More financially manageable than other alternatives. Drawbacks: 1. Requires routine maintenance - see a specialist so they can clean and reapply the adhesive. 2. It can get itchy underneath, and it can be hard to manage. 3. Avoid hot and humid environments such as hot springs and saunas. 4. Fear of rejection and judgment from a romantic interest. 5. As routine maintenance is required, this may restrict your vacation plans. However, you could mitigate this by learning to clean and change the adhesive yourself. I believe the benefits outweigh the disadvantages, and it's something I've been living happily with for two years now. Mull over these points yourself and decide whether you can live with them.
