This is my first time coming to this nail salon. I have not gotten my nails done in two years. Initially I wanted an acrylic set, but Le suggested an extended Gel X. Le did such a great job on my nails and did the same design I asked for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the color and the look![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also enjoyed the deluxe pedicure from another employee there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have never done this kind of pedicure before and would love to do it again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Much needed self-care and look forward to coming back to this place :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
I was excited to try Tiffany's. I've been in the Bay Area but haven't found a nail salon I loove, so I was hoping this would be it. I'll also dd that I don't do my nails regularly, but rather for holidays, special occasions, etc. Parking was easy, I found street parking right out front, but I can see that it can be quite busy to find parking since they don't have a lot. You have to rely on finding a spot on the street. Walking in, the place was super chic, very bright, and very clean. Checked in at the front and within a min was walked back to be seated for my manicure. Upon being seated, I was offered a complimentary drink from their drink menu and got started. Great service! I came in with an idea of what I wanted and showed that to my nail technician. Who, to my surprise, only needed to see the regerence photo once, and he got it exactly how I wanted them! Leaving the salone, I was in love with my nails. I didn't even mind that I paid $77. I had never had dip powder nails before, so I was super excited when I left the place, and they looked great. A few days later, they still looked great, and I'm notorious for having chipped nils within days, so I was feeling optimistic and didn't even mind how much I had paid. Fast forward to a week, and I started to see the front tip of the nails begin to chip. you can see it in the picture, shared. This is why my review isn't higher. Overall - While I loved the experience, I really wished that for the amount paid, my nails would have lasted at least 2 weeks. I would give them a try again, but maybe for a simple manicure.

Call/message them for an appointment. Everything about this place was very clean. Service was great. They also have a area in the front where they sell jewelry and cuticle oil and other stuff.
Hybrid lashes by Kat...these are considered kinda natural. First time in a long time. New sets are about 2 hours, prices are a bit costly but you get what you pay for. Total professionalism each time I visit- the front desk knows my name each time I arrive which makes me feel welcome. They have jewelry and beauty products for sale. They offer a cocktail list. Nails by Aj Dang. I love them. I'm a Nurse, they are short and clean and his designs are freestyle. He can do anything you show him. They also do lashes and hydrafacials and has Hylauronic serum on sale. Great full service salon. I'm here every two weeks!
I've visited Tiffany's beauty lounge a few times over the years and it never disappoints. They take time in their work and make sure my nails always come out amazing. It doesn't matter who performs the service I always leave happy. The salon is clean and there is always somebody coming behind and tidying up around you. I also want to give an extra shout out to their booking platform. It is so easy and seamless.
Obsessed. That's the word I'd use to describe my feeling about Tiffany's. The whole place feels really luxurious from the products, cleanliness, to the service. I'm super picky about my pedicures (Trang always does mine), but I've been serviced by a few different people and they're all great. Honestly. The prices are a bit high when you go for the spa mani+pedi services but they're all so worth it. They have hella colors, glitters, holographic options that make natural nails fun. I have gotten fake nails here and the gel-x is *chef kiss* it didn't require a lot of filing and my nails still felt really strong. If I had time I'd get these every visit. Speaking of time, I really appreciate how they'll sometimes do two services at once. Even when they don't I'm in & out pretty quick so its not an all day thing.
Much needed update. This is my go-to spot. AJ does freestyle designs and he's so detailed. I try not to talk too much while he's doing his thang. He did a custom Ninja turtles and pizza on my thumbs and I got so many compliments. Then there's the Venom nails and I could not believe he got it down to a T! I'm going to Fan-con in SF in a few weeks and I want to do a Star Wars theme next! Make sure to book him at least a week in advance in the Vagaro app!
I went here because I got a gift card for my birthday and spend it all here and DEEPLY regret it. Didn't notice much when I was there because I was there for 3 hours and just wanted to go home and was deeply uncomfortable there the whole time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went in got my toes done first which was fine I had made the appointments for the same time but when they confirmed they told me I had two different times which is ok.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I liked my toes but when I got a closer look I see gel all in my skin and they didn't even try to clean it up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then once I was done I had to wait 30 mins waiting for the girl to do my nails she didn't come up to me to tell me she's taking a little longer with someone else didn't let me know anything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then put my arms over the gel lamp which hurt because I have severe tendinitis and I had no other choice but to put them there so she could do my nails good. Then not one of my nails is the same size from the others, and kept putting the builder gel on my skin and just peeling it off. everything is very tip heavy, I just didn't like anything about this experience I don't even want to come in and have it fixed it should have been right the first time for $150. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I don't want to waste another 3 hours I'm so sad that my birthday got ruined.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My nail artist was cherry.

