The one thing I must say, staff at the registers are quick! Thank you! Parking lot can get full. You might see homeless people walking around parking lot. Security guards are now checking receipts before exiting the store, just like Costco and Walmart. Not a had thing but can be annoying. I only shop at this location because it's several miles from my home. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else that's calmer and not so busy with people everywhere.

I may be a little generous with my stars I was vastly underwhelmed with the service. I will say…read morethat the line was a mile long and they did a GREAT job moving the line. I had 2 things on my list and I suspect if I could have found an employee in the shoe department I may have walked out with both items checked off my list. I could not find a pair of shoes that fit all my criteria, size, style, color, quality, brand, and to an extent consumer reports if I haven't heard of the brand. I left shoeless unless you count the ones I walked in with. Along those lines I saw an item that wasn't on today's list because I didn't think to put it there was a little thing to transport my guitar picks. (They are custom picks I use as special souvenir business cards - not to be confused with my everyday business cards) Anyway I found a set of nail clippers in a cool keychain type setup, the the mail clipper holder would be perfect if I could get rid of the branding. There was a set that had no clippers so I figured they'd give me a huge discount. I searched for someone to help me I sound someone that didn't understand my American English and in perfect English told me so. After this happened twice I gave up and hoped my cashier spoke English and could help me out . She could and she couldn't. I'll give her credit she tried but the best she could do was knock 10% off. Since the most important part of it was missing I felt 75% off was fair. Let's just say I walked out of the store with one item checked off my list,a 2 star review. As a 70 old year main with slight mobility challenges I didn't really feel safe. the place was cluttered with boxes, merchandise and customer all tripping hazards. I'm not sure I want to risk coming to this Ross location..

Location, location, location…read more I love Bikeway Village because of where it is: at the halfway point of the Bayshore Bikeway. Give me convenience or give me death! BV has Trident Coffee, which has great cold-brewed coffee and food that pairs well with it, including vegan protein donuts! 2 Wheels Cycling Boutique has your cycling needs covered. Apparently, Coronado Brewing Company is coming soon. Sweet! BV is situated right off the Bikeway and the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Get a cold brew and wander off to do some bird watching, or treat yourself for making it halfway down the bike path with a vegan donut or bagel. Check out what else BV has to offer: - Water refill station - Restrooms - Parking lot - Firepit You can even host private events here. See you at the Village.

I ordered an iced Americano from Trident, and then I wandered over to the large patio area to enjoy my iced Americano and the gorgeous panoramic view of San Diego. However, within barely 5 minutes of sitting in the chairs to enjoy the view, a man came out to tell me the "patio was closed." It was morning, around 8am-ish, and there were no posted signs indicating that the patio was closed. I ended up back in front of Trident Coffee with my iced Americano. Not sure why it was such a big deal that the "patio was closed" when I was the only person on the patio, there was no sign indicating is was closed, and it was quite early in the morning. So, if you order coffee from Trident, think twice before hanging out on Bikeway Village's huge patio to enjoy your coffee while looking at the morning view. Apparently, that's not okay to do (until the other shops open, I guess?) and I was somehow supposed to know to steer clear of the patio. Kudos to Trident Coffee, though. I enjoyed and finished the iced Americano!
