Our movers, Edwin, Luis, and Alex could not have been more friendly and professional. They were careful and respectful with my Mom's things. They offered lots of communication about what they were doing and why. When the building's elevator broke, it made their job harder, but no complaints from them. And somehow they still stayed within the estimated time frame. The day before, the guys packed 20 boxes for us. It's a HUGE amount of paper, and they thought the company would donate for reuse if I returned it in good condition, but this is no longer offered. (No worries, I gave it away free on NextDoor.) Anyone who does not use this company for their move is crazy. The entire staff is incredible and they all do everything they can to make this process as smooth as possible. The office staff was incredibly responsive, the owner is incredibly involved and does whatever he can to help his customers, and the moving crew is personable, professional, and skilled. A lot of companies that charge by the hour slow play things to get more money, and these guys worked their butts off which showed me appreciation as a customer and not just a dollar sign. The stress of the physical move was completely lifted thanks to this awesome team. I hired MK Movers to help me unload a 20' truck I had rented from Uhaul that a friend and I loaded. Not only were the guys on the crew very pleasant and had great attitudes, they were very careful with every piece they moved. They were quick, efficient, and put things exactly where I asked them or where they were labeled to be. Once they unloaded they took the time to make sure I did not need any other assistance with putting any of my things together or moving things around even though I was the one to take everything apart. MK Movers were great!! They arrived earlier than usually promised because they knew we were in a time crunch to get out of the house. The guys were SUUUUUPER efficient, and loaded the entire house into the truck in only an hour and a half. They were very patient waiting through our closing which had a few glitches, and offered to help with anything they could while we waited to get access to the new house. Once we did, they got everything exactly where I wanted it carefully, quickly and safely. Once again, after only an hour and a half, the guys were done. Quote was not the cheapest, among others, but indicated no charges for disassembly /assembly of furnitures/beds etc Plastic wrappings n blankets also offered free. Most important has insurance. I used MK mover for moving exam tables for our business. I read the 2 excellent YELP reviews and called them. Mitch was very helpful when I talked to him and got me a date asap and a fair estimate. I also spoke with Ali in the office to confirm, and she was a big help as well. Our movers were very nice, prompt, professional and got everything done with time to spare. We had a few extra objects to move, and they helped us move those as well. Even with the extra work we came in on time and budget. We had them scheduled for a particular date, but then the buyer of our house wanted to move the closing date up which caused us to have to move the "move date" up also. Called MK and inquired about the possibility of doing this. Even though they were booked for the new date they still made it work. We recently used MK movers for a "complicated" move. Downsizing from a very large home into temporary housing until our new place will be ready in a few months. We had items going 4 different places.. Furniture to two of our kids homes, nearby, then the majority of our stuff going into storage and the rest to our temporary housing. It made my head spin! We had 5 guys with two trucks, and they managed to get everything to the right place in perfect condition. I did make lists and tried to label, but it was still complicated! Was not our 1st time using M.K. though 1st time for an out of State move. Got 3 quotes from other movers. M. K. was the only one that would guarantee a delivery day. Other companies had a 2-3 day window. As were were on a tight timeframe this was important to us. Chris coordinated our move and had all the small details covered. The movers came during the time they said they would. Two young men and an older supervisor. They worked very hard and efficently. These men are extremely strong. One of the items was a piano and they moved it with no problem. All of my items were put into a CubeSmart facility until a new home is located. I will hire M.K. movers again to do the moving. Very pleased with the results and the total bill was much less that the original estimate. The total time involved was less than 3 1/2 hours. We just moved using MK Movers and had a great experience with them. I got quotes from 5 other companies and there's was the lowest bid by $400. Other companies estimated more guys on the job and 2-3 more hours needed for the move. MK movers did the move in 2 hours less than what they quoted me and I paid less than expected. The crew of guys they sent were very hardworking and helpful and really took care of our stuff during the move. There wasn't any damage to our items or the house during the move (which is a first from our experience with past movers). I would definitely recommend and use them in the future. read more

We hired MK Movers to move our company to a new 4000 sq ft warehouse. This included four offices, racks, and over 1000 boxes. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. They arrived on time with enough personnel and trucks to accomplish the task. All their people were professional, cooperative, and hard workers. I can see why this company has so many 5 star reviews. They were great!The four guys moved my 4 br house in pouring rain with no complaints at all. Even with the rain they still came in better than the estimate. They were also sure to lay down several blankets on the carpet so my new house would not get wet and dirty. They were friendly and courteous the whole time. The office was also accommodating to my date changes. Hope to not move again for a while but would definitely use them if I do!