I've been a client for a while now. I've had my nails, lashes and my pedicure done here before. This review is only for my nails. I never had many issues or complaints with my regular nail tech Trinh this is why I chose her for my regular nail tech. She is very neat and talented in nail design. I have no complaints on that. No complaints, that was until back in June. I came for a refill on my acrylic nails. I had milky white on and I had planned to do a french tip. As she was working (which I always trust her work) I was mostly just looking at my phone listening to music trusting the process.... When I looked to see how my nails were looking I saw that my refilled nails were refilled with a clear powder which made my nails look like a complete mess as if they were broken because of the change in colors. The two powders did not match. How could clear and milky white match? Because I told her that wasn't the color I previously had and she kept insisting it was, I asked her to just cover them all up with a light pink. But I was completely unsatisfied with them and upset because I was leaving the next day for vacation. I came back end of June and I asked her to take off what I had so I could start with a new acrylic set, I showed her the design I wanted and usually she asks what nude acrylic tone I want before starting but this time she didn't and she went on with yellowish tone that i didn't like. I didn't say anything because I thought, well she's not done yet maybe the design will make it look nicer. Well, that's that... I left and few days after the edges were lifting. So I messaged them came back and she fixed the edges. I've had a few instances where I need to go back because my nails are lifting from the edges. And to me it feels strange to have them lift up on random finger nails days after I've just had them done. Usually they're fine with scheduling me back to fix them but it's getting irritating specially because they're pricey. (No extra charges on the fixing as long as it's within a week) Last week Friday I scheduled with AJ who I've had my nails done with before but I'd still always prefer trinh. I didn't mind him doing them since trinh wasn't available. He did my nails and left them how I wanted not as perfected and neat as trinh but good enough. I was surprised at the bill when I paid. A total of $115. With trinh I've paid that amount probably only with my Valentine's Day nails that she took her time with. That's not all, my nails were done last Friday and today they look like I got them done a month ago. One is crooked. And well to begin with I asked him to do oval not almond I don't like the pointedness of almond shape. When I messaged them to see if they can fix the edges I decided to ask why I was charged the amount when usually trinh charges differently. (Less with the same services). They gave me the charges she has done before which still didn't really answer my question on the amount for the $115. I didn't want to argue so I ended the conversation with thank you for clarifying... I will provide photos on my nails from last Friday and how they look today and my weirded shape thumb nail, and another of my Valentine's Day nails that trinh did back in February. I wish I could say that $115 (with out tip) was worth it. But... yeah imma need to start looking for a new place for my nails because these past experiences have had me and I've kept a few from complaining but ughh... the end.

This is my first time there and I'm very disappointed. I got a gel manicure and literally the next day the corner of two of my nails were snagging and I had to cut one of them. Three days later and another nail completely broke. What a waste of money. read more

It's a tradition for my sister and I to come to TBL to get a gel mani/pedi & full set/gel pedi every time I am in town. AJ did my full set and I love it! He is detailed and through and gives good recommendations if you ask for his opinion. When it comes to pedicures this is the only place where I don't have to worry about ingrown nails after a few weeks. Definitely give this place a shot! read more

Came here today for a manicure and pedicure plus eyebrow wax. It was my first time getting services since having my baby and she's 9months. Service was great Trang Hoang did my manicure and although Diane Nguyen did a great job on my pedicure I can't wait to go back next time and have Trang Hoang service me. She was beyond exceptional. Vivian did my eyebrows she is fast and did a great job. She's so good she could've did them with her eyes closed. read more

