Lola's incredibly sweet and a total push over with people but she's touch and go with other dogs. Long story short, she was a rescue and her previous owners bred her way too young then surrendered her soon after giving birth to her babies. When Gina started walking her and introducing her to other dogs she immediately was able to tell me that there seemed to be consistency in her aversion to male dogs, which made complete sense considering her lore. Her ability to read dogs is seriously next level. And aside from her talent as a dog whisperer her personality is outgoing as all get out. She's incredibly loving, personable, always showed me she cared deeply, and was not afraid to get her hands dirty. I'm so thankful for her and all the time and love she put into our relationship and her relationship with Lola.

With this recent heat wave it's been especially difficult leaving her, but Dan and his entire staff took extra care to make sure she was comfortable in their air-conditioned facility and got the attention she needed. Tippy deals with some separation anxiety, and they were so patient and attentive with her. I want to thank Dan, the owner and the whole team for taking such great care of my girl while I was away on vacation. She absolutely loves being around the staff and trainers -- we've also been working with their training team for the last six months and have had a fantastic experience. Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.
