I love the m&ms store. I've been to others in other cities and they just don't compare. This one is 3 floors and every corner is packed with fun. The prices are also not that outrageous for what the city and location is. One of the shirts my kid picked out was $20. My only drawback is how crowded it is. The line to design your own m&m was probably 45 minutes. To fill a bag of m&ms was cram in as you could. Be prepared for a crowd.

The M&M'S Store New York is a massive 24,000-square-foot, three-level flagship store located at 1600 Broadway in Times Square (Theater District). Open daily (typically 9 AM-midnight), it features a famous 50-foot "wall of chocolate," personalized, custom-printed candy, and themed merchandise. They have something for everyone. And if you look good enough, you can find good sales. All employees were nice and helpful with any questions. We were greeted right when we walked in.

SUPER COOL multilevel chocolate extravaganza! This place was such a joy to visit. They have so many unique and quirky m&m themed items for all to enjoy. It can get pretty crowded so expect to ride out the elbow to elbow exchanges. All in all I recommend even if you don't plan on purchasing anything!

Stopped by the M&M's Store for a quick visit. This place is fun and colorful, with tons of M&M's and merchandise. Perfect for a fast, nostalgic stop, especially if you're looking for souvenirs or just want to take in the bright, candy-filled atmosphere. Must love M&Ms.

Broken bathrooms so she kicked everyone out of mens. Not in a polite way just GET OUT NOW. wow..not purchasing here. Yelled at our 12 yr old girls. She was the worse!!

This is a nice store for someone that lives M&M's and those who live to buy trinkets and what nots. Three stories full of clothing, candy and souvenirs. You can also get your personalized candy with words or your picture. Super cute to have made as a gift, for a special occasion in a gift bag or to sit out. I don't buy anything but I spoke to a couple of employees while walking around and they were really nice.

Wanting to get some souvenirs, I walked into the M&M's store and the first thing that hit me was, it was hot in there. It was cold in NY, but the store was so stuffy. Considering the amount of people they have coming in and out of there, wandering the 3 stories in coats, you would think they could do something about the air conditioning. Past that, the store is fun. They have all sorts of gifts to buy in so many colors. Being that this store is in Times Square, the prices are high for the tourists. If I wasn't looking for something M&M specific, there are plenty of other Mom and Pop stores to go into with reasonable prices for souvenirs. Also, don't expect too much customer service in the store. The employees did not seem to care. I understand that they probably deal with more customers than the average store due to their location, so they can be overwhelmed, and dealing with people so frequently can be frustrating, but it is literally their job. You barely get any help. Once again, if it wasn't for the fact that I went there for something specific, I would not go there again.

Located in the heart of Broadway, this giant M&M flagship store is hard to miss. Containing three stories of anything and everything M&M related, this place is chocked full of souvenirs, mementos, and of course, candy. There are so much cool M&M and other Mars brand candy related merch here that the kids and kids at heart will definitely find something(s) that they like! There are also many cool M&M statutes as well as a M&M mascot making their rounds that you can have some nice photo-ops with. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a giant wall of loose M&M's that you can get bagged (and charged by weight) with a mix and match of however much of each color type you'd like. Be warned however, the cost is pretty hefty so don't let the kids get too crazy. There's also a printer that allows you to create customized messages and imagines of your choice on M&M's. Everything here is extremely overpriced, so bring your kids here at your own peril. The little ones will definitely have tons of fun. Your wallet however might not feel the same way.

It's loud and bright. Located in the heart of Times Square. I had a great time in this ultra packed place. It's a 2 story store filled with mass production items. The only highlight was the custom M&M machines upstairs. You are able to put messages and photos on your own candy. I loved it. I was able to get some for my niece.

I love the M&m store. It's huge has couple floors. Next time I'd like to do the customize m&ms but the line was long. The service was amazing very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back an I can't wait to come back I bought a mini dispenser for my m&ms so cute

Pretty cool store especially if u like m&ms. Expensive but they do have a clearance part. I didn't know all of it existed. I'd go again.

