Olivia did an outstanding job taking care of us, and Phil was excellent as well. We were hoping to see Murph, but maybe next time! I had the all-you-can-eat wings, and they were fantastic. My wife ordered the hamburger, and she really enjoyed it. Between the great food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend giving Papa's Public House a try!

You have a pretty good view of the entire place from outside, it definitely gives bar vibes, but is also a good place to bring the kids for a quick easy meal. The service was great, we were greeted quickly and the wage that gave her recommendations between different dishes when I asked. People come in for the Birria grilled cheese so I decided to give it a try. My friends decided to have the wings. I was a little disappointed in the sandwich, the bread was already very soggy when it came out, when combined with the tenderness of the meat, melted cheese and consommé for dipping, it turned into a mushy mess. The flavors were good though. My friends were also a little underwhelmed by the wings. The meatball sub looked pretty good and if I came back, I would try that, I appreciate the staff's friendliness and attention to our needs

We started with the blueberry lemonade cocktail and beer on tap and then got the Nashville chicken flatbread and the mango habanero chicken. The food was great but it did take quite a long time to come out. We were also pretty stunned by the final price, especially considering we had a BOGO entree coupon, so for 1 entree and 4 drinks (2 cocktails and 2 beers) we paid $90 which seems rather steep for a bar and grill.

You can see where some of the beer is brewed which was kinda cool. We sat at the bar and there was a lone, female bartender. Service was kinda slow and she wasn't overly friendly but she wasn't rude either. Just really busy. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and my husband got the fish and chips. His entree was good he said, but my chicken fried chicken was burnt to a crisp. I brought it to the bartender's attention and she did offer to get me some else, but I was pretty put off and grossed out by that point. I asked that it be removed from the ticket as I didn't eat most of the entree. Only 10 dollars was removed which was better than nothing but still not satisfactory considering I didn't eat a lot of it. Including the side dishes. But I didn't want to be a Karen and we just paid and left. Not coming back .

Even though every table was full by 12:15, the staff was hustling. Our server checked on us multiple times and our Hoffens Burgers were excellent. There was plenty of goat cheese, avocado and roasted red pepper. Definitely crave worthy! I loved the curry crema dipping sauce and ate it with my fries and burger. It was very loud for about an hour and then the place began to empty out and the noise level was more tolerable. I noticed they had some specialty cocktails that were new so I'll be heading back soon to try those. Quick additional tip: We tried to go to dinner at 5pm tonight (granted it's a Saturday) and even though the restaurant looked almost empty we were told it would be an hour wait for our party of 6. I feel like we could have eaten and been out in that time but we weren't given a chance. The hostess didn't seem very sorry to see us leave so I'm rethinking coming back any time soon. First time not being welcomed there. So my tip is - even when you think a restaurant is casual - MAKE A RESERVATION. (I really didn't want to eat there twice in one week anyway ;)

The Hubs ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich that comes with bourbon bbq sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles, and is served with fries (although he swapped out the fries for more slaw). Everything was delicious! I had my burger cooked medium-well and it was perfect; it was still slightly pink inside and moist. While the burger was very tasty, one major plus was that it was also structurally sound (all the ingredients stayed inside the bun and the bun didn't fall apart)! The Hubs also enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. I tasted the bbq sauce and the slaw that came with his lunch and both were amazing (I dipped more of my fries into the extra bbq sauce that came with his sandwich than I did into the comeback sauce). The fries that came with the burger were crispy, not greasy and not overly salted. While I only had an iced tea with lunch, I did peruse their specialty drinks menu. Wowza, is that a read! We'll be back sometime soon for dinner so we can check that out. BTW, their food menu is more than burgers and sandwiches and there are some nice sounding items that appeal to me more for dinner than lunch (two examples (1) Hoisin Ginger Tuna: Sashimi-grade tuna seared rare, parmesan risotto, arugula slaw, (2) Pesto Cream Salmon: Pan seared salmon crusted with parmesan breadcrumbs, penne pasta, pesto cream sauce, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper). Despite this restaurant's location next to a boarded up vacant restaurant and being right next to I25, the interior is surprisingly nice and welcoming. And our server was friendly and helpful. So no complaints here!

We made a reservation and were seated promptly at a large outdoor table offering both sunny and shaded spots. The setting is lovely, a nicely restored historic building with a Victorian vibe in downtown Littleton. We ordered: * Roasted Brussels Sprouts ($10) - sopressata, shaved parmesan, oregano-infused white balsamic * Chicken Salad Sandwich ($17) - toasted whole wheat, grilled chicken, dried cranberries, tomato, apple, walnut * Short Rib Grilled Cheese ($20) - beef short rib, white cheddar, tomato, horseradish sauce, arugula, caramelized onion, sourdough * (2) Black Forbidden Rice Salmon Bowls ($25) - cabbage slaw, cilantro, avocado, pickled red onion, cilantro vinaigrette Plus three cocktails: two Bees Knees and one Manhattan. Service was excellent and the food was very well executed. The shared Brussels sprouts were a hit. The salmon bowls were flavorful and nicely prepared, as was the chicken salad sandwich. The fries were hot, crispy, and tasty. However, the standout was the Short Rib Grilled Cheese. Absolutely fantastic, and definitely what I'll be ordering next time. Tip: Restaurant parking is available in back of the restaurant.

Some folks like things bland. We aren't those people. And, to be fair, as we say at the bar and watched orders come out, it was fairly clear over time, that one guy was cooking and expo'ing - he also brought out the orders. That's a lot for one dude. Kudos to him. Adding salt and pepper, seasoning the patties and grilling the BLT toast would raise this rating quick. Easy fixes are always the best. Ambiance? Def a bar feel. Nothing special. Felt a little bland with theme. Maybe bring the "castle" inside? So much you could do inside with the decor (or lack thereof). That aside, it was cool to se the walls of beer mugs. Will we be back? Probably not but ya never know.
