I love this place. I come here often to buy 50 lbs bags of peanuts for my squirrels & birds. The prices are good & the quantity is very nice I buy my fruit here too. I have to tell you that the fruit here tastes so much better than buying at a supermarket. The people are very nice & the customer service is excellent. They have a great variety of deli meats & cheeses also. I don't go to any other produce market because you can't get any better than M&S Produce Market. It's simply the best. read more

I always stop by M& S Produce Outlet on my way home from Atlantic City. They have great bargains on an assortment of fruit, veggies, fresh herbs, deli items, spices and bulk food items such as nuts and candy along with general merchandise. I stack up on fruit and veggies from here because their prices tend to be somewhat cheaper than here in Baltimore. I also like that their items are bagged and priced so you don't have to, just grab and go! I have also purchased their deli meats and cheese and they are fresh and they have weekly specials on those items as well. If you are traveling in the area, stop by. You are bound to come out with a bag of goodies to accompany your ride back to Bmore. read more

I usually enjoy the veggies here at an affordable price. Usually the quality isn't bad but sometimes like the other reviews have said, the produce rots extremely fast. It's really a hit or miss. I don't trust the fruit they sell but the veggies usually seem to last. read more

Been shopping here for years however the last year since the Aldi opened, the prices have soared and the quality has gone down hill Echoing some of the other reviewers, the multipack produce often goes bad quickly making any savings futile. The deli prices used to be a dollar or 2 per pound under the other main stream supermarkets but no more. Turkey at 8.99 per pound is not competitive especially when it's slimy looking. Eggs at .99 is good but not with a week left in date. You'd think we they would "up their game" in the face of Aldi or at least draw on what Aldi sucks at...produce but no. You can find good prices on spices, Goya, general merchandise (aluminum trays etc) just look over the "fresh" stuff before buying. There is a new produce outlet in Galloway called Santori on Jimmy Leeds road which has better prices on cold cuts and somewhat better quality on fresh produce. read more

NEVER again!! Been shopping here for years. Finally had enough!! Fruit and vegetables rot w/in 2 days of purchasing. Bought bread 2 days ago- spots all over them! Cashiers are the nicest people but the manager is nasty! I'd rather spend more money for a better quality product! STAY AWAY!! read more

Lots of fresh fruit and veggies as well as a deli counter. Excellent prices. The only downside is some of the produce is bagged for larger purchases which can be more than I need. (There are worse problems in the world). They also carry hard to find items like ginger root and fresh horse radish. Very pleasant employees. If you want great prices on produce AND cold cuts , this place is wonderful. They have a great selection, not only of produce, but also other food items. The deli selection is extensive, and I have not found a better price on American cheese. There is a selection of nuts, spices, and jams as well. This is definitely worthwhile to check out! I live in Atlantic City but venture to M and S once a week or so, to replenish my cold cut and produce supply. Usually I end up getting more than I had originally planned, just to take advantage of their many specials. There is hardly ever much of a wait at check out, the deli counter is quick, so it's easy to get what you want in a minimal amount of time. I decided to take time out of my Saturday just to put this place on the yelp map. I have been going here for a while but lately everything I buy produce wise rots or is moldy within days. They make you buy everything in bulk and more often than not one out of five pieces is already bad. Filled with fruits, veggies, a deli that sells cold cuts and makes sandwiches...this place is a gem! Most produce is sold already bagged up with a better than the supermarket price. The variety is good, including some Hispanic and Oriental specialties. They also sell spices , some paper products, and limited groceries. One of my favorites is the bagged and weighed nuts, dried berries, snacks, and candies. This store is really packed and in the spring/summer they also sell garden plants and items outside. I must add....beware of the fruits you buy here. Some are just on the verge of going beyond bad. My rule of buying fruits and melons....if it doesn't smell like it, it won't taste like it . Some fruits will ripen at home, but I still stand by my smell test for the tastiest fruits! Also, examine each bag of potatoes and onions for a bad one or two. All-in-all....a good deal if you're going to eat these items soon! read more

Just bought a Christmas tree from here. We stopped by after trying to find the perfect tree at 4 other local places on our way to a tree farm. We were looking for a tall & fat tree which proved to be a hard find. Anyway, found the perfect tree so if you're in the market, try M&S first. The best part, it is was only $30! read more

Great prices on produce, quality is seasonal. I suggest testing skinned and delicate fruits like oranges, apples, banannas before you leave the parking lot. I've had some great looking fruit that were dehydrated, bruised, rotted, moldy inside. Not really the store's fault. M&S allowed for returns or exchanges so no problem. read more
