And I found out the hard way…read more I have lived in Brookhaven/Chamblee for thirty years and throughout that time I always had my vehicles serviced by Shad and Melissa at J&L. Never a complaint, never questioned the pricing and the work was always done in a timely, professional manner. In December of 2022 I returned for a front end alignment and when dropping off the vehicle I asked where Shad was and was told he was out. Well he was indeed out. He had sold the business to a new crew and I should have figured that out when it took three weeks to get my car back. When I did get my car back, the leather wrapped steering wheel was filthy with grease as was the drivers seat and armrest. And they had managed to burn up three quarters of a tank of fuel leaving my fuel light on when I drove away. Insult to injury they had not even done the alignment. They also managed to not do several hundred more dollars of work that I was charged for. Forget all the positive reviews which are regarding the work done by the wonderful previous owners. This robbing crew needs to be avoided. I can't fathom how some people can be so dishonest.

I tried to bait Lance into saying that the mechanic who did my oil change had let all of the Freon out because all the system needed was to be recharged, but he wouldn't. He stayed professional. Alec, the service and location Manager/Director is the best. He is honest and always comes up with the best and most reasonable repair solutions for my Bimmers. Recently my 2009 X5 finally gave up on me with about 260k miles. He even offered to help me find another X5. Now, that is not your typical repair place! They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle. If you drive an Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Ferrari or any other European car, this is the only place you should be taking your car for repair, maintenance or service. They are the best! I stand by these guys! The owner is also a beast when it comes to repairs. He has no problem rolling his sleeves up to jump in and help when the guys get slammed! I witnessed this when both of my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring (vehicle age related) which included bumper removal. I brought my 1998 BMW M3 to Eurofed to address a fork issue caused by a failed pivot pin. I had…read morealready replaced the master and slave cylinders, and all I needed was for the transmission to be removed, the pivot pin replaced, and transmission reinstalled. Instead of quoting labor for the actual work needed, I was given a $2,649 quote based on a template for a full clutch replacement, which includes parts I never authorized or needed like clutch disc, flywheel, pressure plate, etc. When I pointed out that I wasn't replacing any of those components, I was still told I'd have to pay 10.5+ hours of labor as if I was. The service advisor, Henry, refused to quote me based on the actual job. He acknowledged that I wasn't replacing the clutch, but still insisted on charging me full clutch replacement labor. I was also charged $240 for a diagnostic that involved assessing the transmission removed. Still then quoted nearly $3,000 just to reinstall it with a $9 pivot pin. When I asked for a breakdown based on the real work, I was told no. They would not adjust the quote, even though factory labor time for E36 trans R&R is around 5.5-6.5 hours. I walked away because I will not pay for parts and labor that aren't being performed. This experience with Henry, the service advisor, was disrespectful, misleading, and unprofessional. If you know anything about your car, beware as he expects you not to.

Hello. I am writing this review based on my nightmare experience with this shop. I brought my…read morevehicle in to have an alignment and suspension checked out. It was on Friday November 30. They diagnosed my vehicle and told me that they would lock my vehicle in the bay and start the work on Monday. I found out that they left my vehicle in the back of the building over the weekend. Not secured or locked. Cameras don't work on property. My vehicle was left outside all weekend. When I arrived the manager was very defensive. I paid the $60 to get my vehicle. Was very upset about being lied to about my vehicle being locked in the shop. After getting my keys and leaving. After driving not even a mile down the road. My vehicle was making a loud clanking noise from the rear. I immediately turned around and headed back to the shop. They refused to look at my vehicle after I paid for service. To see what is wrong. I called the Police to make a report of the incident.. After taking my vehicle to a certified shop afterwards. I found out that not only did I not need $2,800 like Full Line Autocare was attempting to charge me. That my brake caliper was hanging from the bottom inside the rear rim. There were no bolts at all .. This could of caused a hug problem had I not addressed this immediately. They took parts off, and never put the parts back on my vehicle.. I would NEVER TRUST A SHOP WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR INTEGRITY.. I encourage to really seek other options before visiting this shop. I was heading on a trip. Who knows what could of happen had I got on the freeway..
