We used this company for our move and I can't say enough good things about them! Their pricing was also reasonable/competitive! We did the full pack so they came in, in the morning packed up our entire 4 bedroom 3000 sq foot house including our shed etc, they emptied and packed cabinets/food/furniture/toys/closets etc and moved them it all to the new house. I was not expecting them to be so helpful. All the boxes were placed in the correct rooms, I was even asked how to set up the furniture placement etc and they would move it around how I wanted until I was happy. In addition a lot of the boxes were labeled with important things we'd want right away which was helpful like (family room - TV remote in here, lamps, hot wheels track haha). I was also surprised none of the food/condiments spilled everything was taped/packed really well. I assumed at some point there would be issues along the way but there were no issues, nothing missing and nothing broken. Everyone was very professional, nice and helpful, these guys were really great! I will also mention, I was hesitant about doing the full pack because I am a bit of a control freak and have high standards for service but it is probably easily the best money I've ever spent! My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from A1 Movers. Patrick and Paul were excellent in every aspect of the moving process. They were very courteous, polite, and professional. Moreover, they were flexible on our move start time; took great care of our belongings (e.g., they disassembled and reassembled our dresser carefully to fit it upstairs - instead of trying to jam it through the stairway and ruin our walls); and are fairly-priced. In fact, Patrick's estimate was nearly spot on what we were charged - so there were no surprises. In addition, Patrick and Paul were very nice to our two-and-a-half-year-old son, who was very interested in what they were doing with our stuff. I just got done with a move from one storage shed to another. And from the reservation to payment, everything went as smooth as can be! Patrick is the owner and is 100%, without-a-doubt, a class act. He and Tevin both did a fabulous job moving my items. They both were very personable and likable, were very careful with my things, and moved at a nice steady pace. I WAS going to go with another moving company who I'd rather not mention. But they start with "2 men" and end with "a truck". I cancelled with them because their rates were 4 (yes, FOUR) times what Patrick quoted me. I even had a refrigerator that I had forgotten about, so I didn't mention it to Patrick and he didn't bring his appliance dolly. But he said, "No problem!" and moved it anyway. Are you kidding me? I would 100% recommend A1 Movers! The entire process is positive - from contacting Patrick for a quote to arriving at your destination. My experience: I hired them for a quick 2-hour move from 9-11 a.m. on a Saturday. Patrick and his crew arrived on time, were courteous, and professional. They made their assessment, immediately went right to work, and were finished with the move with more than enough time to spare. For a couple of extra dollars, they were even gracious even to drop off a couple of large furniture items to a local Goodwill. Peter and Aaron were total troopers who do outstanding work. Our family had to move states and we were way in over our head with packing. We ended up having so much stuff still laying around on moving day (very embarrassingly) but Peter and Aaron came through and helped us out when we couldn't figure out how we were going to pull everything together. They often said "I've got it" - and indeed they did have it!!! I felt very comfortable trusting them with ours and our daughter's possessions and they delivered everything in perfect condition. Just moved yesterday and I have to say these guys were great. Very professional AND FAST! Showed up right on time and got right to work, had the whole house cleared out in no time. Patrick was great to work with, he went over all the details with me and kept me informed throughout the whole move. This was not an easy move. I had a GIGANTIC sectional that they were able to get into the finished basement. Not sure how I will ever get it out of there now, but they got it in!
