M Brothers are the best builders / contractors I've ever worked with. Oleg, Alex, Eric are all do great work, are professional, and friendly. M Brothers prices are fair and they're very honest. I would and have recommended them to anyone without hesitation. Oleg owns the company, does the estimates, and actually works on the project himself with the help of his brothers. It's pretty rare to have that. Because of that, there are no misunderstandings and the work is high-quality. The guy who is on site working is the same guy who outlined the project, the boss of the company, and cares about their reputation. If anything comes up during the project - which it did - it's much more efficient and reassuring to have Oleg right there to speak with and help walk you through the options. M Brothers did new siding, new windows, new window trim, paint, and even some framing work for us after they discovered rotted architectural lumber behind the old siding during the project. Oleg had warned us that there was a possibility that we would find those structural issues once they got behind the siding, and sure enough, there were. Once they found the issues and showed us, Oleg gave us a price for the additional work. Even though we were in a corner at that point, the price was fair and in-line with the prices for the work we had originally agreed to. They even had to replace a 6x12 beam above our front door that was rotted 2/3rds of the way through! I think some less-able companies with less integrity might have bailed upon the discovery of that rotten beam, ignored it, or would have had to call someone else, but M Brothers alerted us to it and handled it! They had to jack up the front of the house to get the old beam out and the new beam in. Quite a feat and thank goodness because now we know the structure behind all this new new work is sound. The new windows, siding, trim, and paint look fabulous. Alex even recommended the paint color for us. This whole project started when we discovered a leak in our house. Even though the project grew way bigger than we ever anticipated when we discovered that leak, we are so happy with the end result. The look, quality, and integrity of the whole house are improved and we can sleep better at night knowing that this part of our house - that takes the brunt of the sun and weather - is built to last more than another 30 years. M Brothers Construction Right from the start you will feel very comfortable with Oleg. He will listen to what you want then ask questions and offer suggestions. In our case he pointed out some repairs I could do myself to save money. He offered up other suggestions that would save us money while still getting the look we wanted. He is very thorough while doing the initial walk through. He explained everything that needed to be done and how it will be done. The estimate I received was fair and had every detail we talked about with no hidden surprises. So, we decided to go with M Brothers to do the whole house siding. Once you are on the schedule, they show up at the scheduled time and go right to work. During construction, they will ask before doing something that might be out of the ordinary. They do all the little details that make the end result spectacular. At the end of the day they will clean up and leave the site like they found it. These 3 guys do the work of a crew of 10. I could not believe how much they got done each day and how fast the job went. I see other construction crews hide from the rain, not these guys, they are prepared to work in all conditions. We had some struggles with choosing colors for our new siding. All 3 brothers were very helpful with their suggestions and patience with us while we were trying to figure all this out. This is our second time using M Brothers Construction and we would hire them again in a heartbeat! We have a massive cedar deck, installed by the previous homeowners. We've done our best to maintain it over the years, but the initial poor construction led to some failing spots. M Brothers came in and gave us a fair assessment of the situation and competitive quote for the amount of repair/replacement work needed. Once they got into the job, more supports were rotted than we expected, requiring a change in plans. They pivoted quickly, and gave us multiple options on how to handle the situation. Our total job involved removing part of the deck, repairing some failing areas, putting in new railing and doing new front stairs. In addition, they replaced multiple windows on our ground floor. Spending money on home maintenance like this is not the most fun thing to do, but we are so happy with the final product and the fabulous work they did. I highly recommend M Brothers Construction. My husband and I are building a new home and hiring all of our subcontractors. I knew M Brothers had worked on a couple of homes at the Street of Dreams, but I didn't know much else about them. I am so happy we chose them to do our siding! Everyone at M Brothers was professional and courteous, but more importantly, their craftsmanship is beautiful. I had several conversations with their estimator, and he had great suggestions about what would work (and look) best. I printed out photos of columns I liked, and they built ours to look exactly like the ones in my picture - I mean perfect! You can tell they are experts in their field and take great pride in their work right down to the smallest detail. Everything looks terrific, and our house was no easy task; it is built on a slope, and one of the walls is nearly 60 ft high. I needed to have the cedar siding replaced on one side of my house---it had been badly weathered. The work was done by M Brothers and I am VERY satisfied with the results! The contractor is very knowledgeable about the products to use, and suggested Hardie Plank siding, which is much more durable---he used they type that had a texture very similar to my current cedar siding, so it blends in very well, and will last much longer on that side of my house. I was kept in the loop during the job, which was done quickly and efficiently, and the clean up after the job was completed was perfect! Oleg and team are amazing! I live in a townhouse complex and MBrothers has done a ton of excellent work. I had 3 fiberglass windows replaced. I felt comfortable enough to leave Oleg the code to my garage door and do the work while I was gone. The work was done very well and you never would have known they had been there. The house was left very clean. Oleg communicates quickly and is very good at status updates. I have recommended MBrothers to a friend to do the siding and replace windows at her house. M Brothers did a fantastic job of updating the exterior of our house. Removed old decks front and back, covered old T-11 siding with beautiful cedar planking custom cut to size, trimmed windows and doors with cedar in contrasting color, and then replaced both decks with beautiful cedar and railings including a custom built privacy screen. Design/details/colors look super and the curb appeal of our house is significantly enhanced. Work was done in a timely fashion, on budget, very courteous and responsive. 6 years ago I had the cedar shake and lap siding replaced on the south facing side of my 1940s home. Oleg was the subcontractor and he and his team did fantastic work but also answered every one of my questions with thoughtful consideration. I was so impressed that I tell everyone I can there's no need to shop around.
