I think there were 5 people ahead of me (which is a real good sign) and within 10 minutes I was in the chair and 10 minutes later I had paid and was out the door. I was going to another place for a while and it's more than 2x the cost for the exact same haircut. I can wash my hair at home and save $30. I'd rather go to Jajo's at 2x the frequency. On multiple occasions, I've made a reservation and received confirmation (which I can show), but when I arrived the reservation was not reflected correctly in their system. This has resulted in me being turned away more than once. I've remained a loyal customer through these issues, but it has become increasingly frustrating due to the time wasted, especially when planning my day around a scheduled appointment. The issue appears to be technological rather than staff related, but it's something others should be aware of so they can plan with fair warning.
