sister and I are huge fans and frequent here every couple of weeks. read more

This has been my go-to place for threading eyebrows for about 5 years. The price is perfect and the wait never seems long. I usually go once a month on a weekday when they aren't busy. I normally just get my eyebrows done and the prices are very reasonable. How do you pass up $10? Most places charge more and don't do a great job. Other places I have been threaded some skin off, but Sita and the staff here do not. If you are here for eyebrows you are here for 10 minutes or less. I get a cleanup and they nail it every time! After you get your eyebrows thread they offer to apply aloe to your threaded area, which helps the healing. Parking can be tough because it is street parking only. Upon entering the store you must sign in with the service you want. There is a board in the back with all their services and fees. I have not tried their other services, but I am sure they are great. Will come back soon and I highly recommend locals to try this place. read more

walked in without an appointment, JUST as they were closing (I know, douche move, yikes) but the lovely woman took me anyway for a full face threading which takes about 30 minutes. she did a great job and was really friendly; my eyebrows look great and she found hair to remove that i didn't even know was there. This was my first experience with threading and I'm now a believer! read more

Sita is great at what she does, very accommodating to my schedule. She never over threads and always checks in to see how I'm doing or if I like her work. I love the aloe vera 30 second massage, I always leave happy. read more

I started growing out my eyebrows with the intention of growing them for 6 weeks. I could not last 2 weeks and decided enough is enough... I need to get my brows done. Since I happened to be in San leandro, I searched yelp for a spot and came across this salon. So happy to finally find a good threading place in San Leandro! I'm not down to sit in the middle of the mall while everyone watches me get my eyebrows done, so it's nice that M&M is it's own building. I've always gotten either waxed or razored technique done on my eyebrows. I wanted to see what this threading was all about. I selected M&M based on the reviews and the pictures. I called to make a same day 6pm appointment. This was easy with no hassle. The shop was clean and I was greeted warmly. We got started immediately. In less than 10 minutes I was done. I'm not rating them based on their skills, I'm sure they are very talented based on the work I've seen in their pictures. Which is why I was extremely disappointed with my first experience there. The info given about walk ins welcome is WRONG. Once me and my daughter walked in the lady turned us down saying that we needed to make an appointment ahead of time in order to do eyelash extensions. NOWHERE does it state an appointment is needed ahead of time. Very disappointed with this misinformation, I wasted my time going there thinking I could do a quick walk-in and leave. read more

I have been coming here for over 2 years and I'm surprised I haven't given a review yet! I am very specific about my eyebrows and the staff actually cares! I bring my nieces with me and we have never had to wait too long. They do let clients make appointments but I've never had to. My eyebrows are always very neat, clean and always stay the same shape. I love this place and I don't like getting my eyebrows done anywhere else. Eyebrows are very important because it's what shapes the face that's why I only trust Sita to do my eyebrows. This place, like a lot of the threaders I've been to is a hit and miss. Sometimes I come out loving my eyebrows and other times a little let down. One of my eyebrows is a little difficult to shape so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Regardless I come here often. It's my go to place for a quick and decent threading. The ladies are nice, the place is super clean and I've never waited longer than a few minutes. Also, it's $10 for an eyebrow thread which is pretty reasonable.