The large M & M store in New York City by Broadway was spectacular. Spacious and full of wonderful inventory. The biggest line was for making custom m & m designs. I was mostly interested in the colorful shirts and bags each area sectioned off by the candy colors. The workers were courteous. There is a second floor so dont forget to head upstairs. It is best to use a Lyft or the subway. There are many subway cutouts. Not convenient to drive.

If you love M&M's candy, then this is the place for you! This place is three stories worth of fun & lots of groovy, sweet merch for you to choose from. Whether it's plain or peanut, they have it! Great customer service & friendly staff make this a very fun place to shop as well. Take it from me, this is a must-see whenever you're in the Big Apple!

There is a lot to see, and I did not have the time due to my own schedule. The man who helped us was so very nice and kind. I believe he said he is usually at their Brooklyn shop, but he was helping out in this west side of Manhattan shop. He explained about the MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION colorful, rainbow, STAR-SHAPED LOLLIPOPS near the cashier pay area. Please SEE MY PHOTOS. IT'S SUGAR has raised more than $1 MILLION DOLLARS for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, thanks to the people who bought the special lollipops; AND their goal is to raise $2 Million dollars for The Make-a-Wish Foundation. So, if you are near the store, please stop in. Buy a MAKE-A-WISH lollipop. Look around. Enjoy the candy sights you see, and make a purchase. They have Totsie Roll Pops, too!! And so much more, I have to visit again...soon! :) FOR VISITORS TO NYC--you will be near this store if you are in the Columbus Circle area, and the Lincoln Center area. And, it's a nice walk from the theatre district and the Fifth Avenue area, too. NYC is a great WALKING CITY, so, if you are heading out for the day, wear comfortable walking/running shoes, so that you can walk over and visit this shop. And, Thank You to the man from Brooklyn working at the store. Your great customer service made the visit a pleasure!

Before heading into the shops at Columbus we headed into its sugar because we're with my 10m old and he likes looking at the lights and bright colors. I picked up a mug called "wake and bake" and asked my husband does it work and how. I then put it down. When exiting an employee in a purple shirt was kind of blocking the door. I thought that was odd but people are weird. She even almost bumped into someone trying to walk in. She then accuses me of stealing the mug. I was confused and said I put it down and continued on my way, but I'm annoyed that a company that I frequented often with my older kids would accuse me of stealing. If you were watching so closely you should have done a better job and watched me place it back down. How outrageously inappropriate it was to try and smile and play with my 10 month old while you were moments away from accusing his mother. As much as my older kids like It's Sugar I'm going to be thinking twice before purchasing anything there ever again. Maybe it's for the best and I should be supporting local businesses. I'm honestly stuck on the fact that they thought a mother pushing her infant child was attempting to steal something so wildly inappropriate.

But instead, there I was--standing in front of their glorious gelato counter, eyes wide, heart full, and indecisive as ever. Let's start with the moment: my first bite of their olive oil gelato. I don't say this lightly--it was transcendental. Like, "is this what Botticelli tasted when painting Venus?" kind of moment. That velvety olive oil richness hits you up front with confidence and elegance, like a well-dressed Italian man offering you espresso and secrets. Sure, the intensity mellows out as you keep eating, but it never disappears--it just evolves. A plot twist in every spoonful. Now, let's talk about the cone. This wasn't your average sad, soggy cone. Oh no. This one had chocolate bits woven into it like a love letter to cacao itself. It was the best "cone upgrade" I've ever had. Crunchy, chocolatey, luxurious--it deserves its own certificate of excellence, frankly. And the staff? Patient, kind, and blessed with the empathy required to deal with someone (me) who treats flavor selection like high-stakes diplomacy. I felt seen. And then--oh, the pièce de résistance--a little chocolate coin placed lovingly atop my scoop like a crown. It made me feel like gelato royalty. A duchess of dessert, if you will. They also have this gorgeous outdoor patio space, which I longed to sit in like a wistful character in an indie romance. Alas, I couldn't stay, but next time? I'll claim that spot with the same passion I bring to gelato tasting. In conclusion: Venchi is elegance dipped in chocolate, sprinkled with patience, and served with a golden coin. I'll be back--possibly wearing a cape.
