This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get. THAT is the only reason I agreed to have them come out. As it turns out it was not related to the valve and thus I was responsible for the repair. Which was fair and have no problem paying.