First time to this nail salon and I am IMPRESSED!!! When we first arrived, the outside didn't look like much but when you walk it, a whole transformation of glam and classy! Loved the ambiance! My daughter had a certain design in mind and she made an appt with JJ and I was very impressed with the work that he did. He had impeccable detail and the nails came out soooo cute! Today was my second time at Tiffany's Beauty Lounge. I do plan to go back. I can't believe this hidden gem has been in San Leandro this entire time. I've been living here the last 5 years and completely missed this. Today I just got a regular pedicure. My pedicurist was very nice, what I like about this nail salon is that it's also a beauty salon and opens at 9:30 so you can get appointments right when they open. I asked the woman doing my pedicure to cut out my ingrown toenails in my big toes. It was a little painful but she meant well. So no harm, no foul. I will be a returning customer. Now! The first time I went to Tiffany's I was VERY IMPRESSED!!! The decor was SO cute. Very chic. Stylish. Again, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I got their signature popular jelly pedicure! I have never had an experience such as this. It was like my feet were just sitting in hot jelly which may sound a bit weird, but it actually felt really nice and the best part is that my feet were SO SOFT afterwards and the pedicure lasted a long time. I was actually only going to do dip powder regular manicure on my nails as I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in January. At the last minute, I decide to add tips and my manicurist was AWESOME! She was VERY FAST and even did a rhinestone design. It was great. It took roughly two hours from 9:30 and I was out the door in time for lunch which was great because I had a hair appointment at 1:00 pm in Oakland. I recommend Tiffany's. You won't be disappointed. I really wanted this to be my new nail spot because it is so fancy but my nails always start breaking off on day 2 (happened 3 times). I also went in for a color change and there was still left over polish from my previous color. It's too bad because I love the shape of my nails! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I made a very last minute pedicure appointment for during the week and they were able to accommodate me. I had an appointment with Dianne. She was super nice and catered to my inability to have any kind of scrubbing done on my feet. There were flowers in the pedicure water and a plastic covering for cleanliness in the bowl. The seats are both cute and comfortable but they are not massage chairs. They had very basic options for the regular polish but I was able to find a color quickly. They also okay great music so I didn't even need my AirPods. One thing to note is that TBL is located between schools so there can be traffic and it's street parking only for plan accordingly. I cannot wait to go back and get my fingernails done. read more
I made an appointment with Penny to get the Apres gel-x nails done. This is my first time getting gel-x nails at Tiffany's. I usually come here for pedicures with Trang and she does a good job. When I first sat down, it seemed like Penny was not in the mood or annoyed already. I chose my colors and the process of getting my nails done was really quick. While she was shaping my nails, I noticed one of the nails looked crooked, so I let her know. She gave me a dirty look afterwards and reshaped that nail. A couple things to note about my gel-x session: - cuticles were not cleaned (didn't use cuticle softener and clean up cuticles from both hands) - no hand/arm massage with lotion after my nails were done - I was charged $5 more for choosing more colors (she didn't mention there was an extra charge - I would've been fine with it if it was mentioned) - customer service could use some improvement My nails did come out looking great in the end, but the overall package wasn't what I expected as I've gone to other places before and they have achieved this level of service. read more

I tried Gel-X nails for the first time at a different salon. I didn't like how they turned out but figured I'd give the method another chance thinking maybe a different place would change my mind. Penny at Tiffany's Beauty Lounge did a phenomenal job! My nails look amazing and she's super fast. My appointment for a full set was at 5:15pm - she took me right away - and I was back home by 6:17pm. As soon as you walk in, you're politely greeted and offered a beverage from a cute little menu. There's also a wireless phone charger at the station which was really neat and convenient. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. I look forward to going back. I'm glad I finally found a salon I can regularly go to and receive quality service. read more

I've been to this nail salon twice for pedicures only. . The first time an older gentleman did my pedicure which was great and the second time I was serviced by Cherry who did amazing. Usually, you get home and notice how much of a sloppy job is done on your feet but she painted my entire toe nail and was very gentle and sweet. The lady at the front desk is also polite which helps. I think I found my new nail salon :-) read more

Fall is officially in season!!! Lisa did a fantastic job on my nails. They were professional, I received a reminder text for my appointment, and they started right away once I arrived. The salon is super cute and clean. They were constantly cleaning everything which was nice. read more

What are hybrid lashes?
Half volume and half classic lashes. Highly recommend them and ask for Andy or Nancy. They're all really good but that's who I like going to.
